Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I was unaware if the monthly membership price increase and feel like JustFab could have done a better job with that. Also the quality of most if the shoes are not worth $50.

I have been a member of justfab for just a little over 1.5 years now and have 70 items (shoes, purses, and jeans) from them. I'm always getting compliments on my justfab purchases. The shoes and purses are such great quality, and the jeans are amazingly comfy and fit me really well. I never have to wait long for my purchases to arrive - I usually receive my orders within one week of placing my order, and that's with the free standard shipping. Returns and exchanges are also super easy if an item doesn't work out for me - justfab pays for the return shipping, so I never have to worry about that. Best of all, they are ALWAYS having contests (via pinterest, twitter, facebook platform apps) AND will reward the winners accordingly, unlike some other shoe club out there. Seriously, justfab is the greatest, b/c even if you don't enter/win the many contests, it's SO easy to earn free shoes. They have so many promos/sales that you'll earn the 350 reward points in no time (350 points = 1 free item). As long as you read the terms & understand the VIP membership, you'll have NO problems at all and will absolutely fall in love with the site as well!
Purchase was easy and they were delivered in a timely manner. I do need to return a pair that does not fit, but I don't know the process on how to return an item. Overall, everything is good!

I received my shoes & am happy with them however, I would just like to let everyone know who shops with justfab or is thinking of shopping with justfab not to sign up for any type of membership, or vip membership. Their contact information is false in every aspect, their is absolutely no way to contact any one about cancellation. Their phone number is a scam number that will take you through a series of questions about life insurance, rodent extermination etc, their online support lets you connect with a person they send you two automated messages then you have no way to submit a response, they will respond on Facebook messenger up until you'd like to cancel & then refer you to their scam phone number. If anyone else is having this issue this is what I recommend, first I called and filed a dispute with my bank. Then I looked up the number for shoe dazzle, at first the lady told me that I had no vip membership with them, however their company works with justfab and they are able to cancel your membership right there on the phone through shoe dazzle. (I was able to cancel upon bringing this to the customer service ladies attention) however she already knew this and was trying to find away around my cancellation, then kept offering me different deals to continue membership! I definitely see a lawsuit in justfabs future! Hopefully this helps I'm sure hundreds of others unhappy with their false sense of advertisement.
JustFab Seriously if you want to stay in business I recommend fixing this immediately.

I joined VIP member status. Ordered two pairs of shoes a month ago. Received the package but they sent me the wrong color/ pattern shoe, the other pair was fine. I sent it back for exchange and they send an email saying they received my exchange and my order has been placed at no extra charge to me (duh it was their fault) I happen to check it about 3 weeks later and under order status it says "CANCELLED" so I call customer service and they say it's been canceled because they ran out of the shoe) OK. So they're refunding me my money. But JustFab fails to tell their customers that when signing up for just fab membership you are agreeing to purchasing something from them EVERY MONTH from a "boutique collection" they make for you to make you feel special and I'd you do forget to make a purchase they will automatically charge your card 39.99 just for being a member. I had two VIP credits (each for 39.95) because if you forget to "skip the month" they charge your card anyway. I am upset about this, however, decided that I do indeed need some new shoes. I go online and they have a "3 pairs for 39.95" sale going on to clear out old inventory and winter boots. This is perfect, because I think I can use one VIP credit and get three pairs of shoes -- the VIP credit is the *same* price as the sale for three pairs. But NO, it will NOT let you use your credit this way. Instead, they want to give you one pair for the credit and make you pay separate for the others. It would seem like as a VIP, I get a worse deal. Why am I paying for VIP status if I cannot use them during sales?
I ended up getting 2 pairs of regularly priced sandals ($40 for a pair of sandals is very overpriced!) so that I could use the credits. I'll be ending my membership because there is nothing special about it. Overpriced shoes. Won't let you use the credits you pay for (which they steal from your account if you forget to skip the month!) as you see fit.
Wrote a negative review on another sight and they said a service representative would reach out within 48 hours... well, that has NEVER happened.
ABSOLUTELY do NOT recommend them.

I keep seeing all these complaints, but most of them are from irresponsible shopping. People are not READING what they are signing up for. This is a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. Meaning: You will be charged every month the predetermined amount unless YOU THE CUSTOMER, login and cancel your subscription. You not reading your contract doesn't make the business a scam. You just didn't read what you were signing up for. It clearly states this on the site. Now if you are unhappy with the product, that's something altogether different. You must know what you are signing up for people, that's your responsibility as a consumer. I had no issues with the service, I signed up for a few months and cancelled it prior to being charged once I no longer wanted it. Simple.
It's tempting to get their stuff based on being vip. Because it means we get stuff at a standard price of £35 per item which only 1 credit can be used on the account per order...? Imagine you have 3 or 4 credits like I have by error which accumulated after forgetting each month to skip.
Each time I want to cancel the account I get reminded that the credits cannot be used for item as whilst and will be charged more on top of the credit if I cancel membership and just use credits. Which means I am trapped. So hence why people say it's a scam. I recently purchased a bag which was so unsafe me and daughter cut our fingers due the wear in it the metal studs the sharp arms kept raising and pointing up and when we reached in bag they would either poke our hands or cut us. All they offered was a member credit back. So they are not helps full or kind or conscious for what service they offer. They are making millions from trapping people due to their 'clear policies' wow so much for rules what about compensation for us cutting our hands. All I asked for was one refund for the credit so I can go immediately buy a bag from else where they said sorry no. It's policy.
I ordered some adorable pink heels, with a bow on the side. They are the CUTEST!
BUT the second you step onto laminate flooring, or anything else slick/smooth, you slip and could easily fall over! The material on the bottom of the heel part of the shoe is plastic and has absolutely no grip. THE SHOES WERE DANGEROUS TO WALK IN BECAUSE THEY WERE SO SLIPPERY!

