I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379

I joined just fab when it was one of the first shoe subs. After buying about 30 pairs, I cancelled my subscription as the result of a really long and awful experience with customer service over an order where I was mischarged and all of my points were taken away and they refused to correct it. A year or so ago i renewed for a specific pair I was looking for and of course forgot to skip a couple months, which wouldn't have been such a. Problem if just fab offered anything decent. I tried to order sandals and there was 4 options. In March. Right before spring vacation. 2 of those were the same shoe in different colors. The shoes aren't worth the price even with the discounts. The styles are so ugly. The selections used to be a lot more interesting, but it looks like everything worth buying has been shifted to shoedazzle. They will tell you they don't actually share anything with shoe dazzle and that's why you can't use your credits there, but i have shoe boxes from old JustFab orders that came in shoedazzle boxes (I've never held a shoedazzle subscription). So clearly they share inventory. The quality is terrible. A lot of the fuller silhouettes aren't even foot shaped. But the worst was a pair of espadrilles with two wide bands that literally came unglued while walking through a busy downtown area on a date and FELL OFF MY FEET because the straps were no long attached to the shoes. I had to leave barefoot and then shove my toes in the ends to hobble through a Marshalls and buy a pair of flip flops with my date. This company is trash.

I have been with Justfab VIP since 2021. Every month Justfab charge my account every month 49.95 for my membership. I let my membership credits build up. And when I'm ready to order, I make a big order. Yestoday I had to call customer service because. It was still requiring me to pay $15 when I had $700 of VIP credit. S mind you, this is not something just fab has given me. This is my money that they have taken out of my account. Usually what they do is they will take a membership. Credit convert it to a store credit, so it can 0 it out. Well, the customer service sucked. I stayed on hold for an hour and a 1/2. They were trying to get me to use all of my membership points. Which I felt was very unprofessional. It was almost like they didn't want me to have those credits. Cause I wanted to make more money off. Ofshe says that the system doesn't allow them to do that anymore. When I just did this recently? Needless to say, I asked her to cancel my membership. They lost a very good customer since 2021 for a poor customer service. And for $15 when I had a credit of 700. It's another way for them to profit once again. It's not like just fab had giving me those credit. This is money that they had taken out of my account. Not happy at all would not recommend just bad to anybody, especially the membership

My mother-in-law treat me to a pair of shoes in November 2016. They were on offer and as for a lot of things around that time of year we simply thought it was a good sale. My mother in law is blind and elderly and a very anxious person, i went on and purchased the shoes with her say so. We completed the transaction as you would any shop transaction. Little did we know that for the following several months they would STEAL £35 from her bank account each month, without either of us knowing. In total they took £310 from her account, these were supposedly for special discounts so apparently £310 is to cover discounts... i was livid to say the least as we had definitly NOT agreed to any direct debit, i certainly wouldn't agree to it considering it wasn't my account, and there were never ever any thing that obviously stated the agreement. Luckily i managed to sort this and at least get £210 back even though they did try to weasel their way around this, it took threatening Watchdog and legal services to get the money back. When i informed in my mother in law of this she was very ill with migraines brought on by stress for the following few days. DO NOT USE THESE... it hasn't just happened to me it also happened to my two best friends and one of them is not the type to miss the small print because of her education. Disgusting robbing on artists... keep away!

I'm sorry, but maybe now it's clearly indicated that it's a monthly membership... But it wasn't when I signed up. Even if It was I didn't see it... People make mistakes. I didn't notice for 4 months I was being charged 40$ a month! So I thought ohh I'll just call them and clear this up! NO they were rude and unprofessional. First the one girl pretended to be the manager, until she finally gave the phone to another rude employee who basically told me I wasn't getting my money back!
The only thing I could do was buy 4 pairs of crappy shoes... They are cheaply made, make your feet hurt in about 10 minutes... They are worth about 15-20$. The styles okay, but I couldn't even look at them I donated them as soon as I got them shipped. What a terrible company, even if it was in HUGE writing saying that I get charged monthly, I didn't realize, I wasn't getting the product they were offering... Why couldn't they just refund me?! They are only in business because they refuse to refund people. It seems criminal to me. Go to a discount store if you want a pair of cheap plastic heals. At least they aren't a scam.

The clothes were very poor quality. When they came out of their bags all smelled like chemicals which made me very wary. Three came with holes already in them. One had both sleeves rip at the cuff the first time I wore it. Two items had such odd fits and uncomfortable and indiscernible material that it was made out of it I don't think I would ever wear them. Unfortunately, this has gone very downhill in quality. I reported to management and their only solution was to send back and get more of the same items replaced. My issues is not that I dislike all the clothes it's just that I don't want more clothes of such poor quality because I know they aren't going to last anyways so why waste my timing returning everything when I can just mend it, wear the usable ones while they last, then move on and never buy justfab again. The solution, JustFab, is to spend a smidge more money and actually get quality clothes made preferably in this country where there is more regulation over quality and what kind of potentially toxic materials are being used in these clothes. Personally I'd be willing to pay a little more for a better, well made product. I would also be more likely to have stayed a customer.

