Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I recently purchased a pair of studded shoes and wore them the very next day after they were delivered. One of the studs fell off; I included in my review that the shoes were super cute but that I was disappointed due to the aforementioned. Liz/JustFab (or Lia-both names were listed) did me a solid and allowed me to swap the shoes at no additional price! THAT'S what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I cancelled my subscription two months ago; A 'subscription contact' which I did not sign so therefore had no legality.
When I cancelled my 'subscription' you said that LEGALLY you had to destroy my banking details as you no longer require them; this is under the data protection act of 1998. Which in effect means yes, you committed fraud. I trusted you to safeguard my information. I thought wrong.
I have been on the phone to the NatWest fraud team with regards to you accessing my account and taking money. Actually let's call it the correct term, stealing money.
So here I am, going to withdraw the last of my money to go on holiday and you have unlawfully accessed my account, transferred money and then attempted it again! NatWest fraud team we're very shocked by this, especially after I have evidence of myself cancelling this said 'subscription'.
NatWest have now put a block on your financial team, meaning the only time you can access my account is when you repay me the money you owe me. Now I have told NatWest that this must be a mix up and that I will try to resolve this with yourselves amicably, because perhaps you didn't have enough money to put on your lecky meter and that's why you have taken money from me. But rest assured, when I call tomorrow I will be expecting a good excuse and if the money is not returned as quickly as you took it, I will be taking legal action.
So after being on the phone to the fraud team for over an hour building a case, I am no longer feeling 'just fab' in fact, I'm feeling 'just furious'.
Also, your shoes were sh*t.
Great company to order from. Have placed many orders with this company to always be completely satisfied. If ever there is anything wrong, they are very responsive to correct the issue.

Don't fall for it! Their products are cheaply made and the automatic deduction that is not clearly explained is highway robbery and should be illegal. These people should go to jail!
I ordered a size 9 pair of espadrilles and they didn't even look to be size 8. I saw no notes about it running small. That's one of the problems with ordering online and why I will avoid in future.

All three pairs of shoes fit perfectly. True to size. Color is as in the picture. Felt comfortable on my feet when I tried them on. Can't wait to wear them.

Ordered boots in November and after wearing them approximately twice a week for several months, they began falling apart at the toes. I then contacted customer service for them to tell me since it is outside of the 30 day return period, they couldn't do anything for me! Terrible website with such cheaply made items, it's despicable! Also, when I went to cancel my "VIP membership" after purchasing the boots, the customer service representative kept me on for 20 minutes basically bribing me to keep the membership. Not a chance! These people should be ashamed of themselves! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE!

My experience was much the same as many of the reviews, bought a pair of shoes that ended up feeling a lot cheaper than they looked online, shrugged and left it, and then two months later noticed two charges for $40 on my card that I definitely didn't sign up for, the site explains that nowhere, I don't have the money to waste on this stupid site
When I called to cancel and get a refund she had a thick accent and was incredibly unhelpful, I ended up ordering two more things just to "get my money back" or at least get something out of this whole ordeal and calling to cancel again, having to go thru the whole arguing with the girl to cancel, I don't care what you can offer me, I don't want u to charge me monthly for something I'm not gonna use!

I'm never one to waste my time writing reviews but JustFab I'm so over it. I've been a pretty loyal customer for a while and with the pandemic I already knew it would be a while before I got my product. I placed an order on Nov 30 and today is dec 21 and still no package. The reason why I'm evening wasting my time on writing this review is because according to the tracking info my package had already arrived in the state of destination on Dec 6 however, it got re-packaged and shipped to other states and is now coming back to the state of destination? Because of this I contact the support team which by the way was so hard to get a hold of. I would get connected and then disconnected. Fb is pretty much a waste of time too. OH, DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THEIR RETURN PROCESS. You would think since we have to subscribed to them monthly the service would be so much better. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Better to just buy shoes elsewhere.

We cancelled in November and they still take money off our credit card every single month. Out of 4,... we got refunded 2 months. So for the 3 time that we had concelled, this month April 19 2013 ( do the math) thye took money off our credit card again. In total, we cancelled the the 4th time. We even had to call VISA for a fraud complaint. Also, if u ask them to send u a cancellation e-mail or letter, they won't send it. WE WARNED U GUYS. Hope u share this with everyone u know. CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

This business does not even deserve one star! Absolute con, ordered a pair of shoes in September 2013 and they automatically signed me up as a "VIP Member" everytime I try and cancel my unwanted membership I get cut off. Absolute poor customer service and the quality of the goods are terrible. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE! The entire process is a con!

I have ordered from just fab so many times... I have loved everything. Just recently I ordered Tori pumps in Blush. I'm a size 10 so when I order a heel I go up a size so I have some wiggle room. I ordered an 11 and when they came in they were too small. Not slightly small. Small like my size 8 foot friend tried them on and they wouldn't even fit her. So this was the first item I ever ordered that wasn't exactly the right size or look. That is why the 5 star.

Well, just like everyone else. I was surprised when I got charged for being a VIP. They actually charged before they were suppose to, thats how i even noticed it. So i looked for reviews online about it. I was scared at first to cancel cause people said that their experiences with cancelling their VIP accounts were difficult. Even so, i went ahead and called them trying to cancel my membership. They ask a bunch of questions as to why you want to cancel your membership and they say different promotions to make you change you mind. So if you really want to cancel your membership, you have to stay firm and get your point across. Other than that, they did infact cancel my membership and I didn't have to deal with them again.
In addition, I did order some khaki colored riding boots for my mom, for christmas. The quality isn't one to really brag about, but I mean you get what you paid for.
Honestly, if they did not charge me for being a VIP i would've kept coming back to the online site and bought more things. Just watch out and make sure you read the terms and conditions :)
1 pair of shoes rub on my little toe and the other is too big, even if I put an insole in it. I'll be exchanging the big shoes for 1 or 2 sizes smaller.
