I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379

First of all, they get you to join by offering a great discount on your first pair of shoes. And yeah, that's nice at first. But as you stay a little longer, you'll notice that about 70% of the shoes you really want are rarely (if ever) in stock.
Second, if you're cool with being charged monthly for $39.95, just know that you will not be able to use that towards any promotions they run. So when there's a sale, too bad, you have to pay with ON TOP of what they already charged you beginning of the month. That's a big catch.
3rd, the customer service can be really annoying when you finally call to cancel because you're tired of it or you accidently forgot to "skip" the month so you won't be billed. I just got off the phone with this person named Eva, who didn't listen to my concerns at all but only tried to talk me out of them. It was a crappy sales experience which made me want to leave even more.
I gave 2 stars bc hey, sometimes you can catch a good deal on here, but they money trap is far more annoying and just not worth it. I'd rather go to tjmaxx or marshalls. Shoes are the same price if not cheaper.

My mother does not know English and she saw this page on Instagram and she fell in love with some sandals and boots. So I was so nice to lend her my bank card so she can purchase the shoes. She saw that it said 2 pairs for $29 so I said ok heres my card. Since she doesnt know English and she didnt know anything about that VIP membership. After she did her purchase I checked how much she spent and what she bought. Then I see that she joined the VIP Membership. So right away I cancelled the membership online and then I called to ask if its cancelled but no one answers and I'm on hold. I called so many times and no one answers. So since I cancelled that Membership, so now what am I going to get my money back? I NEED MY MONEY NOW!

This is the most scam filled website I've ever shopped on. Before I had a credit card I used my parents to purchase some boots, I paid my mom the cash I had. The boots came and were in good condition, cheap too. The problem? My parents checked the credit card statement and JustFab had been charging the credit card $40 a month after the first shoes. I NEVER signed up, didn't even get their newsletter. This damn site STOLE MONEY FROM MY PARENTS without any notice- thank god my dad saw something odd... 6 months later- HUNDREDS of dollars. They refunded my parents their money and I will never shop there again. DO NOT SHOP HERE, YOU GET SIGNED UP TO BE A "MEMBER" EVEN IF YOU SELECT NO AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN AFTER YOUVE PURCHASED SOMETHING. Their products are in decent condition, but I will never trust a site that charges people behind their backs. JustFab will take advantage of you.

Correction: the website I'm reviewing is www.JustFab.com. Not sure why it changed to justfabulous.com on my review...
I get the whole VIP membership for $39.95, it's ok. I decided to just cancel since I really don't like their styles anyway. I prefer shopping in person lately, after being let down after numerous disappointments.
Calling JustFab to cancel, it was a 20 minute call wait time. I finally got an operator, and she/he hung up. I had to call back... finally 18 minutes later, I spoke with an operator who cancelled my account (supposedly).
I then got emails again from JustFab, logged in and saw my account was not cancelled. Emailed them and called again, 15 minute wait time this time- getting better. Confirmed the account is cancelled. A day later, another email, I again unsubscribed and called- having to cancel my account again. This is now cancellation everytime I call, regardless of how many times.
I finally logged into the account and put the credit card expiration date to this month, this way they cannot charge it next month.
Continue to get emails from JustFab after unsubcribing 3 times. Finally today reported them to the FTC.
I'm sure the company would be great, though I won't take another chance with them. There are plenty of other retail outlets with affordable shoes/etc for same or lower prices.

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. TRIED TO GET A BILLING ISSUE RESOLVED GOT HUNG UP ON MULTIPULE TIMES. WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR PACKAGE AND THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE FOR MEMBERSHIP. I CANNOT GET ANY STRAIGHT ANSWERS. AND 40 BUCKS A MONTH OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE OUT OF COUNTRY HARD TO UNDERSTAND AND VERY RUDE. I GOT LUCKY HEN I SPOKE TO A YOUNG AMERICAN LADY NAME JACKIE. AS SOON AS SHE STRATED HELPING HER LINE WENT DEAD.

