Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Love my boots but seriously dislike USPS delivery service. I had to go to the postal service for my shoes. They did not attempt to rede liver nor did not leave a pick up tickets.

If you're okay with shopping at shops like Forever 21 and okay with that quality then you'll be fine with Just Fab. The part that I hate is I want to cancel but I can not get my money back from the "credit" or amount withdrawn for forgetting to "skip a month". That's my fault and I take accountability for that but their purchasing system sucks.
When I did purchase 2 items at half off, but ran out of stock for one Item. They would not credit me the amount for this item. Instead I was charged the full amount for the 2nd item. Like HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? When I brought this up to their customer service, they could not resolve since the credit i used is not something they can easily re-credit since it's in whole amounts. It's confusing and frustrating. The conversation went no where and they did not have their manager follow-up with me. I let it go for the sake of my sanity. I'm still a member just to use up the rest of the "VIP credit" with the free shipping. The products aren't even decent quality so I'll be donating or gifting it.

Okay, I was a loyal VIP customer to JustFab AND fabletics for over a year. I skipped the months without trouble every time, and only bought things when I wanted. A year and several purchases after, even after skipping the month, I was charged $39.95. I called to have the problem fixed and the money refunded, and as I was staring at my list of bank transactions and the one saying that JustFab had taken the money, the lady on the phone downright refused that they had taken the money, because they had on record that I skipped the month. She would not let me talk to a supervisor, and no, I did not get a refund. I let it slide, because they had shown me such great service in the past, that was so stupid of me. I watched closely the next month and after I skipped it, they charged me AGAIN. I called immediately to cancel my account. Not only did I not get a refund, I was also on the phone with the guy for an hour while he begged me not to cancel, offered me 1000 reward points, which, with more than twice that all I got was a crappy headband, and again, would not let me speak with a supervisor. They took 10 cents short of $80 from my bank account that I never got back, and again, I was a customer for over a year with no problems. Please don't give them your business, there are better shoes for better prices and from less scammy websites.
I ordered two shoes, white and black with gold flowers on the heel part, for my high school graduation walk. I ordered it a month in advance soo if I didn't fit it or like it I can always change it. It never came in and I had checked my email and had said it was at the post office so I went to the nearest post office and they directed me to another office due to not receiving any shoes. I had been to multiple post offices to get an result of nothing. I emailed justfab and the post offices for an update, with no reply back. A week left till graduation so automatically I started looking for other shoes. A couple days after graduation the order still never came in. I had called the justfab number and this employee just had a terrible attitude while speaking. She said the order was sent back to headquarters due to my address not being found for delivery, she asked if I would still like my order and I said yes. She asked what size and I gave her my size, she then said they didn't have my size and can do a size bigger. I told her if they had my order sent back they should've held my order and contacted me to see if I wanted a refund of my money back or to re-ship my purchases instead of selling my order that I purchased to someone else. She took a deep breathe and asked if I wanted a refund due to giving my order to another buyer, I said yes I want a refund and after I said yes I want a refund she said okay and hung up. The only thing good of this whole situation was just getting my refund. I wouldn't give it a second try do to this first bad impression. Way to carry yourself justfab.

I was very disappointed to receive my size 10 shoes that were too big. I always wear a 10, all my shoes are 10s, these won't stay on my feet and now I will need to pay to return. :(

Below is email I sent to the *******@techstyle.com as per David's direction for help since his email out to me was not working, lol. Sad scam job, but they did get $16.00 out of me.

While in the phone the email to my main address and to the junk mail was never sent to me. David kept saying there was technical difficulties. I asked for his office email so I could reply to him to see if that worked. He informed me that he did not have a work email address. But they had chat lines. So I figured out that since I was not getting this return mailing label to send my boots back I knew I was not getting the correct size since this was not a reputable process.