I bought a pair of shoes and 2 dresses back in December, you get what you pay for. What I did not realize though is that apparently I signed up for vip membership?!?! I was going through my credit card statements today and noticed that they've charged me $50 CAD every month ever since I ordered from them ONCE and did not intend to order again. I DID NOT KNOWINGLY SIGN UP FOR THIS $#*!. THEY ARE ROBBING ME BLIND OF MONEY I DO NOT HAVE. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The prices are misleading. You can only redeem credits on items that are over 39.95. You can't combine several cheap items to achieve this, you have to purchase something right in this mark which doesn't exist pus shifting through prices is confusing because they show the sales price which won't be applied if you are using the credit which makes zero sense considering the credit is money they pulled out of your account. Then if you cancel your membership and have a credit good luck redeeming it. It doesn't seem to apply to anything or it says it does until you proceed with checkout and you are paying full price which is probably already more than the credit and has absurd fees on it. I want to be able to spend my credits without having to spend a fortune to spend what I've already paid for. The sites not user friendly and you have to keep going back and forth from your cart to starting the search from the beginning to see if things apply. Worst service ever. I really just want my credit refunded at this point.

DO NOT BUY FROM JUST FAB! I bought some shoes a few weeks ago with their discount of 70% off your first purchase (I believe it was that) and so I paid £8.75. I went to look at my bank yesterday, and they have wrongfully taken £35 away from me! THIS HAS HAPPENED TO SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The shoes are good quality and I do like them; however they took my money when I needed it most! Such a shame.
I order something on Ciber Monday and as right now I haven't receive my order I ask and they keep said that my package is in Sacramento since last week, but don't know when is going to be delivered
After I read all the bad reviews on this website we need to get together and close this business, because I think is a scam what they do, they said 5-7 business days for deliver and 3 weeks later nothing, and that is 15 business days, and when you call customer services they don't know nothing and give you the wrong info! So please don't buy from this place, tell your friends and family post on social media the bad business practices that they do!

Shoe material isn't great at all. They automatically charge your card with membership fees that you are NOT informed about until you see the fees pending on your card. Even at a pending status they tell you they cannot refund your money. I've chatted with their "agents" and over and over they tell you because the charge has been converted to membership credits they cannot refund you the money which is Bu11$#17! Because it's still under pending status -___- I called and was unable to speak directly to an agent. Their automative machine told me the money would be refunded. I went back to chat with an "agent" to have them email me a confirmation about the refund and finally got an email confirming the refund which will take about a week to receive. Such a headache and a lot of back and forth with the company and my bank. Don't shop with them!

Absolutely HORRIBLE COMPANY! The customer service is awful, so do not expect anything more than scripted talk from their end. Also the exchange process is a scam because they tell you that they will HOLD or Reserve your item for the exchange but they don't, instead they sell out and will only credit you a small portion of what you paid for the item. Also, the shoe styles are cute, but they are not very good quality.The quality is a liking to PAYLESS SHOES minus the horrible customer service. And Yes, VIP membership is a SCAM, they will charge your credit card every month unless you remember to skip that month by calling or logging into the website. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!

Okay so on January 20th, I bought a pair of shoes. The original price was $25 but it said that on my first purchase, there will be a discount. Therefore the amount lowered to $11.75. I bought it and didn't think of it much using a $25 gift card. I also used the same card to buy something else on amazon but that'st not the point. As it turned out today, (2/17th) I checked up on my transactions on the gift card and noticed several attempts to take out $39.95 from my account. Bewildered, I noticed the dates of the attempts: February 6th, 7th, 9th, 13th, and 17th. I didn't have much money left over in the card and it was a good thing that I used a gift card since each attempt was DECLINED. I have about $3.75 left, and I'm going to use it, and then destroy the card. Justfab can keep charging me but I'm not going to give them a call.

I cancelled my 'VIP membership' for JustFab a few weeks ago. They make it unclear and easily looked past that you need to call in order to finish the cancellation process. After waiting 15 minutes on hold, I got a 'consultant' to speak to about this issue. I was charged $40 without warning and I requested a refund. The consultant argued with me that they sent 2 reminder emails about the upcoming charge. I looked through my e-mail and there was no such thing. THIS IS A SCAM. I've had many friends have horrible experiences. This site is unclear about the memberships and they need to offer refunds. Shoes are pieces of crap and they don't even offer all shoe sizes. After my complaint and after telling the consultant I was going to speak badly about their site and service to everyone I know, the woman had the nerve to request I like them on Facebook. These people are scam artists and need to be shut down.
I would never recommend this site nor their products to anyone. You will be taken advantage of as a consumer and you will be let down.
I don't normally leave reviews but had to as I am so surprised how many bad reviews are relating to the charge per month - I ordered a pair of boots and became a member, every month I have skipped for the last 7 months, no problem, no sneaky, hidden withdrawals, because this is not what they do, they state in every email they send, skip the month, it's clear, just SKIP and read more!
