Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I am tired of trying to keep up. I do not have the luxury of time to remember to skip months on merchandise that is not cut for my body shapes and is not great quality.
I ordered two pairs of boots and one pair of slippers that totaled to 55$. All great material and comfortable. They also arrived within a week of ordering which is a plus!

I placed and order... got comformation when it was shipped and it said to be delivered on 2/18/21. On the 19th the delivery date changed to the 20th. As of the 21st it has been sitting in New Jersey with no delivery date. I called on the 29th and asked why it was still sitting in Jersey for a week and when would it be delivered and the justfab rep said due to covid there was nothing he could do for 15 business days but if i dont have the order by friday to call and the order can be refilled or refunded. Ummmm... answer the question that i asked dont read what is on a piece of paper!

Wow what a good deal 10$ booties how can they afford to stay open with such low prices.
It's a joke.
This company makes money by hoping that you are dumb and don't read the fine print.
So don't be surprised when your $10 below average product shows up and within a month you now own a $50 below average product.
But don't worry if you give them more money you can have a second below average product! Yes that's right you have to spend more than your 39.95 credit to get it applied to your second purchase.
So be a smart shopper and cancel your membership!?
YES. Navigate through this poorly (if your a crook briliantly) designed web site to find the cancelation page. If you find this page after their 5 day cancellation window be prepared to continue this "awesome shopping experience". If you find this page before your five day allowance set 100 reminders to return and cancel (they want you to forget because your stupid and they want you trapped) once you have completed this you have won the game; congratulations.

Wrong again! After trying to explain and rationalize to a computer you might manage to get transfered to an "English as a second language" correspondent. They will repeat the small print to you multiple times and then tell you its your fault for ever being stupid"
Also by this point the product you received originally has fallen apart.
These people are crooks and their products are sub par. They purposely confuse and trick you into a string of charges by hiding information and trapping you.
Buyers beware. It's too good to be true.

I bought a pair of shoes because I had 35 pound of credits with them. They didn't take the credit and charge me 35 pounds, even if when I bought the shoes the total was zero because of the credit. It's the second time that it happen with them. EXTREMELY BAD COMPANY!
Got my order on time and perfectly packed.
Everything was my size and in stock, even the sale stuff. Shoes were comfortable and sweater dress was stunning!

This company has been nothing but trouble since the beginning. When I first ordered a pair of shoes I was dissatisfied with the way they looked so like normal I called the company for an exchange. This whole process was dis-satisfactory. First they ask you to print out a return flier but you must purchase the box to return it in. Being that I am a college student i never made it to buy a box and ended up waiting to long. When I called back I got nothing but rude and terrible customer service unwilling to work with me on the return. Needless to say the shoes now sit in my closet and have never been worn. Then after being so tired of skipping months forgetting and then having to get a refund I called and cancelled my account. I had to argue with a "consultant" for 10 minutes as she pretty much begged me to say and that was it I though I was done, but NO! They never did cancel my account! So when i got another email about my available VIP credit you can imagine how upset I was. The weekend of my fiancees birthday and the little money I have is now gone because JustFab couldn't do what I asked in the first place. Now I have to wait 6 days for reimbursement and they finally cancelled my account. I will never deal with a company like this again it was overall a horrible experience.
First haven't seen anything that I've liked in months finally find something decent and it never shows up. Then I was supposed to get my money back and account closed but I KEEP getting charged

Literally signed up for this VIP membership because it said it was free. Little do I know they charge you $40.00 bucks a month if you don't choose to skip the month between the 1st and the 5th of the month. Which it had no details about in the signup. Then of course I wanted to cancel my account; and to do so you need to call or use a chat system. I first tried to use the chat and sat on the page for a half an hour to find no one from the business connecting with me. So I decided to call and it was a computer that asked for the phone number associated with the account. On my account there is no phone number or option for a phone number on the account. So I called 3 separate times trying to figure it out. Then finally the next day I tried the chat again because I really wanted to cancel these VIP memberships. So I sat on the chat page for a whole hour before getting connected to someone who was very rude and ended up disconnecting on me. So I refreshed and connected with someone who was finally able to help me out and explain it all. This process took way too long and the customer service overall was horrid. I will never do business with this company again.
Shopping with justfab is super easy. The styles are unique and colors are great. The items are also very durable. My only concern is the magazine that are marketed, I never receive them.
