Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I ordered a belted jacket that makes me look like a sumo wrestler. Tha picture is ver deceiving. No one said it was thickly padded. I am sending it back.

The sizing between the different suppliers you use varies widely. The shoes are narrow and short whereas I have other sneakers that flop off my feet in the same size.

I bought a pair of boots in October for about $15. They were just ok, kind of cheap looking. Yesterday I checked my bank statement and found that they have been charging me $39.95 since then. A total of $199.75 for a "VIP membership" I never willingly sign up for. Supposedly they charge $39.95 a month if you don't buy anything before the 5th of the month. What a ripoff! I called cancelled that crazy membership, closed the account and hopefully I'll get my money back within a week, as promised. What kind of business model is that? Terrible, do not shop there!
The Items were received on a timely basis. The quality of the boots are exceptional. The price was too good to pass up so I purchased 3 pair. Great site.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I THINK TRAINED CIRCUS MONKEYS ANSWERS PHONES. THEY SPECIALIZE IN TALKING IN CIRCLES. IF YOU BUY TWO ITEMS, THEY AUTOMATICALLY THROW YOU INTO THEIR "VIP CLUB". IF YOU GET INTO THEIR VIP CLUB, YOU HAVE TO ORDER SOMETHING EVERY MONTH OR THEY WILL DEBIT $72.00 FROM YOU ACCOUNT. IF YOU TELL THEM THAT THEY HAVE THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD, THEY SAY, "YES, BUT WOULD YOU LIKE TO HEAR ABOUT OUR SPECIAL OFFERS!" IT'S LAUGHABLE.
UPDATE 12-15-2022: Chad, response below from JustFab, said someone would contact me. No one has and yet they made ANOTHER charge to my card. It is unbelievable that they CANNOT find my account to cancel my membership, but they CAN find my account to make charges, send email confirming charges and send promotional material. This is a money hole that the consumer cannot get out of. BEWARE!
ORIGINAL COMMENT: I have canceled my membership twice and they continue to charge my card via PayPal. I am forced to buy shoes I don't want because of limited selection, and quality is not very good. Do not sign up with this company. It is impossible to cancel the membership with them. When I called Customer Service, they said they could not find my account yet they certainly can find to make the auto payments. I WANT OUT & THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND!

Do not buy from JustFab. If you choose to do so, do not sign up for the VIP membership or they will continue to charge your card even when you call customer service to cancel. (they will say they cannot find your account), open open a complaint with PayPal on your behalf (they will ignore it), and disconnect card (they have the number and reconnect).Be prepared to pay $49.95 for several months.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE ITS A SCAM. I get charged $40 a month after I ordered a pair of shoes from here. I have now called customer service 3 times to cancel my account and still got charged another $40 after this... The website lies to you DO NOT put your email address in to create a log in because it doesn't say your gonna be charged a ridiculous $40 a month. As a teen I am beyond pissed as to the fact that this company has stolen $120 from me and I can't afford to loose that. Customer service was horrible and not much help..

JustFab hides the real price of its shoes. I placed the order under a certain price, and it wasn't until I checked my credit card statement that I realized that I was actually charged the price after conversation, increasing my order from $277 to $377. At NO TIME does JustFab show this information.

Their customer service is terrible! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. The 1st item is $10 and the second is $26.97. They were too small for my daughter so I completed an "easy" exchange. It stated they would hold the items I was exchanging to for 7 days for my return items to be shipped. LIES! They sold one of the pairs immediately and then emailed me that is was out of stock. After it clearly stated the would hold it. Then when I contacted them about it, they said they will refund me $10. I could not believe it! The deal was $10 for the 1st pair. After they sold my other pair, that means I am only receiving 1 pair and should only be charged $10 for it. They should be refunding me $26.97. I spoke with a manager who said they could not override it even though she admitted it was the warehouse's fault. Mind you, I received the order on Sat 11/9, completed the exchange process online the same day, shipped the shoes back on Tues 11/12 (Mon 11/11 was a holiday), and they emailed me Sat 11/16 that one of the pairs was sold out. I cancelled my membership for JustFab and FabKids and will be returning the exchange item that is on it's way for a full refund. I have never been so disappointed in a company for their lack of customer service, wasting my time and unethical procedures.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered two pairs of shoes, received a confirmation with correct order. Couple days later received a shipment confirmation of the WRONG ORDER, contacted them and was told to refuse shipment. Tracked it and waited at house for it, but it never came, however later that night showed it was DELIVERED. IT NEVER WAS. TRIED CONTACTING CS several times and no one has been able to help. They have my money and shoes. TERRIBLE COMPANY.
I have read other people's reviews of justfab and many have said the same thing that I am going to say- they are sneaky. Be warned, read carefully before you sign up! I found they were a little unclear when I signed up for the website. I signed up last month and bought 2 pairs of boots for $25 for both pairs and I received them and have no complaints about my purchase. However this month I noticed $39.95 was taken out of my checking account from justfab even though I did not buy anything, which I don't believe is fair or right, and that was because I missed the option to skip this month which you need to do before the 5th of the month or you will automatically be charged for your subscription regardless of if you make a purchase. I've read this has happened to other people and they were unable to get their money back. I called and cancelled today but I'm almost 100% positive I won't see that money get refunded back to me. The customer service on the phone was good, they cancelled my account for me but not before making 10 different sales pitches and discounts and reasons for me to stay but they did get the job done.
I LOVE YOUR SHOES BUT THEY DON'T FIT. I SOMETIMES NEED 6 AND A HALF. 6 1/2. DEPENDS ON STYLE OF SHOE. STILL HAVE CREDIT AND GIFT CARDS TO USE BUT YOU HAVE SUCH A GREAT SELECTION I'M HAVING A HARD TIME CHOOSING. THANKS FOR GIVING ME A 30.00 CREDIT. WILL USE IT TODAY.

WOW... don't make a ONE TIME purchase! They have you enroll in what they claim is FREE VIP club. Not so free, they charge you $39.95 a month (which you can use for purchases) but it FORCES you to buy $40 a month worth of their stuff... This membership status is not make clear at all when you check out! STEER CLEAR of purchasing from this site. Of course I had to call in... on hold 20 minutes before someone answered! This sites motive of operation is to make the service so bad, you don't bother canceling. BAD BAD BAD!

I was absolutely disgusted by their customer service. I became a VIP member in order to get my shoes for cheaper. I carefully read the ENTIRE terms and services to make sure I would be able to cancel the membership which charges $40 a month regardless of you purchasing shoes or not. I purchased my shoes and immediately called to cancel my service. The lady told me that I was trying to scan them, ME! She said that I couldn't purchase one pair of shoes as a VIP member to get the discount and then cancel. She then informed me that since I TRIED TO SCAM THEM that they will be cancelled my first order too. So... no shoes for me-No VIP member for them.
I was excited to try out JustFab when I first found the site; cute looking clothes at a decent price, why not. However, with every order, the quality just wasn't there. I even had a few items that smelled so bad of chemicals when I opened the package, I didn't even take them out, I just taped them back up and sent them right. I also wasn't happy when i decided to cancel my subscription. I had to call several times to get my account canceled and I couldn't get my money back. The only option to use the money from my returns/and monthly subscription was to order more items. Ummm, no thank you!
