It took a month for my items to come and I'm still missing a package after I use the credit that's back in my account I'm not using your company again

Summer flared heel, PERFECT. Pumps appx half size too large. Sophie Strappy heeled mule: Poor workmanship the vertical centre STRAP doesn't align with the centre of feet, horizontal straps doesn't follow the contour of the feet (gaping all around). Too Large, I will donate, Sophie will wear around the house.

I'm appalled by the number of people giving bad reviews because THEY failed to read the Terms & Conditions, and how the program works. I've been a member since they began (basically started with them two weeks after the company launched!). No, I'm not an employee or a paid agent/rep. I'm simply a customer who took the time to read what I was signing up for BEFORE giving out my credit card info online. And it shocks me that people go two, three or more months without even monitoring their credit card or bank statements! I've purchased over 165 items from them and ALL have been great quality and value for the price. People can't say they sell 'cheap' items because they have even carried Jessica Simpson, Abby Dawn, Iron Fist and other designer items at great prices. I don't know what some people here expect for a $39.95 price, but it sure is not going to get you a Valentino pair of shoes! Their quality and designs are great for the price. You just have to take responsibility to read and understand what you are signing up for, you are not required to buy every month, and all you have to do is log into your boutique every month between the 1st and the 5th and click the 'Skip the month' button, THAT'S ALL! In Feb 2014 will be my 4th year with them and I couldn't be happier!

I fell on love by the boots I purchased. I cannot believe what I paid for my order. Just Fab is a wonderful store for what you want even when you Don't need it. I am so happy!

As far as being treated properly I wasn't. I spent $75 and change, returned everything, shoes to wide and received credit for $25 and change. NO ONE WOULD RESPOND when I questioned it. Never again will I purchase from them and none of my friends will either

Had not ordered in a while got back on the site and fell in love with several pair of boots and had to have them also purchased some for my mother and she love each and every pair

First ov all on my last purchase you gave me a size 6 shoes... wen ith clearly says 7... second of all ur taking 35 a monthh? I want my refund like noww

THEY WONT CANCEL AN AUTO PAY ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU CALL. I couldn't call and since they charged me three times without purchasing before I realized what was happening, I wanted it canceled. All the chat girl did was copy and paste the same "oh we cant but here's the number" message. This company is the absolute worst.

JustFab is a complete scam! Disgusting customer service, incompetent staff, the list could go on! I signed up through the website which yes as everyone else did I ticked the terms and conditions! However what the terms and conditions failed to read was that I was to be AUTOMATICALLY opted in to VIP which I will add is ILLEGAL... After phoning to cancel the subscription the payments continued coming out of my bank! I phoned the customer service number month after month with no help. After realising that they had taken 17 months worth of payments from my account totalling £611 I called yet again. After 2 and a half hours on the phone they finally agreed to refund only 11 months worth of £35.00. I was told the remaining £215 would be saved on my account as credit. I refused this as I did not think this was acceptable but had to end the call as my stress levels were through the roof by this point. From then on, when I was on the website, anything I tried to order in my size was out of stock. I have since phoned to ask when sizes will be reordered so I can at least make use of the my money they will not give me back. For the last 4months I have had no access to the website. It states I am not a member. This website has over £200 of my own money which they have STOLEN. I have never dealt with such an incompetent, unprofessional and unsympathetic company in my life. Stay clear of JustFab they are financially and emotionally draining.

I have been buying all my shoes from Just Fab for years. I am a VIP member! They always have my size and the styles very fashionable.

I love these cute heels! Delivery was super fast and shoes were delivered without damage. I ordered a 9.5 and they are just right they are true to fit and fairly comfortable.

You guys took my credit card info that I made a purchase with and took out monthly $39.95 without my permission. If I wanted that I would have updated the account myself!

I have wide calves and I was happy to see that these boots have a great fit. They zip and everything. For women with big calves, this can be a struggle. Grateful!

I love the website and the shoes. I have always had the best customer service. My only problem, sometimes o forget to skip a month. I wish a reminder was sent out.

The only thing I don't like about just fab is that it's a pay when you have to remember every month before the fifth to skip the month otherwise you get charge

I feel that the boots are a nice comfortable wear, can wear as dressy or dress down, for work, church or an outing go great with jeans and a skirt or dress.

The 5 pairs of shoes I ordered fit well. One was a bit loose but it would still work. Overall the outcome was well worth it. I will purchase similar ideas in the near future

Fine. Always easy to order. I did have to call customer service, because they initially charged me for an order that I had credits to cover, but he was easy to understand, and really nice!

After choosing the item wanted, my main concern was how long it would take to receive the order. It arrived the next week and I was able to make the church Christmas gift giving event!

I've been a member of JustFab for a few years now and I've never been disappointed. The shoes are great quality and they're affordable for the most part. Customer service is always wonderful as well.

I never order shoes online because I assume it will be a hassle, but this experience was great. The two pairs of shoes I ordered were exactly as they seemed online and a great fit.