I have so many things to say about this site. First of all they make it seem like you are making an account just like you would on any other retail site. Where you just make an account so you can save your wish list and information and whatnot. BUT they are charging you monthly when you make an account. I ended up getting three pairs of shoes the first time I signed up and none of them fit me. I wear a five, and their 5.5's fit me EXCEPT all of the toes were stupidly long. I got a pair of peep toes that fit except my toes were not peeping at all. The proportions were just off. Reading their return policy, I realized it would have been a huge effort to return them because I got discounts because I was a first time member. So I ended up getting $20 for all of them at buffalo exchange. Three months later, I saw I was being charged monthly. I called, and they redeemed me ONE of those monthly charges. The next day I went to cancel my account and they don't let you cancel it online. You have to call. When you try to cancel they are so $#*!in persistent about you not cancelling or about you at least taking a look at their other merchandise. I have never had an online retailer be so difficult. At the end of the day, I paid 190$ (omg that is so pathetic) for 3 pairs of shoes that did not fit. They suck don't buy their shoes.

Make sure they are not charging you monthly!!!

I usually NEVER have issues with JustFab but this time they shipped my order through Lasership. This delivery company is ABSOLUTE TRASH! They say your order is delivered, meanwhile THE EMPLOYEES HAVE STOLEN YOUR PURCHASE! My son ordered shoes from another brand, which shipped by Lasership and had the exact same thing happen to him, that's happening to me now. Ordered on 12/2/22, Lasership claims it was delivered on 12/16@ 7:00 PM but I was home working all day and evening, I was still tracking my order on the 17th and it's now 2023 and I still have no shoes. If Lasership is the new preffered shipper, I'll be canceling my account. Quite sure no one cares because I'm some nobody but just know that this shipping company will cost you money and customers down the road.

If only there was an option for 0 stars. The worst company and company policy I have ever came across. And bare in mind, I am in the same industry myself, I think just fabs business model is to trick customers who don't check their bank accounts as often and leads a busy lifestyle. My so £35 shoes turned into £315 shoes as I wasn't aware I needed to cancel my membership, now the customer service is more than ridiculous - all they say that I have ticked 'I agree with terms and conditions' hence the refund isn't an option. WHO HAS TIME TO READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN BUYING A PAIR OF SHOES? Long story short, do not make a mistake that I made and DO NOT BUY anything at all. As then you get stuck in an endless battle, and end up losing all the money and not able to cancel your membership. PLEASE AVOID.

Besides the fact that you're forced to skip the month or be charged, what frustrates me is that because I don't shop regularly I have to get skip the month every time and I forgot to do so about 2 or 3 times, which went towards "member credits". I am going on vacation in 10 days so I decided it would be time to redeem my credits. I found 2 things I wanted, thought I was good to go and use my credits until I saw I was only able to use one of them. Apparently, you can't use your credits if the total amount in your cart is less than the total amount of the credits, so I spent 3 HOURS trying to find something else I didn't initially want to avoid spending extra money. Most of the things I also liked were either sold out or not enough for me to use my credits. It was a huge waste of time for me to end up having to spend money anyways and I think it shouldn't matter how much the items cost you should just be able to use however much you want to use from the credits and let the difference go towards your next purchase because not everything is $39.95 on the site. I was forced to either spend $39 or get something else that added up to that amount or more in order to use both credits. After this I am cancelling my membership, I am so upset that I had to waste all that time. Let's not even talk about the fact that you cannot erase your credit cards and your points (not credits) "expire" after a certain period of time. So whatever benefits from points you would get as a member you lose if you don't shop enough! What a scam

Tip for consumers:
Yes they have some nice looking things here but just avoid this website all together, they are just trying to take your money and make you keep spending more. Go shop at a better place.

This company does not even deserve one star. They have taken so much money monthly without me realising, and when I emailed them over it, their reply was rude and condescending. The products I did purchase from them were of poor quality and really not worth the £35 I was forced to pay. I was talking to an employee on their online chat in order to cancel my membership as I did not want to pay the ridiculous charges just to phone so they would stop taking my money. The employee was rude and extremely unhelpful. I was finally forced to call the company and bear the cost. The employee I was speaking to on the phone was impossible to understand, genuinely sounded like I was talking to a robot. There was a lot of static in the connection. After a 10 minute phone call I finally got my membership ended, after which the employee on the phone tried to encourage me to 'like them on Facebook'. Extremely unprofessional company with little customer service and poor quality of clothing. As an employee in the retail sector, I am absolutely disgusted with the service and products I've received.

