I was at first upset because I ordered a pair of boots great deal but I did not realize it was a membership fee and after my boots arrived I had no intentions of getting more
But today I realized the withdrew $39 from my account

I found the phone number and called explained the situation to coustomer service and they really stepped up to the plate and refunded me very happy with them and yes I would refer them to people to shop but if you are a first time purchase for $10 its agreat deal but know you will be charged fees

Everyone please stay away from this retailer they are frauds and scam artists. Kimora Simmons And Kate Hudson, i am absolutely dissapointed and disgusted that u are both in business with this brand. They use their VIP membership as a front to STEAL your money every month i have tried to dispute the case on paypal but was denied. So please let this serve as a WARNING to all please STAY AWAY from JUSTFAB!

I had four pairs of slippers in my cart I did not purchase them I did not agree to buy them and yet they were shipped out to me so I don't know what goes on on your guys's end but I did not agree to buy what was in my card and yet I received the four pairs of slippers

I had a bad experience with just fab I canceled an order and I cancelled their membership I went to their Facebook page to find out how to get them off of my newsfeed and write a review into random women who were singing their praises launched a verbal attack upon me name calling and constantly reciting the company's Terms of Service I started reading through the other reviews and found it very suspicious that 90% of them were the exact same thing word for word reciting the Terms of Service and and all the great deals which leads me to believe they are not a reputable company people please be aware of them.

I couldn't get my refund label online but customer service was so quick to provide it and make sure my request was fulfilled immediately and correctly! Thank you!

The sandals I bought were mediocre. The sling backs I bought were so loose. And these slip on heels were of raw straw like material that are tough to wear. Only be worn in short increments.

I've been a member for years. Noticed products have changed. I was a huge sneaker person. Now I buy from sketcher's. Your variety and quality have gone downhill.

I love Just Fab. I have an alarm set every month on the 4th to see if I can buy or skip. And I love to buy out of season. I just got boots last month for $6. Great finds and in my budget.

Upon realising that I was a V. I. P member I tried to get a much deserved refund.

After having the terms conditions explained to me a numerous amount of times I asked to speak to the manager. I started from the beginning on line as a new customer and explained to her screen to screen as to why I hadn't realised that I had signed up before I even purchased the deal. She persistently said I was lying and then hung the phone up.

As I have dealt with customer complaints as a manager myself I then calmly called back to continue my dispute. The following lady had a similar response and then informed me that she reads the small print when she shops online to which I responded this is probably due to your work experience with Just fab.

The whole thing is ridiculous and you can only be fully aware if you have the time to read a contract before buying a new pair of shoes, its a shame because I love the products but I have spent £105 with nothing to show for it as the credit has ran out.

I will be taking this matter to small claims court and blogging my experience on you tube as the just fab scam alert so please feel free to like my video in support of catching the buggers out.

The fit is perfect. Delivery time was great. But I did not realize that the special pricing was enrolling me in to a subscription. Cancelation was handled professionally.

Shipping is the worstttt! I've canceled my Fabletics, Shoedazzle, and now Justfab due to them shipping with pitney bowes! It takes 3 weeks for my items to arrive!

Trying to return an order is frustrating as you must call, then, only a credit is offered, which is fine, if you ever get it, still nothing showing as a credit on my account

I love being able to buy bundle deals. It's so hard for me to piece outfits together. I feel so polished and am able to mix and match staple items with ease. I'm obsessed!

Love love love my shoes! The delivery information was a bit confusing, had to call to understand. Perhaps it's cos I've typically received my items quicker or I was just impatient to rock them!

I have had an excellent experience with JustFab. My orders are processed very timely and received at the time noted by JustFab.

Their commercials are so obnoxious, rude and send the wrong message to our youth.

I am satisfied with my shoes and I also recommend it to my friend because she fall in love with one of my sandals a white one …. No complaining for now.

Every time I have a return it's handled with one call easy and a couple of seconds it's taken care of just had Fab have a great team working behind them

Need to exchange shoes for a different size but can't find the actual link to do it. There are instructions but no tab or link to actually print the return sticker.

Overall, great prices. Ease of returns and quality not as great on some items. Other items are excellent quality. I had some great gifts for my friends this year. Thanks Justfab..

Wonderful wonderful shoes, they are great every time I order form just fab. And I feel like they are one of a kind not everyone has the same shoes your wearing.

The black sandal fit perfectly in length however the heel strap was very loose. I had to get to adjusted. The fedora is beautifully made. I can't wait to wear it.

I was very pleased with this most recent purchase. Each item was well-packaged. They were quality fabric and well made. Each of them fits just right and I enjoy wearing them.
