Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379

Quality materials used for clothing and sizes are somehow to the sizing chart on the website. Please try to inform your designers to make the arm size larger than it's been.

I've been with this company for over 2 years, each month I skip a month because I just don't feel like spending $40 ON SOMETHING THAT MIGHT NOT BE WORTH IT. All the purses I've purchased are nice, but the quality is so bad they a have started to rip from the inside. I also ordered boots (and keep in mind I only order because I forget to skip the month so my account gets charged) well the boots hurt like hell horrible I've never been in so much pain in any other shoes. The last bad experience I had was that I returned some boots that were too big for me and they only refunded the 3.40 to my bank account which was the shipping, so when I called the man told me it was refunded as a credit to the just fab account so I have one point available, so when I said okay so I guess I'll just choose something else, he said oh wait you already used that point "wtf!" piss me off so badly, I mean $40 is a lot for me to be giving to this dumb company. I am cancelling for sure.
I wasn't sure what to expect, I've heard bad things about membership-based websites like JustFab, but I was really happy with everything I got! The intro prices were good so I figured I had nothing to lose, and everything I ordered was good quality and fit really well.

Was a vip member for awhile when times got tough i had to cancel when i canceled they asked a bunsh of questions to get me confused tried to make deals the lady said everything so fast wasnt sure but once i caught on to what was happening i told them just cancel it no i dont want to keep it... now the 2ed part is i cancels befor end of month cause i didnt want to be charged the next month they went ahead and still pulled out the money i called them for a refund they told me they coudlnt do it cause once it was made into credit it lost its cash value and their was nothing they could do... NEVER again will i buy shoes online like this again this company is a down right horrible

I saw a good deal on boots pop up on fb if you joined the VIP... well nowhere was it blatantly visible that it was 39.95 of course it was in the fine print... so I immediately called to cancel. The first agent I got had to have been trying everything to get me to just hang up ( a ploy I'm sure they try to get people to not cancel). First she said she couldn't pull me up with my phone number. Then I was giving her my email and out of the 15 letters she claimed it cut out and she only heard 4. Throughout the call she would constantly say she misheard something or there was a bad connection but magically when I told her she appeared to be doing this on purpose she heard me just fine. She claimed she still couldn't pull my email up and asked for my order number. Again she magically didn't hear the first 3 numbers and when I went to repeat them... for 3 minutes there was no response and then the call was hung up by her. I was on that call for 20 minutes so obviously irritated. I immediately called back and got a different agent who pulled my information up without me having to even tell her. Imagine that since even when you call the automated bot says yours name so clearly my phone number was linked to the account. I'm so glad I cancelled before it even started because I could tell this company was shady.
I absolutely love, love, love my blue ankle strap heeled strap sandals, fit nicely, and look great on me. If they come in a plain WIDE size then I will another pair that is of a different color.

I was in shock wen a mounth later I order a shoes they charge me a membership of 39,90!? Wtf? Never heard for that in my life. Membership for shoes? This is a ripoff... a real one. I am still waiting for their answer and I will fight till the end. I even spoke with support service and she explaine me that I took a VIP mempership. I ask her: did it write next to 10 euro shoes that I will pay later 49,90 euro? No. So I dont know any about membership. Once they have your credit card they will charge you every mounth 39,90 euro. I will report that to all institution. This is first and last time in my life I am using my credit card for some online shope that I have never heard off. They should me ashamed. Thats way people do not trust some new online shop and people have right. This is good school for me. Never again;

The representative that helped me was very helpful however I still haven't received a credit for an item that was sent back. It was 2 items on the return however only one return slip was in the box. Fine print: if you disenroll /cancel VIP membership, they retroactively apply penalties to your past orders. Their website says "cancel at any time"... no mention of penalties. SUCH A SCAM!
DO NOT SHOP HERE they have a hidden fee where if you do not buy a pair of shoes every month, they CHARGE YOU $39.95! For NOT shopping! They also cancel orders but do not refund the money and have AWFUL customer service and are not willing to help at all. Not to mention the quality of the products is terrible and not worth the cost. Not a company I would support.

The driver delivered my package to the wrong address and I never received my package. He even took a picture in front of the wrong door. Just Fab never even returned my email. The delivery company said it was delivered even after picture was taken at the wrong address…I DIDNT GET MY REFUND OR SHOES NEEDLESS TO SAY….NEVER AGAIN will I spend a dime with this company!

My experience with this transaction was okay. I received the correct items and they are the same good quality and fit as all of the shoes/boots I have purchased from Just Fab. I have mixed feelings about Just Fab and the sales methods. What I don't like is the way they offer sales. New VIPs get better sale prices than veteran VIPs and I don't think that is right or fair. The way they figure sale prices is confusing. Admittedly, the sales offered are very good. My "deal breaker" is the five days at the beginning of each month when buyers have to accept whether or not they want to purchase anything during the month. I have purchased many items because I am too busy to remember to cancel within the timeframe. However, I have not been able to have them send me a reminder that the deadline is approaching. Therefore my only solution is to cancel my VIP status after I use the three credits I have accumulated due to this required action. Like everyone else suffering from the inflation situation, I need to save some money.

JustFab has some nice shoes, but I don't order through their website. I order JustFab shoes through Amazon, that way I am always protected. DON'T BUY FROM JUSTFAB! The will NOT cancel your membership if you ask them to. I've tried on multiple occasions to try and talk to customer service about cancelling my membership and they REFUSE to do it. I finally had to call my bank and have them block any withdrawals from this company and they said that I was not the first person to complain about this horrid site. The shoes aren't what's bad about this company, its the customer service and the lack of knowledge that they give you before you choose to be a VIP member.
