Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I haven't received my order yet when I called they said it was sent back and it was being resent. I'm still waiting for it so ask me again in maybe a week or so if and when I get it!
Scared buying online until I bought from Fab. And it's amazing that my size is a perfect match. I don't have to be frustrated that shoes won't fit. Now I will have to try the clothes.

So I decided to try just Fab thinking I was ordered a pair of boots for 10.00 got charged 57.00 cannot understand. The ad said first time buyer gets a first time deal for ten dollars.

Have been phoning emailing they did say at one point they would refund my money to me but it's been over 4 weeks now still no money back, stay well away from this company I am a pensioner can not afford to lose my money.
THIS SITE IS FRAUD. Be careful, after you buy anything on this website you automatically become a VIPmember (as they call it) and they start to charge your card monthly fees. They make it for the reason you to come back to their site every month and make a purchase for the amount of fee... Be aware, if you want to make a one time purchase call them right after and make sure they did not sign you for their membership
You need to put the money back you took off my husband's car because you had to pull that crap I can no longer buy anything from just fab on his car I talked to you about it before never take money out of his account unless I order something but you do it you did it two days after I ordered a pair of boots just to get that money now I want you to send it back into his account makes it look like I knew about it and I didn't now put the money back on his account because I'm not buying anything and if you have a problem with that have your supervisor call me my phone number is *******007 and if if not then I'll go down and talk to you it's game department thank you have a nice day

I am totally not surprised by the number of negative reviews from people who clearly didn't take the time to read/understand the fine print on the Justfab website. They were either too ignorant/rushed to really comprehend the terms, which are quite simple really. I've been a member for just over a year now and have ordered several pairs of amazing boots, and more recently a handbag. The quality never ceases to amaze me, especially the genuine leather products offered in their Luxe collection. I once had to return a pair of boots that didn't fit and wanted to exchange them for a different style, and doing so was a seamless transaction. I've used the online chat feature numerous times to discuss any questions/concerns with a Justfab representative who was always courteous and professional, and ALWAYS helpful. This is not a once-and-done kind of website, rather, it's a club. You are given the option to "skip the month" each and every month prior to the 5th, and you will not be charged the $39.95 credit. If you do forget to skip the month, the credit is applied to your Justfab account and is stored there until you apply it towards a purchase. Don't listen to the Nancy Naysayers on here using scare tactics and drumming up conspiracy theories. It is what it is, and if you read the terms and conditions, you'll be just fine.
I had ordered two pairs of shoes; One pair I received damaged, while the other was sent to me with two of the same side shoe. It has now been a month and a half since that order was even placed, and none of my funds have been returned. I have been shipped another pair of one of the sets of shoes, which was (surprise, surprise) damaged upon arrival. The other pair of shoes I tried to originally get a replacement for was no longer even available. After branching out to various pointless emails found on their website with no reply, I resorted to their live chat option. This online chat option is horrible. Several times I spoke with representatives that either:
A. Made numerous mistakes having to correct themselves
B. Would end the chat before you could even collect all the information given, which is problematic seeing it glitches and does not even allow one to scroll back up the majority of the time, even after trying different browsers.
Highly advise not wasting your money, or energy. You will end up waiting multiple months having to talk with multiple, faulty representatives just to receive unwearable shoes. Then they try to cop out by giving you a coupon for future purchases. Who the hell is stupid enough to continue purchases with a company who clearly does not care about their service quality?
It's been pretty still a little confused about the sizes, I didn't know know about cave size it's been awhile since I bought boots like yours, I go to order a knew pair with the credit cause I don't want to lose that and when I went to the check out which I couldn't find anyway my total didn't show on there plus I was told I could get the first pair for 10 dollars, I didn't know if it has to be the ones that are marked 10 dollars thanks but I really enjoy the new updates thank you

I was one of the millions of people thiat fell for this website's amazing promotions and made a couple purchases. Little did I know I was going to be charged $40 monthly for the subscription. I called to cancel my membership and to get a refund. Lady was super nice and told me I would be getting my refund without a problem. Checked my account 2 days after and it was in there. I thought everything was settled. Come a couple days after, I checked my account again and realized they had taken the $39.95 back THE SAME DAY THEY DEPOSITED. I don't understand why. Did they think I wasn't going to notice and just keep on letting them take my money? After that I've called at least 10 times and nobody is trying to help me and just keep on telling me the money was deposited in my account already. It was but you took it back the same day?! I NEED MY MONEY BACK

I also would give this 0 stars if it gave the option. The same thing happened to me as it did to everyone else. IT'S A SCAM! I have done all my shopping online and have never experienced such an awful company before. I thought since the site seemed so well known I had nothing to worry about. WRONG! They took the $39.95 out of my account for the monthly "VIP" status that they automatically give you without your knowledge. I should have realized a red flag when they wouldn't even let me brows the site before entering in all of my information. Do not give this site ANY of your credit card information, no matter what! Thankfully I'm in the process of filing a dispute through my bank, if all goes well the amount taken from me (without my permission) will be credited back to my account and I will never have to deal with them again. Also, deleted my account off of their site AND blocked ALL payments to them through my bank, therefor they can not access my account anymore. For anyone who hasn't done so after purchasing through them, I would highly advise it. From the looks of everyone's reviews, it seems as though they don't care whether your a member or not, they will remove money from your account as long as they have you card information. GOOD LUCK!
They are a very cute boot, I would say get a size smaller because it's a little big by the ankle. Over very water proof and a comfortable hiking or outdoors shoe!

Placed an order 10/07/19 and paid for Express shipping. At end of placing order, stated I would receive order 10/10/19. On 10/10/19, got an email stating order would be delivered 10/11/19 and then another stating it would be delivered 11/12/19. Checked FedEx tracking on morning of 11/11/19, Order was still in Kentucky at FedEx and I'm in Texas. Call customer service and spoke with agent who tried to justify stating it takes 24 to 72 hours to ship and it still had time to be delivered. I asked for a refund for express shipping, can't. Asked for a supervisor... a lady very difficult to understand stated since I had gotten previous emails, she would refund express shipping as a 1 TIME COURTESY... like she was doing me a favor. I told her to cancel my membership as this was my first and last order. She stated well you won't be able to order at the membership price anymore... LADY Exactly my plans to never use again. Horrible experience... 4 days later and no boots after you pay for 2-3 day express shipping!

My only issue was the fact that the shoes I bought just didn't fit. I notified JustFab and they helped greatly with the return process. No questions asked, just a quick refund.

The sherpa wedge bootie was designed without a zipper and impossible to get foot in. Exchanged 1st pr thinking it was originally the wrong size but indeed it was poor practical design.