I have been a customer with Just Fab for almost 3 years now. I love being with this company. Almost everything that I have purchased from them have been well made items. I also always get compliments on my items (shoes and purses) whenver i wear them out!^_^ When that happens, I always get a really good burst of confidence! Something that all women need.

There were on 2 items, out of the 20+ items that i have purchased from them, that had quality issues. Just Fab though, has always help make up for it when you address the issue to them. Plus, shipping is free both ways!

I feel that most of the complaints Just Fab gets are from people who haven't read the terms and conditions. ALWAYS read them BEFORE putting you credit card info on a website. Even if you get charged because you forgot to skip the month (which is mentioned in the terms and conditions), you get store credit which can be used to buy one of many great items.

It's also great getting free items as well, with their loyalty program. You get points per dollar on each purchase. Once reaching 350 pts, you get to get a free item of your choice! 350 sounds like a lot, but Just Fab always has sales, specials, and promotions that will help you get more bang for your buck!

All in all, I love Just fab, and I'm hoping that more people will give them a chance. Because once you give them a chance, you will never want to leave them!

I have been a member for almost 2 years and yes you will be charged a fee every month once you order. It is in the "fine print" that you will become a VIP member once you order. You may skip a month or several months but you MUST remember to do it every month within the "grace period".
I have no problem with the products and the return policy and customer service in the past. I just cancelled and will never order from them again. As a bed ridden handicapped person who buys for her children and grandchildren it in no longer convenient. I am stuck with several items that i paid $40 each for because they refuse to mail me a return label. I have no printer to print one out and do not go out or give my personal email access to people to print one out for me. I am not buying a printer to accommodate one company.
It is sad that i have to accommodate them when they should be accomodating me. I guess the paying handicapped elderly are not the clients they want as customers. My family was happy when i had those surprises for them from just fab. I guess i will be searching for another site and will have to take a huge loss on the items i was not able to return because they "changed their policy" without any notice.
Not happy with this company at all. Seems that the bigger they got the less they care about the customers that have been with them for a long time and helped to get them where they are by ordering and recommending them.

Ordered one months ago didn't realize I was being charged every month. Called April 2018 said a check would be issued would take 8-10weeks. I wasn't happy but I accepted it. August 7 2018 still NO refund called said check would be issued 8-10weeks and I would have a email sent with tracking number. August 15 2018 still NO EMAIL NO REFUND. Called again August 25,2018. AGAIN said a check will be issued 8-10weeks and a email with tracking number. Sounds like they are trying to give me the run around to avoid giving me back MY money.

Two days ago around 3 a.m. I'm up and I decide to check out justfab. I see some really cute block heels and they were around $40, but since I was a new customer my first item would be 75% off. I decide to purchase without reading previous reviews. Come to find out what VIP is I automatically cancelled. The following night around 2 a.m. I call and cancel. I'm not on hold very long, nice lady that picked up. She did insist a bit on making me stay, but my VIP membership was callened, and she said my order would still arrive. I then go in and cancel my account as a whole. When I attempt to login it tells me it's been deactivated, im pleased to hear. I was told during the same call that I would receive a tracking number via email I didn't and I wanted to clarify the whole money/scam thing I had seen, called again a few minutes ago. Answered within 2 mins, I got my tracking number, reassured my account was completely cancelled, and told no money would ever be taking out after my one time purchases that I had made. Pretty satisfied with the customer service calls and their help. Just in case, I did cancel my visa checkout account as well. I will be receiving my package sometime between now and the 28 of June. Will keep updated.

I purchased boots in wide calf and received regular calf so now I have 3 pair of boots that I can't wear and will just give away to coworkers. Returning is not worth the time and effort to do.