JustFabulous which is an online SHOE CLUB offers beautiful shoes, jewelry and handbags at a wonderful price. I have been a member for several months and have purchased 15 pairs of shoes and 2 handbags. The best part is that several of my shoes were chosen FOR ME (I chose to purchase them of course. ;) by my own amazing fashion stylists! I have had to return two pairs of shoes due to sizing issues and I must say that they have amazing customer service with FREE easy hassle free shipping on all returns. All you do is print the return slip and mail, should it be an exchange they ship your exchange the second the post office scans the package in! Unlike with most "clubs" (DVD, music, etc...) where you have to make a commitment to buy and/or they just send you something without notification you simply only click an easy button asking JustFab to "skip this month" to avoid being charged a credit redeemable for a pair of shoes/bag/jewelry and should you never want to purchase again all you have to do is cancel via their customer service link, no real commitment. ALL of this information is available in the Terms of service, customer service reps remind you every time you call in and it is listed in EVERY email they send out. JustFab also reminds you in a special email to click to skip the month should you forget. I am VERY happy with my membership to Just Fabulous and never miss a month! Just be sure to read the terms of service in it's ENTIRETY, make sure to have justfab emails unrestricted so they do't go into spam and you will never have a problem! One pair of sandals broke with the first wear, the other pair had the toes so small my 11 yr old couldn't fit her foot in. The shoe was the right size but the toe was tiny.

Horrible customer service, cancelled my VIP membership do to the 40 charge for buying NO SHOES each month When my debit account was overdrafted because of this I called for a refund, explaining I had cancelled a month proir because the shoes did not fit and that I'm a smaller sized shoe, and needed that money back in my account. I was offered a store credit harassed about keeping my VIP account multiple times. I know there is a script they have to follow but it was rediculously aggravating to have to repeat myself 6 times why I did not want my membership!

My mom, sister, and I share my debit card to use JustFab which we have been part of since 2015. Last year I noticed 2 charges of $39.95 on my account after we have all skipped. I called customer service who issued me a refund and apologized. I personally couldn't trust the site again, so I asked to close down all of our accounts which the representative told us he cancelled. I forgot about JustFab since October of 2018, and I stopped logging in because my membership has been cancelled. Fast forward 10 months later, I scroll down my bank account to find recurring payments since the day I closed the accounts. I call JF customer service and I asked them to close our accounts ONCE AGAIN. The representative agrees to close our accounts down but says that we lose our credits (which added to $880 USD). I told him no we want our money back, but he said there is no way for us to get our money back. In a way, they are forcing us to use ~900 USD on products that we do not need. It is a total scam. I called my bank account and filed a fraud claim with them and the BBB. If nothing works this company is getting sued for negligence on the representatives part and for lying when they said they closed our accounts. I will not back down until I get my refund back. And OH, just in case a JustFab representative tries to post a comment to this review: I do not care about what you have to say now, talk to the BBB and the credit card company. I see your response to the rest of the reviews and you're full of $#*!. People want a refund for their money, don't post a feel-good response without giving us a solution.

The things I ordered from your site were never delivered to me. I was waiting at the delivery address every day for over a week, and it never arrived. I spoke to JustFab customer service about my missing order (order #: *******) and the customer service I received was completely unhelpful and unprofessional and the rep refused to work with me, the paying customer, to find a solution to the problem. I spent money at your site and when my order didn't arrive JustFab told me it was not their problem and they could not do anything to help. So here I am, a customer who paid for goods, never received the goods and never received a refund or store credit in response to the un-delivered order. I am very unhappy with the service at JustFab and I have shared my horrible experience at JustFab with everyone I know and will continue to share that information because customers should know if a company actually values their customers, and sadly, JustFab does value their customers at all. Honestly it felt like JustFab scammed me for my money because they have my money and I do not have my merchandise. Worst shopping experience.

I ordered my items on 26/11 (12 days ago) and am still waiting for it to be delivered. I called last week after receiving an incorrect tracking number. The person I spoke to told me she will resend my tracking number straight away, I'm still waiting for that email. She assured me I would be receiving my order early this week. Seeing as I haven't received it yet I decided to call them again (as I'm unable to track the order myself). I was told by the customer services rep today that it appears that the items have been returned to the courier. This is quite frustrating as they never attempted to deliver the items(the delivery address is my work address), she then went on to say that they have to investigate as to where my order is and that could take up to 48hours. I feel that they should have offered to dispatch another order seeing as it's clear I did not receive my items yet & I should not be penalised for their courier's mistake. I feel like they were very quick to take and keep my money but do not update the customers accordingly regarding the delivery of the items. I've also not been offered a suitable solution/ compensation for their lack of communication and terrible couriers!

1 pair had a stain when I received it & the fit isn't right either. 1 pair was too short. 3rd & final pair is okay, but it runs small too... Not happy...