My package was lost by the Fedex and Justfab offered to re-ship the package while the case was still being process with Fedex. Fedex closed the case with a "lost package" status. Fast forward a couple of weeks when I received the replacement package, some of the items in my order didn't work for me, not to mention the quality was terrible (cheap looking shoes with scuffs and glue showing on the edges). I called customer service to process an exchange for different items but they refuse to process the exchange (they only offer exchanges for same item in different size or color) or to provide a refund alleging I had made the purchase with store credit (resulting from the lost package). They told me I needed to contact Fedex to "change the status of the packe from delivered to lost" even thought the case was closed with a "lost package" status. Not fair that the customer is held responsible for their logistics mistakes and the incompetent carries they choose to partner with. I would never give my business to this site again and would not recommend to anyone. I hope my experience helps other customers to stay away from their shady business or at least to be aware of what to expect if you decide to give your money to them.

My experience with Justfab has been nothing but miserable regarding my return/credit/refund. I ordered two purses at the beginning of February that i thought were normal size but ended up being too large for me to carry on a daily basis. So i quickly returned the items within two days. After the 2-3 week i still hadn't seen the credit back on to my acct so i started a live chat with a rep. They stated that they had received my return and i should see a credit on my acct within 24 hours. Well i didn't. So i contacted them again and that rep said that they HADN'T received my return yet and it was barely on its way to them. So i gave it another few days and my experience worsened. I kept having to contact justfab regarding my situation with no avail. We are already in the second week of March and my problem is still pending. I wanted a full refund with restocking fees and tax waived as it wouldn't make sense to charge me tax for something that i don't have. Well they agreed to waive those two fees but this whole experience has me frustrated. I will no longer be a customer!

Lately - the last 18 months or so - the clothing range has narrowed to women from about 17 years old to in the mid 20's in age: Very skimpy tops that barely reach their waists. Tops where underwear like a bra would be impossible to wear. It is now very rare to see clothing that exceed XXL in size where before sizing went up to 3X. I counted a while ago and there were SEVEN, only SEVEN pieces of clothing on the entire website that came in sizes 1X, 2X and 3X. Then looking at these larger sizes you find that almost all have thin spaghetti straps, or is a one shoulder design or both shoulders naked. Large women need proper underwear! These thin, flimsy strap and one shoulder monstrosities that prevent and make it impossible to wear a bra, only serve to make a larger woman look trashy. I am afraid my membership will not outlast these horrible designs. I also believe these unsuitable designs are created by women that normally wear a size Small and can afford to not wear underwear.! I am not a fan of your latest designs! By not having a decent range of clothing for me to chose from, JustFab is sending a message that my custom is no longer needed and they are catering for the very young crowd who still like to flash what their Mama gave them. A short, short skirt and barely covered chests or ripped clothes and shorts are not suitable for serious office staff. Maybe suitable for a cruise or a beach and then only if you weigh less than 100 pounds! So, I am no longer impressed by JustFab!

It is a scam.

If you buy shoes, they covertly enroll you in a membership site where they bill your credit card $39.95 each month. This is not obvious but buried in the fine print.

This marketing tactic is called negative option billing and our state attorney general's office considers it a scam.

I was not aware it was a membership site. I cannot remove my credit card information nor can I cancel my membership online (even though the website said that I could). I did call the toll free number but do not trust the membership was cancelled. The operator refused to give me the company's physical address ( I needed it for my complaint). That is a huge red flag!

The shoes are great and all but I was charged when I wasn't supposed to be. I saw the deal where you get the first pair of shoes you buy off just fab is $10 so I bought a pair of booties. I paid $10 for the shoes (because it said they were $10 for the first pair) and $6 for shipping fee and tax. This was my first pair of shoes from this website. They took the money out of my account like normal and everything went smooth. I got my shoes and they fit great but a couples days later I got $49 taken out of my account. I didn't buy anymore shoes after that first pair. This has happened to other people and not just me. If they say the first pair you buy off this website is gonna be $10 then that means they should be $10. Not $10 when you first purchase them and then when you receive them we're gonna take the actual price of the shoes from your bank account. In actuality I ended up paying more for the shoes than the original price which is not okay. If y'all could fix that problem that would be great and I would like to be refunded my $49 as well.
