Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Just Fab used to be a great company, but in the last five years it's gone downhill substantially. All the little things that made it great are gone (like extra stiletto taps and shoe bags with every order), the quality of the shoes is substandard, the designs are only for the trendy buyer - no other classic designs or other circa designs are available, and the customer service is non existent. I'm not sure why I still have a membership, as this purchase was my first in years. I remember when the styles rivaled Jimmy Choo, Steve Madden, Louboutin and Gucci. It's all geared towards the younger demographic, and I get that's where most your money comes from, but there's a 40-50 year old demographic that's being ignored. We like classic styles, good workmanship and expect good customer service. We've been around too long to want or expect anything less. And when you turn your back on the people that were there for you in the beginning, we remember it. It's very disappointing to watch everything go to the birds.
The prefect shoe is hard to find and yhe prices and with so many styles to choose from a girl will go broke...luckily for me you're designers/stylist are awesome...

Would give it zero stars if I could. I cannot tell you how unprofessional this company is. Ordered 4 paris of shoes and they all came in different sizes (9, 10, 6, 11) you name it. All four pairs were the incorrect size despite the order form (that was also in the box) saying the correct size. How do you screw up on an entire order... I do not know. It's like the warehouse didn't think "well this is odd". I called in expressing the issue (waited about 30 mins for someone to pick up) and the lady said she had placed the correct new order and that those shoes would be put on hold until I returned the wrong sized ones, which I did immediately. A little over a week later, I got an email saying that order was cancelled because they had sold out. I was obviously livid. They even had the audacity to give me store credit instead of a card refund. HAHA. Called them up just now. Cancelled the "VIP" membership and asked for a full refund. Lengthy, Unnecessary process. NEVER have had a worse retail experience. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

Ordered some boots they were too small so i ordered at alternative as they didn't have my size. This was on the 7th oct. Today which is the 25thoct i rang ti see where they were as i still hadn't received them only to find that they hadnt even been dispatched and the stupid girl had put through a 4 instead of a 6 and when i asked for the correct boit to be sent they was out of stock due to their stupidity. Cheesed off doesnt come close. Now waiting for refund. Probably take 3 months to do that. Do not order from these.

Thought this site was too good to be true! Was so happy when I saw free delivery and 20% off on first order so I ordered a lovely pair of boots for £28!

HOWEVER today on the 13th September I noticed £35 leave my bank. I immediately rang them assuming it was a mistake.
The customer service man explained I had signed up to the VIP account where if I don't let them know before the 5th of the month they automatically take out £35!
WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO TELL THEM NOT TO TAKE OUR MONEY EACH MONTH!?
They are a money grabbing company who assume people will forget to skip the month so they get an extra £35 for free!

I bought some shoes back in December because I was recommended by someone to buy shoes through here. I paid, got them, loved them. But now it's June and I've been struggling with finances for a few months. I realized today that I was charged $39.95 by Justfab. I hadn't used the site since back in December. Looking further I realized I was put on the VIP member list without knowing AND they had been taking almost $39.95 out of my account each month. I do take partial blame because I hadn't been keeping up on my banking statements. Despite this, the way the VIP membership works is really just a sneaky way of taking money from people for nothing. I hadn't used the shop in 6 months but I was still charged $239.70 over that time. They say if you don't use a month then you can use that towards a coupon, but I don't want or need to purchase anything from them right now. So, what use is that? JustFab's customer service has been slow on the matter but I'm hoping they will be helpful and cooperative.
To anyone buying things off of sites that have certain memberships, make sure you read over EVERYTHING before you click that "place my order" button. You may have accidentally signed up for giving away your money without realizing it.
Edit: The person I spoke to over costumer service on their Facebook was very helpful and understanding <3 I appreciate that.
Tip for consumers:
be careful about the VIP membership when you buy. If you wont purchase shoes or other things from here often, DO NOT get the VIP membership.

The only reason I didn't feel I could give 5 stars was that after I put something in my cart and clicked on continue shopping, I wasn't taken back to where I had just been before in the big list of available shoe options. I had to start at the beginning of the list of available shoes, enter my criteria/filters, and then go to the last shoe I looked at (the one I put in my cart).

THANK GOD I decided to look at this review site before going through with my Just Fab order. I find it pretty fishy that all of a sudden I'm paying 10 dollars for boots instead of 50 with the VIP Memebership! Obviously they get thier money back from scamming you! Also the website says that you can cancel anytime but no where does it say that you will be charged for the full price of the shoes if you do. STAY AWAY this site is nothing but wasting money and headaches!

