Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I was more satisfied when I could find items for the monthly subscription fee. Lately it always ends up being more and I feel like I'm being charged for extra.
Your company utilized CASH App to retrieve an unauthorized payment of $45.00 (4) times twice in the same day. I never utilized CASH App as a first time consumer, I utilized PayPal.
After your company did CASH App after the Memorial Day of 2022, several days later they accessed my banking institution for a membership authorization payment. While I did not recall having to cancel this membership since the initial purchase was made in August-2022. A courtesy reminder could have been extended to offer cancellation.
I needed my financial resources as I'm on limited income through disability, nevertheless I would not want to do business not order any future shoes from your site.
After disputing this with your customer service within minutes they found no fault of unauthorized payment being made. I did cancel the service account with your company and have removed all credit/debit card information from PayPal account.
I still plan to dispute the matter with PayPal again, and I did notify my banking institution of this matter.
What I don't understand is why would your company have access to all of my credit and /or debit card personal informational stored in PayPal if I never purchased anything from you using CASH App. I don't understand why PayPal would allow this to occur.

Do not buy, they join you up to their scheme and take money out of you account every month. They will say they can put money back when you phone them but they never do.

I ordered wide sandals because I had wide feet and they were huge but I sent them back and ordered regular width of the same sandal and they're tight and somewhat hard to put on

They do not fit the foot, the size is correct but they are extremely wide in the ankle area and when walking they come off, maybe this shoes is not for person with skinny foot.

When I would shop for shoes or clothes I would always get sent to JustFab so I would get out of the website because I would say it's too expensive without looking but I was wrong because after doing this for the fourth time I looked and I bought 2 pairs of sandals, 2 pairs of boots and a handbag and I still had money in my $300 that now I just shop JustFab and the reason I named my review royalty is because I never have shopped online and received my package within 2-3 days and I do with JustFab i love it and don't even ask how many times I shop now

I saw a dress and I thought of buying it, without knowing that I would be charged every month. Later, I was charged for a month, which was $39.99. I called Customer Service and requested a refund as I didn't want to buy anything, because the fit was horrible, the guy whom I spoke to was very rude and didn't imitate a refund back. I was charged again and now I had 80$ sitting in my account. I thought to use as they didn't help me initiate my refund. I used it all and ordered shoes. The first fit was big so I exchanged it for a smaller one, the fit was so horrible that I returned it. Now, that I have returned I wanted a refund back in my bank account, because I think it is my money and would wish to spend where I want and not forcefully buy anything. So initiated a refund and customer service told me they cannot, as the method was different. So now they told me to wait for it to reflect on my JustFab account and the request a check. I mean this is horrible. It is like I am forced to buy stuff that I don't like.

Worst place ever! And customer service sucks. A year ago I ordered a pair of boots waited 3 weeks never got an email or boots when I called them they told me they were sold out of what I wanted so they gave me my money back. This year I tried again to order boots I get an email I should get my boots the next day then the next morning I get another email that there was a delay that I would not get them today the 11/7/17. So I got with customer service told them about the emails and said I would not get the boots until 11/14/17 almost 11 days after I placed the order. Before she had given me the date she told me they were not even shipped out that she had completed a new order to be shipped. I was mad already because its BS what they are doing so I told her to cancel order and reimburse me my money. Guess what she said? She said that since the order was being shipped out already she could not cancel the order. I called her out a few times on the lie but she kept telling me I could not cancel. That after I received the order I could ship it back and get my money back. Best believe I will send the order back...

The boots are not catered to black women. They're labeled "wide leg" boots but are very tight around the legs. I liked my white sneakers but the boots were a no go

All the selections I make are great. I've only had to return 1 pair of shoes. I got the right size but the shoes were different (pointy shoes I think you have to go up a size).

The structure of the shoes are a bit of an issue. This has been my normal experience with the company. It's hit or miss with shoes. I'll probably no longer buy shoes.

The quality of the products offered at JustFab has GREATLY DECREASED since the inception of the company. I used to be able to find decent quality bags and shoes, and now, they couldn't keep up with the cheap things you find at a 4th rate DISCOUNT store close out reseller. The styles, quality, and selection REALLY leave A LOT to be desired.
