Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379

I have always had good experience purchasing jeans on this site. The fit is always good, and very decent quality. The latest pair, wide legged jeans, fit perfectly and we're the perfect length.

The fitting was super weird and the quality was very low. Never buying any clothes or shoes. The shoes always gave blisters because of the cheap leather. The clothes are just ill fitted.

I have been ordering from Just Fab for a little over a year now and I have never had a bad experience. After reading the reviews from other people no this site and all false. I am not a paid surveyor I am a legit customer. The people who continue to complain about the monthly fee did not read the TERMS AND THR CONDITIONS. This states clearly of what to expect from the company. You do have the option to skip as many months as you want AGAIN AS MANY MONTHS AS YOU WANT. You do receive a notification by email every single month. You do have FIVE DAYS to choose the option whether or not to pass that month or make a purchase. I have passes seven months in a row and never had any ISSUES with Justfab. I made a purchase on September 4 and my package was delivered at my door on Septemeber 10. NO ISSUES AGAIN.
The return policy is wonderful, return in original package and in time you'll receive the replacement. In my case, I had to get a size smaller. I love the match with my dress.

You get charged 49.95 a month to be in club to get discounted prices. I did not sign up for membership. I can't afford to blow 50$ a month I don't buy shoes every month

Send the wrong shoes. Then the wrong top. Can't get anyone on the phone like you used to. All out sourcing if you do and they are not on top of knowing all the merchandise.

Site is hard to navigate profike, can't change address, thought I fixed it and package still was sent to wrong address for the second time and now rerouted back to justfab. Have not received items.

Ordered my first boots. Ok good deal. Didn't want to keep the membership, because I don't want to keep buying more shoes every month... or whatever else. So I tried to cancel. The chat took 3 mins in between every comment. And it was always a comment trying to get me to stay on. No I want to cancel. Period. Thanks. Then I was disconnected. So I decided to call. Lady says I can cancel but my order would have to cancel as well. Never ever heard of that nonsense before. But I can cancel in a few days once it ships? After that phone call, I decided to call back. Literally 2 mins after the first call. A different lady tells me my order shipped. That I can cancel now but only After some more bs of trying to get me to change my mind. I then checked my email for the shipping... there was an email an hour before I placed the first call, saying the order shipped. So whom ever talked to me the first time... lied. I thought this place was neat until having to cancel. Let's hope the boots aren't cheap...

These shoes are not true to size i am a size 8.5 and these slip off of my feet. And the material the heel is made of is super heavy, but they are super cute

Very comfortable and love the colour. I wore them the first time and did a lot of walking, so was worried I would get blisters. They were so soft and I wear them all the time now.

I think some of the products can be hit or miss. I also don't like that the monthly credit can be way less than a lot of the items. I do like the gym clothes they offer.

I bought two pairs of size 6 pumps and both are a little too big for me. Unfortunately, the 5.5 would of been too small so I'm going to have to find someway to make the 6 fit.

Still waiting for refund after 5 or so months. Went through my bank and they said no until i had to go through BBB. They said they had given me a refund. I contacted my bank and they said that there was no record of it. Sent that to BBB and was told "oh it didn't go through we will do it again"... have spoken to numerous amount of people and each time i get told "oh it didn't go through well do it again. Asked to be send a check and still nothing. Contacted my bank AGAIN and did a 3 way call with a just fab rep and sorted it out after almost an hr. A week later, still nothing. Called again today and was told "oh we are going to process it now". No matter who i talk to i keep getting told its either done, i then contact my bank and they have no record of it. I go back to just fab and they then say 'oh we'll do it again". Wasting my time but since they are giving me the run around i am going to constantly contact them until i get it back. Id stay away from this company. As soon as you have a problem they waste your time for months and constantly lie - even to the bank, when the bank said they didn't have any record of it. Called again today and was told the same thing..."we are going to process the refund now" even though last week they said the exact same thing. I highly doubt i will get it and will have to go through bbb again to sort this out
Never received the shipping label to return the shoes that didn't fit and now I can't return them due to it being past the return window. Shoes were very big.
