Don't do it! I've tried to cancel my membership several times and even though they say its cancelled, it never actually gets cancelled and they continue to charge you.

Order some flats and boots... the flats were to tight and the knee high boots need a zipper going all the way up... gave them to my niece who where a size smaller than me and she loves them

Love the boots lots of compliments - my niece loved her boots also said they were so comfortable- the multi color boots do rub on the top of my food but I did like the color and style of them

I was very frustrated that I could not cancel my account on line and had to call in. I tried the "chat" to cancel but no one ever answered me & it forced me to call in.

I know the game they are playing, it is a sales gimmick... get me on the phone and think you can get me to stay. I despise companies like this & feel bad for employees that are made to continue to up sell & offer additional discounts to customers & keep pushing this account on people that are trying to cancel.

No I don't want your $10 credit for $40 shoes + pay shipping. No I don't want to skip a month - I know how it works - if I wanted to skip a month I would not have called in to cancel.

If a customer wants to cancel you should not make it as difficult as it was. When I call you & tell you I want to cancel there should not be any additional questions or offers provided - JUST CANCEL! I will never buy from here again. Sorry this place is horrible and I would not recommend anyone to try this. I should have read the reviews before buying.

Shopping online with JustFab is fun and easy. Overall materials and shoes are nice and the prices are reasonable. Fast shipping, convenient tracking and organized packing.

Very helpful and accommodating. I had to exchange boots and the website was easy to use. Very happy. Just received an email that my package was on the way.

I deleted my account after I had a $40 charge on my credit card for 3 months in a row frome just fab they fail to tell u when u sign up and make an account that they charge u $40 for EVERY month u don't buy something I DON'T WANT TO BE FORCED to buy stuff EVERY SINGLE MONTH! Sometimes I've got $$ to spend and sometimes I DON'T!

I know this is not totally your problem, but don't work with USPS, they said that my address is not correct and I try to contact them and they never gave me a solution, I try to change the address and nothing work.

If you sign up for justfab.com EVERY MONTH ON THE 5TH YOU WILL BE CHARGED $40 UNLESS YOU SKIP THE MONTHS IF YOU DON'T SKIP THE MONTH IT IS A CREDIT TO YOUR FAB ACCOUNT AND YOU CAN USE THE CREDIT LATER. I have been with justfab since 2012 and I have never had any issues with them. I ordered a pair of shoes last week and they didn't fit and they didn't have that shoe in a bigger size so I called customer service and explained to the lady that the shoe I had purchased does not fit and she asked if I had picked out the other shoe I wanted. I told her the shoe I wanted and she sent me a return label for the shoes that I had. This lady was very nice and understanding. I love this place! Sucks for you dumb asses that don't read the terms and conditions!

Shoes were not true to size. I wear a 9.5 and even a 10 in most places and so I bought a 9.5 and they were too big. I know that shoes run differently but I wish there was a disclaimer on the website.

Not good experience I order boots it's to big for me n I try to return it but they just said they will send email for the return but they didn't n I I keep waiting n waiting can't wear my boots or replace it so disappointed I won't order again

The sizes on the shoes are never the right fit. I always have to plan to send them back and more often then not I need to, Im waiting on an exchange right now.

I've been a member for years and years. The last several years I've noticed the quality of the products are on the decline. After my most recent purchase I'm going to cancel my membership.

It was a smooth process and the delivery was on time. I was in receipt of the correct order and the items were received in good condition as though I went to the store.

I love the clothes the returns and the prices recommend to any online shopper. The products are always good quality and fit so well. The reward points are fun to receive for next orders.

Description of the boot on your site was inaccurate. Specifically the calf circumference. When I needed to return, I would have to pay to ship them back. Not acceptable when the mistake was yours.

My order was canceled without me ever being informed. I was a VIP member at the time, so I was getting an additional discount on my order, and after I checked out, I discontinued my membership. Once I realized my order was canceled days later, I was unable to get that discount back. It took me a few days of going back and forth with several representatives to place my order because (1) not all of my member credits were being applied and (2) I was told I would receive a 50% off coupon on the most expensive item in my cart, which never actually happened. I was so done dealing with this situation that I didn't even care about the discount not being applied at that point. I just wanted this mess to be over with. To be fair, the representatives were responsive, kind, and patient with me so I do not blame them, but it was definitely by far the worst experience I've ever had with online ordering. This is the only negative review I have ever given a company in my life, but I am very frustrated with the experience I had so I do not plan on buying anything from here in the future.

Very easy and very quick shipping! Had one pair on back order and I called customer support and they were extremely helpful and told me when to expect my order! Very good customer service!

I had been a customer for several years I have not ordered from your site in a year a had a very very rude experience with a representative over skipping a month I've spent GOOD money I've tried to place orders since and it wouldn't let me

I love all 3 pairs. I got a size bigger for the black booties but they are true to size and even though they are still a little big even with socks they are super comfortable.

I had a order one of my outfits was damaged when I received it tried to email them several ways to see if I could get a replacement never received a correct way to contact them

This company steals your money. This company will go into your bank account and take your money. Again, do not purchase anything from this website. Nothing! Of course, their deals WILL make think about purchasing. Please think twice. This company is a fraud. WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT. DO NOT PURCHASE FOR JUST FAB.

Everything is great but what I don't like is that the points you build up u can't spend unless you buy something and you only get so much off of a item but if the points are there I should be able to spend and pay for shipping but the points only add up to one item when I know I have spent way more than the points I have
