Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I never got told if I bought something once that I be getting 35 pound taken a month out my PayPal account for nothing you scamming people and I been to trading standards as they getting loads reports of this as I never signed for u to keep my bank details just fab said that I get 70 pound back in next 5 days I better or trading standards will be taking over. Top it all I was insulted by staff saying I take it u cant read how u know that I am not blind u are disgusting as company and will advise no one buy off u the boots I got ment be 8 more size 6 and never once would u take them back!
I ordered on Nov 19 and the items were shipped Nov 22. It's Dec 7 and I still have not received them! No additional updates from tracking since the 22nd so I'm just hoping they get here by Christmas.

I bought 3 booties this order which they all have no cushion for the foot and there's a lot of glue marks on some of the boots. The sandals broke the first two hours of wearing them.

My mother used to order from them until she seen every month they were taking money out of her account and when asked why they had no reason behind it all they told her was that she had to " skip this month " every month, she decided to cancel her membership and they kept forcing her to stay but she had no interest. My experience with them recently has also been horrible I ordered a pair of shoes from them and for some reason they got sent back to their warehouse when I told customer service I wanted a refund they insisted I just take 10% off my next purchase I told them no I don't want it I want a refund I got my refund the same day and it wasn't even the full amount these people are full of ****
Never order from again. I became a vip member and they decied to take £35 a month from my account witch was ment to be 'free' but wasn't they told me i had member cridet of £35 witch was 'free' but infact it all came from my bank account! I got a bank statement and realised they had been taking £35 a month of me! Please be carefull and DONT become a member unless your willing to pay £35 a month for 'free' boots & clothes that your actually paying for.
This site is really weird! I don't have any intention to buy something this month since I have already bought a boot last month from this site, that is why I 'SKIP THE MONTH' for this month so I won't be credited 39.95 this month. BUT GUESS WHAT? THEY STILL DO. And they credited me on Friday and I have no idea will they be available during weekend. IT IS REALLY SUCK, since I don't budgeting those money for this kind of credit.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED - my mother purchased a pair of shoes from just fab over 2 years ago - she is not very intelligent when it comes to internet based buying and she obviously didnt understand the rules of vip membership. My mother has become rather ill lately and i have been helping out with her finances. To my utter disgust i found that just fab have been taking 35.99 a month for just over 2 years from my mothers bank account. This is absolutely horrendous. These boots have elastic tops that do not stretch far enough to allow you to push your foot in. I am very disappointed in the quality of these boots and will return them.
