Sucks. Will never be purchasing from them again, i didn't know purchasing from then automatically meant you have to be a vip when i never signed up to be a vip.

The heels that I got is very uncomfortable, I am never gonna be wearing it, because it is very uncomfortable for the feet. It hurts as soon as I wear it.

The shoes arrived quite quickly, they look exactly like the picture and fit quite nicely. I sized up half a size to make sure they would fit but the sizing is good so you wouldn't need to.

I've been a member of Fabletics, JustFabs sister brand for a few months. I got an e-mail about JustFab and decided to give it a try. I'm now a VIP member for both sites and I have no problem with remembering to skip the month. I found the VIP member terms and conditions easy to understand and am beyond confused how so many people haven't grasped the concept. If you don't skip, you get a credit. I've never had issues with skipping or using the credit if I forgot to skip. My first order from JustFab had four items, two I liked, two I didn't. I called up customer service and they both helped me with my return as well as an exchange. They made sure I got the same deal that I purchased the items with so I'm not losing out on any savings. Ryan, the customer service representative, was quick, easy to communicate with, and left me feeling great about the service I'm subscribed too.

As far as the items I did keep-
I am amazed at the quality of these clothes/shoes. The denim fits great, is true to size, and feels like real, sturdy denim. The shoes were adorable, comfortable, and well made. Mind you, I examine my items for loose seams, pull at the stitching, look for excess adhesive, etc. These items easily passed the test and I couldn't be happier.

Bottom line: Read the terms and skip the months if you don't want to be charged. The clothing is great and customer service is excellent. I have never had any issues with this service.

The quality is not good the size was not ok i usually were size seven their seven was too tiny i can not were them I wanted to return them but the return page didn't work.

Y'all need to fix the quality of your shoes, the quality of your shipping services and the quality of your customer service. Waste of my time and money.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JUST FAB, they are scammers. I called tree time to get my account deleted and it was on the third call that they really deleted it after, of course taking 39$ from my bank account which is 50$ in canadian money... Every time you'll call they will tell u that there's no need to delete your account u can just skip it then when u go on their site the skip button is not there... And they will tell you about the 39$ they about to take but you won't see it cuz it's written very very tiny below the email they'll send u, dont $#*!in buy anything on this $#*!

The only products I found worth purchasing were the accessories. The last two I bought did not have the quality I expected. Not worth the hassle or the purchase.

For the most part the ordering, the product and the shipping were all smooth. I love the way you pack the shoes. I like the bags so much. The boxes were nice but the bags is so much easier.

I wear a 9 and I purchased a 9 1/2 shoes and they are still too tight. I bought size 9 boots and they are too tight. I bought gym shoes 9 1/2 and one shoe is smaller than the other.

I unwittingly bought a pair of Just Fab shoes through a Wal Mart website. They arrived missing a buckle. When I took them back to Walmart I was told I had to return them to Just Fab (or Shoe Fab). They did not have a return label so I called the number on their invoice. I was told to enter the phone number (that they had on their invoice!) of my cell phone. When I did that I was told they could not find any record of me and to hold for the next available customer representative. I held on the phone for 30 minutes before finally hanging up. I tried the next day and the day after, with similar results. So I called Walmart customer service. They said they would send an email to these people but if I had not heard back in 48 hours, to call them (walmart) back. I did not hear back. So I called walmart and walmart said they are refunding my money and to just either keep the shoes or give them away. Walmart said it will resolve the matter directly with Shoe Fab. I made a strong recommendation to Walmart that they not do business with such a flaky company. I truly hope they don't continue doing business. Companies like this need to know that they cannot get away with scamming the American public.

The boots are too big in the foot and extremely too small in the calf. Clearly your plus size and wide or extra wide does not pertain or consider all shapes and sizes of all plus size women.

I love all three pairs of slippers I received. I love the color of the red slippers and the beige slippers. The black ones are cute too. Love my slippers.

Just Fab is a horrible company. They're going to hide in fine print that you're going to be continuously charged by the month for having bought one item one time and it was $#*!ty quality at that. I called in to customer service at: *******003 and lost my mind because I never signed up for VIP but was charged for it. They tried to make me keep VIP but I held my ground and gave them adequate sass and they caved and decided it was fair to let me cancel a membership I never wanted in the first place. Then when I addressed the charge they told me it would stay on my account until I wanted to use it. I told them I hated the $#*!ty quality shoes I'd received and had no intention of ever shopping there again based on my experience, so I suggested they reimburse my money. They finally caved and put the money through. (don't back down) The charge was reversed and I was happy. Until a month later when I got yet another justfab VIP charge, They had returned my last months payment but still charged me for VIP this month. I just got off the phone with a poor customer service agent who took the wrath of a very angry customer. She finally removed my account, and after another fight reimbursed me the money again. As far as I know my mmbership has finally been cancelled however I suggest keeping a heavy eye on your credit card statements after ever doing business with these crooks. Justfab is more like justCRAP and they think they're sneaky.

My shoes came which are a little bit bigger than my size. It wasn't a problem at all because Justfab is very helpful to change them to the right size.

I love both pair of boots.
The blue high top rain boots, are alittle to big, even with socks.
But I love the gray. They fit perfectly.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY i brought one pair of shoes and have been charged £35 each month for a following 4 months. Apparently i signed up to subcription which was a part of their terms and conditions which i was not aware of

They took over 2 weeks to confirm they received my returns even though they insist you use their couriers. I provided proof of my returns but refused to confirm they had received and with each customer service advisor told me a different timeline before I could dispute my non received returns. When they did finally accept after 15 working days that they were in receipt of my returns, I was to wait a further 10 days for a refund... which by the way the would not give me even though I shut my account. They would only give me a store credit which took forever to show on my account and then I couldn't us as my account had been shut down as I requested. Argued again for refund as I couldn't order on their site and they insisted there and then I make a choice of what I wanted as no refund would be given! Never been lied to so repeatedly and totally despicable way of running a business. DO NOT ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THIS COMPANY!

Jusfab sells quality products. The process of ordering was easy. The items I ordered were delivered promptly and it looks exactly like the pictures on the site. Thank you Jusfab.

Terrible experience took 34$ out of my account this wasn't clear when i bought the shoes. When i called to ask about it the person on the phone was unhelpful

Awesome pair of boots since received wife has not taken them off. Great quality plus Quick shipping will keep making future purchases overall 5 stars.

Loved the leggings. Great customer service. I would love it if you offered more bootcut leggings tho. Been a member for a few years and have never had a problem. Always love the product I purchased.

Please don't use this company. They continue to charge me month after month after I have canceled 3 times. I even had my credit card company call with me on the phone and tell them to never charge me again. Just noticed they charged me again anyway. AWFUL COMPANY! AWFUL SERVICE! CHEAP LOOKING SHOES!