Bought something for my daughter last month - yoga kit - using Paypal - was not even aware I had set up any kind of account and absolutely not ticked any box giving me some blooming VIP membership - which apparently give this Just NOT fab business permission to take money out of my account every month towards stuff I haven't yet ordered! Gobsmacked to find £44 taken from my account today - daylight robbery! Did manage to get through and have been told I will be refunded and my account closed - I live in hope. Was told I had agreed to this insanity when I bought the items - arghhh! DO NOT GO NEAR JUSTFAB.
Absolute shambles of a company!
After ordering 2 items (buy one get one free offer) I received the items but the shoes were too small. Not only do they make it incredibly hard for you to just request a return but you have to wait at home for hermes to pick up your return (I was not sent a confirmation email about what day/time hermes were coming so I got a shock when they turned up at 8am on a Tuesday morning without any warning from just fab!
After a month I am still without the exchange and after requesting that I be removed from the vip status (which is fine before the 14 day cut off point) I had found that they've been taking £35 out of my account each month!
So im down an item that I've paid for and being charged for something I didn't ask for!
Called to complain and they were absolutely useless. Talking to me as if it were my fault.
Im about to cancel my account (which again isn't simple as you have to communicate with one of their insanely unhelpful employees.
I vow never to use this company again. And will also let all the ladies in my office know about my experience too!
I ordered two pairs of shoes fro JustFab but didn't know it was a monthly ting until now so I cancel my VIO membership ASAP! I hope they won't take money out of my account ever again because I'll be very mad.
I have never had a problem with Just fab, except when I tried to cancel my subscription. They give you the run around then 3 different phone numbers to call.

2 YEARS ago I ordered form just fab they were taking money out of my account for over 6 month's. My bank was only able to refund 2 month's of the fees. They still owe me $120, I call in ever month and am told something different by each sales representative I speak with. They don't usually let you speak to management, and say its 8 to 12 week process, but I never get my check. They have used every excuse in the book, I am starting to wonder if I will ever get my money back. It shouldn't take 2 years to get in contact with my bank, or figure out my address, which has not changed, and instead all I am left with is excuses and getting hung up on every time I call. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM HERE, BAD QUALITY AND A BIG SCAM!

I have been a justfab member for about 3 years now. Have ordered 40+ pairs and have never been disappointed with the site besides me ordering the wrong size shoes. Everyone complaining about not knowing about that they take money out of your account each month is complete crap. It CLEARLY states that as a new MEMBER (which generally signifies you are signing up for something) that you can buy said item for whatever discounted price. The fact that people are willingly putting in their banking information without reading the stipulations first is a you problem, not the site. If you forget to skip the month, again, that is a you problem. I've forgotten many times and who do I get mad at? Myself. Because I've known since day 1 when I signed up that if I don't, they will charge me. It actually gives you the option on paying full price and NOT becoming a member, or signing up for a membership and paying the discounted price. Read the website people. It's actually very clear. Obviously these shoes are not meant to be worn all day, everyday. They will get uncomfortable and they will fall apart eventually. Did you ACTUALLY expect cheap shoes to be of top notch quality? Say that out loud to yourselves and really think about the answer. Smh
Before being asked to take a survey, I have already decided to cancel my membership after several years subscribed to JustFab. Unfortunately I would love to have had a better experience which is why I've stuck around so long-in hopes that the next pair of shoes I tried would actually be comfortable, but every single pair (and I have about 20 from JF) are terribly uncomfortable. Every pair is like cardboard on the bottom and not made of great quality material-the materials often cut into me in areas, and I've tried plenty of sizes too. The other thing is this business model- It's just scammy. I know it's popular because companies make a lot of money off them because no one can remember to skip the month, being as busy as most working Americans, and consumers will spend so much money if they pay every month. The fact is, you can't even find good shoes to spend the credits on if you miss the skip. The bags are the best buy for sure-I'll give you that-a lot of great carry-on style bags, but you can only have so many. The clothes are okay, just not great materials either. I wish I felt differently!

There is no one to help me out when I'm checking out I have to check in for the subscription again that I unsubcribed earlier and I wasn't happy with that subscription because I didn't know about it. Now I'm given a credits to purchase bit it still asks me to check the subscription again.
