I love the selection of styles and colors. They go great with my wardrobe. And I'm always trying some new things. The boots are stylish and comfortable.

The JustFab site is easy to navigate and the clearance items are priced to move. I'm very happy with my latest purchase. The shoes were shipped promptly.

Cute and comfortable sporty booties with a practical zipper on top. Nice and vibrant colors (wine and navy blue) to match jeans and tshirts. I love them

Love JustFab clothing and shoes! The styles are trendy with quality materials. I am super confident ordering online with JustFab because the return/exchange process is stress free.

Ordered boots priority received but not true to size returned and promptly. But replacements are taking longer than expected. Winter will be over. Will not order again.

Extremely disappointed I have not received my package and cannot find it in shipping my card was debited the second I ordered. Cannot get any customer support

I LOVE these boots so much! I don't need any more boots because I already have about 50 pairs but am I ever glad I got these ones! They are exactly as shown in the pics and the sizes are perfect!

I unfortunately purchased one pair of shoes from this site without doing research first. The website neglects to explain the $40 membership fee, and before I knew it i'd been charged for three months of not using the site- $120. After calling the customer service hotline, I was refunded $80 of that initial $120. After calling a second time, they assured me i would be refunded for the third month. However, after a week, no refund was received. I called their customer service hotline for yet a third time, and spoke to a representative that claimed the refund had been issued and to take it up with my bank. After calling my bank, they let me know there was no record of the refund, and that if i didn't receive it in the next week they would file a claim and dispute it with the website. I unfortunately did a little research too late, and found many others that have had similar experiences to me. I am currently still waiting for my refund, and if it doesn't appear by the 26th i plan on filing a lawsuit for fraud. It may be only $40, but stealing money is theft no matter how you sugar coat it and they should not be allowed to get away with it!

Order 2 boots the same size and 1 fit perfectly and 1 was way too large but it was easy to return and the boots were good quality and exactly like the pictures of them.

I dont think think I will attempt to order from JustFab anymore. Everytime I find a pair of shoes/boots/flats/ or heals that I really really like JustFab NEVER has them in my size or the color I want. They have always been "OUT OF STOCK" I will even go back a week or two even a month or so later, periodically checking if they are back in stock. NEVER. So I quit. If you're going to advritise product, at least keep it in stock. Or take it down.

They offered a $10 pair of shoes and then somehow billed me $40 a month saying I had signed up for it, which I never did. I didnt find out about it until months later.

Sandle straps slide off my heels when I walk, tennis shoes are mis-sized, I normally wear a 9-9.5, these are 9.5 & too short, too late to return so I'm trying to stretch them out

So I bought a flat pair, wore it once and the next day I noticed the seams unraveling on one shoe... like coming apart... lol
Naturally, I logged on after and cancelled my VIP with justfab. So sad!

I was able to use my credits seamlessly which has been the reason I'm using just fab again. The prices are competitive and with using as many or as little credits as I want is a huge perk!

Thier customer service is wonderful. The person I talked with made me feel I was so important to the company. Not many companies make u feel that way an I have passed it along to friends an family.

I have been a member for a very long time. I hate shopping in person so Justfab fits me.
I wish the credits would work a bit better with sales but overall I am happy with my membership.

I had accumulated 5 member credits, I hadn't gotten new boots in awhile so I decided to do some shopping… As I'm reviewing my order before I check out I realize I had 2 pairs of the same boots in my cart and I was using 4 credits so as I deleted a pair it went down to using 3 credits. But after looking at my account after wards that credit never went back to my account. When I called to explain what had happened the lady was very rude… if my total was 150 that is 3 credits… So I now am just out 50 dollars THAT I PUT IN MY ACCOUNT? I'm so furious I will probably NEVER buy from here again… I've been a member for a long time like almost 10 years! And I never want to deal with this company again!

This company refused to credit my account back once I realized they were ripping off members. I was able to purchase BOGO items without an account for $40 LESS than with my account. When brought to the attention of Melissa, my chat consultant, I was told there were no refunds on previous credits to my account. I told them I felt like I was being ripped off and that I wanted to cancel and get my funds back since I wouldn't be getting products for money I had spent. She informed me again that the money wouldn't/couldn't be credited and ended our chat. Customer service is HORRIBLE and the way they treat their 'Members' is awful. Never again.

Poor quality. Have tried to cancel my subscription and never received a response. I've never left a bad review in my life before this one but I'm very disappointed in JustFab.

I appreciate the style and the quality of the shoes that you offer and the discount when purchasing several pair is an excellent marketing tool.
However, I do not agree with the ongoing charges each month once you have credit card information toward purchasing additional shoes.
I have no desire to purchase five (5) pair of shoes each month. Regardless of the style or the sale. Had I read more carefully your conditions for
Purchasing the first five pair would mean that I would be included in some special cadre of buyers expected to purchase 5 pair of shoes each month, I would not
Have done so. Now, I am forced to select more shoes to purchase because you've already charged my credit card account for $49.95 that will not be refunded.
I ordered two pair of shoes and will pay the $9.80 required to complete the purchase.
I have cancelled the account and hopefully you will respect the request for cancellation as of September 12,2022 and not charge my card again.
Not pleased with the strategy to generate more purchases.

Each time I've called, either needing help with my order or wanting to skip a month, I've been treated with courteous respect. They have always been able to solve the issue.

The shoes are extremely cute, however they're too large and I can't find a way to shrink them. I will most likely return them and buy it in a smaller size.
