Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
The math at checkout is terrible
Example: I got charged 39.95 and tried to buy 2 pairs of shoes for $15 each and it says I owe $37 when I checkout NOW HOW DOES THAT WORK 15+15=30 they charged me 39.95 HOW DO I OWE THEM MONEY? Soooo unhappy
I had the worst experience ever.
I was not a VIP member til I made my first purchase and I was unaware about the $39.95 charge on my card. I'm not even mad about that part, but the fact I am unable to delete my account. I talked to two people on the phone because that's the only way to cancel.
First person, I straight up told her I wanted to cancel, she tried to bribe me with a free credit and I told her no. She said let's take you off VIP so I won't get charged. I said fine. I sat there refreshing while still on the phone to see if I was off of the VIP. Appears I was not, so I told her and she tried to make me feel stupid. I was aware their main objective is to not cancel any accounts because I had saw reviews the night before cancelling as I tried to call but they were on holidays. She made a smart remark, "honey, I just did it 2.5 seconds ago, wait another 2.5." Also, I told her about the $24 in custom fees I had to pay at the door when my first order arrived and she seemed all clueless and knew nothing about the warehouses. So we hung up. I started refreshing my page and relogging in and I was still a VIP so I called again.
The next lady had an aggressive attitude, she would not let me speak by cutting me off and screaming, saying she is unable to cancel it and there will be no charges. The thing is... I don't want my billing information on there anymore. She said she can't remove it and everything stays. The fact the site is so misleading frustrates me. Also, it mentions you can cancel whenever you want on their site, this is UNTRUE.
I bought Noura Heeled Sandal in melba color and they are beautiful! I also bought Tailored Lounge Pants and Sweater in heather grey color and I loved it because the set is super comfortable and the quality of the fabric is really good. I want to mention that I also bought Bonnie Buckle Wedge in nice blue color but I returned them because despite being beautiful shoes I found them very tall for me.

I was a VIP member for a a year or more. The shoes are not worth the price, they fall apart very easily. I also used my VIP credit to buy shoes and they charged my bank card. Terrible business.

I attempted to skip this month and the skip button was missing from my account. I called about it and they said they would take care of. Then I notice that my card was charged the membership price for the month of $39.95. Needless to say I was not happy. I contacted them via the chat about this and she said they cannot refund me, but that she can offer me points. I explained this was their error and I was told it would be taken care of. At that point I told Brooke I wanted to cancel my membership. She said she would take care of this. I then went to go use my credit so I can be done with them and it says it will show up when you go to check out. It didn't show up. I contacted them again and the guy said it had to be $39.99 for it to appear. So I added more to the cart to do this and guess what, it is still not showing up. I have tried to connect on their chat 3 more times and nothing is working and when I just tried to call I was hung up on. Needless to say this is ridiculous and I would never recommend anyone to utilize their services due to their lack of customer service. I am very disappointed and will not be utilizing them again. Hopefully they can use my $40 to find better adequate service providers.

ORDERED 2 pcs but Justfab shipped to the wrong address ( they send to a different address that is not mine) and I have to pay extra to change the address myself
I contacted them many times that they sent it wrong and they should have solved it but they didn't reply me

I ordered a pair of shoes and put in for an exchange to get a smaller size. I promptly sent the shoes back. I tracked the shoes that I sent back to see when they would be shipping my replacement. When the tracking kept saying that they were waiting arrival to the warehouse, I called customer service to see what the issue was and to make sure my replacement shoes would be held in case they sold out. He assured me they would. I called back another time of two when the delivery continued to be delayed with no other indication. I logged onto my account again to check the status and found that the order had been cancelled without any notice to me. The shoes had sold out and clearly my size had not been saved. Beyond this, my vip credit had been returned but the nine dollars that i spent in fees, shipping, and tax had not been returned. I chatted with another associate and asked for a refund from my vip credit as well as the shipping and fees. He said that neither could be refunded. I told him that I would accept holding onto the vip credit to use later but that I received no item so I would like a refund on the shipping and fees. After spending a lot of time on the chat, he finally was able to refund the fees. Overall the process was awful and sneaky and after using my last credit, I plan to close my account.

I orderd from JustFab was fine at first, then I skipped a month but still charged me for it and this the second time its happened. I screenshot it to say I skipped then sent me an email telling me I didn't skip the month so why have they still charged me, been on hold to customer service half hour waiting, absolute RUBBISH!
Today will b the third time I've tried to cancel this account one time they did skip a month that's not what I asked for I asked for cancellation. I hold it my responsibility that I did not write down the confirmation numbers and keep them in a safe place. So now and I call I will make sure to have that information I will staple it to my forehead if I have to I'm also contacting my bank to see about getting these charges reversed even just that I can see that the account has been inactive for months I have no intention of payingthe exorbitant fees that just stabbed charges their current customers prices triple once I got you in their door I actively tell people not to use that JustFab or any of their subsidiaries.

I've been a member of JustFab for years. I have gotten a bunch of pretty sturdy shoes from them, and have recommended them to family and friends. I loved how you could skip months when you couldn't afford it (which was pretty often with me!), but if you forgot, at least you could go get a pair of shoes for like $5 (since you already paid $35 and that credit would apply to your purchase).
Well apparently they changed those rules. All of a sudden, they don't even give you the option to use your credits. During quarantine, I stupidly forgot to cancel 2 months in a row. I figured well, I already paid for it, I'll get myself a couple of pairs of sandals. I put a few in my cart- the total is $60. I already paid them $70 for two months of "credits." So basically they're asking me to pay $130 for 2 pairs of cheap sandals. I contacted their customer service and they said that the credits are now only good for "full price" items. That's funny, because isn't the point of a "VIP membership" that all of their shoes are discounted? Soooo... my credits are literally good for nothing.
I immediately cancelled my membership. They took $70 from me during a time where everyone has lost their jobs and they won't even allow me to apply those credits towards a pair of $30 sandals. I am so livid and so so disappointed. Keep my money. You obviously need it!

They say they carry wide but every time i buy they send normal width and just had to send 2 more pairs back so i called and was notified that they no longer offer wide but the web site says they do

Checked out and used my PayPal account, now just fab Said they don't have a order, and my paypal account it shows they do even with a order number from them, they say I have to wait for it to "fall" off my account on PayPal, which could be a month or more f***** a*******
I purchased two items and returned them now two weeks after receiving them back they have not returned the money I will never buy from these people again

I'm very happy with all my shoes but one pair came very small. It says it's a size 8 but they are more like a size 7. Other than that, I am very satisfied with my order!

Both pairs of boots were great but the heels in the booties were too high for my comfort and safety so I returned them and will buy a different pair. The over the knee boots were phenomenal!

Stay away from this $#*!tyy app and website, they are stealing money from people. They took $17 off my original purchase for shipping fee and re stocking fee!? So ridiculous. The original payment was $37.12 now they are giving me back $19!? They say $10 for promotion and the rest for shipping fee.
