Wonderful wonderful shoes, they are great every time I order form just fab. And I feel like they are one of a kind not everyone has the same shoes your wearing.

My experience with the JustFab representative was good except for explanation why I did not receive the Essence magazine subscription. Checked my mail and email to no avail did not receive

The black sandal fit perfectly in length however the heel strap was very loose. I had to get to adjusted. The fedora is beautifully made. I can't wait to wear it.

I was very pleased with this most recent purchase. Each item was well-packaged. They were quality fabric and well made. Each of them fits just right and I enjoy wearing them.

Some time ago I bought shoes and a bag on their site. I cannot say anything good about the quality ( actually, didn't expect much for such a price), just liked the design. Months later I got an sms that confirmed my payment to this $#*!ty shop ( it was like I put 39.95 euros on my online account there). First of all, I blocked my card. Secondly, I wrote to them on Facebook about my stolen money. Their Barbi ( f... king Eva) said that I should call them and they'd try to help me. I said that I was abroad in a roaming, so, I was not gonna spend even more money to fix everything. It was their fault, so, I recommended them to find a way to contact me ( gave them whatsapp for free calls). But that $#*! kept insisting that they could not call me, it was me who should do that. I repeated myself, that I wasn't going to spend more money for them. And in case I don't get a call from them, my negative reviews would be everywhere. Since that day that $#*! blocked me on Facebook and almost every day I receive sms that they try to steal money from my blocked card again n again n again! Somebody! Is it possible to stop all this $#*!? Is there any law for such thieves? I cannot understand how they still exist? Excuse me, in my country we don't have this shop, so, I really cannot do anything from here. But ppl from other countries! WAKE UP!

Before you make a purchase, terms say you will be charged every month unless you skip. So stop complaining about them taking your money. Read before you agree. Your own fault.

Shoes and boots have no real grip and have you sliding. Material is tight and hard. Not true to size at all. Not worth the purchase, even at a discounted price.

I love getting JustFab. I always spoil myself! I used to buy and eat pineapple whenever I need a pick me up, but now I just browser JustFab. Definately worth it!

Was looking for some winter boots and when I placed my order, I was surprised to see the total was under $20, I will be placing another order very soon. Thanks!

I ordered these boots as they were in my size at a price I could afford, unfortunately they sent the wrong size with no information on how to return them if they weren't what I needed/wanted.

First order that I received it a was a second hand snickers, then I contacted the customer service and they send me the new pair but this time wrong size!
Also they charged me $49.95 for vip fee with out my permission. I contacted them and they didn't help this time - HORRIBLE COSTOMER CARE
I will let everyone know to stay away from this scammer website

I purchased a couple pairs of boots they did not fit so I wanted to return them. I contacted the company, they immediately sent me an RMA. It was hassle free. I would recommend them 100%

I don't know why because I own shoes with lower heels that still hurt my feet, but these shoes aren't uncomfortable at all, and they look amazing with everything. I'm so glad that I bought them!

They will cancel your order or up charge you if you cancel your membership on your first pair of shoes. And they will double charge your account, 'To make sure your card works' like what the hecl is that? DONT FALL FOR IT!

I would have loved to keep the shoes had I only been able to wear both shoes. The zipper was stuck/broken on the right shoe and of course, they no longer had my size when I tried to exchange.

Had to buy them a second time, first time (size 8)they were too small so I gave them to my friend and then I ordered again in 2 sizes up just in case I ordered size 9. Cute boots

Even when you cancel your account they still try to charge you for months after, when I called AGAIN and cancelled for the second time it took FOREVER. I don't know how many times I had to tell them to just cancel the damn account, I don't care how many "credits" I have.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE JustFab (No, I DO NOT work for them... I live in NY. Lol) I first heard of them when they were about 8 months old but didn't sign up til they were about 14 months into it. I knew exactly what I was signing up for when I did! I have loved everything I have ever purchased from them! I have to say that for the people who are complaining now, Uhm there is a PAY AS YOU GO option, but of course you wanted all the perks right? So you read about that but you CHOSE to be a VIP. The fault only lies with you. Learn to read before signing up for ANY online site!

Ever so often they stop sending the opt out emails and you are charged for credits you don't want. I want out but can't cancel because of the forced credits.

YEA SO THESE MF DON'T TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL HIT YOU'RE BANK CARD UP ALL THREW THE MONTH IF THEY CAN'T GET IT ON THE 1st... messed me up... took my bill money and then when I called about it they told me there sorry but I'll just have to sit in the dark (lightbill money) until I get my money back in 5 to 7 days...#Azzholes

I was looking forward to my order but haven't received it yet! I was hoping to get it before my Las Vegas trip that's coming up in 2 days. But too late now I won't be able to wear them for my trip!

Was having a hard time with the site this time. It was skipping and wouldn't move fast and it took three times to update my address. But overall normally never have problems

JustFab made my purchase and exchange process SO easy, which has never been simple with an online retailer previously. I'm so glad I opted to exchange rather than return, and I love my new shoes!
