Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I ordered a beautiful cream blazer and gray coat. Both were well made and beautiful. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and couldn't return them because they were on sale.
The boots were way too small and I even went up two sizes. Plus wasn't even close to the 10$ as advertised. I paid almost 30$! So I canceled my membership

Terrible service. They have Taken £105 pound out of my account for a membership I had supposedly signed up too. The shoe quality was rubbish too. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

You can call and call and call, but they will either make you wait forever trying to give you a deal to not cancel. I tried canceling about five times now, and just can't do it. They suck!

I don't even know where to start...let's talk about how hard it was to cancel my membership. There is now an online option which is great but before you had to call a 800 number during certain hours so instead of waisting my time of the phone I would just skip. But if you forget to skip then you get charged but they don't care if you don't actually have the money in your account they keep trying until they get it or they overdraft your bank account. Then there is spending you credits. Figuring out how to successfully spend you credits without getting charged extra is the biggest pain. Now let's get to the shoes, they have very little selection and most everything is sold out so you are stuck with what you get. Of the times I have ordered this is recently and in the past...I have only had 2 pairs of boots fit and honestly it's because I ordered them too big and I got lucky enough the the calf was wide enough to. In my most recent orders I ordered 2 pairs of boots and 2 Paris of shoes. One pair of the boots I can't wear because my calf's are too wide and one of the pairs of shoes I ordered I can't wear because my feet are too wide for them. I won't bother trying to return them because the last time I tried to return a pair of shoes the "easy" process was a nightmare. So basically the $80ish that I forcefully paid for these shoes that are not quite what they are portrayed I am giving away. Because no one wants to buy just fab shoes on Facebook marketplace. Over all my justfab shopping experience has been treacherous, I don't recommend shopping with them.

I'm trying to cancel my membership and the company is actually pretending like I'm not canceling. They will not accept my cancellation and act like I'm not talking to them. Shameful customer service!

JustFab has a BBB (Better Business Bureau) logo on the bottom of their site. If you click on it, there is no rating. It says it's being updated by the BBB. Fishy.
My husband bought me a gift certificate for justfab (at my request) for my birthday. He said there was a special going on, 2 pair of shoes for $39.95. I should have been extra cautious as when I went to checkout on justfab I noticed it was really for one pair of shoes. I had to pay tax, so I had to enter my credit card. It would have been more expensive had I not agreed to the VIP option. I figured I'd set a reminder in my phone to skip every month by the 5th unless I found something I wanted. Well, yesterday I went on the site to skip this month and there is NO option to skip! I emailed JustFab and said I wasn't ready to make a purchase and wanted to skip but I don't see where to select that option. They emailed back, reassuring me I needed to skip by the 5th to ensure I'm not charged. I didn't even mention the deadline, but they felt it necessary to mention the cutoff of the 5th twice in their email. Oh, and the skip button is in hot pink in the upper left hand corner. I went back to find it, and it is NOT there! So, now I'm looking to cancel this membership. Wish I would have looked up reviews first. Lesson learned. NO more credit card purchasing online until I'm 100% satisfied with the retailers credibility!
My order was somehow shipped to someone out in Tennessee. The reshipment of my order excluded the one item I really wanted, which was then out of stock.

I have purchased several items via JustFab mainly because there were several occasions I forgot to 'skip the month'! Therefore I made a point of setting reminders for me to 'skip the month' and then confirm I wish to skip the month in order not to have any additional charges.
Unfortunately my account has been charged twice on occasions when I have skipped the month, most recently in January 2019. Oddly I distinctly remember skipping January 2019 as I was suffering with flu over the new year period and remember being lying on the sofa as I skipped.
I only discovered I had been charged when checking my JustFab account today to see if the option to skip was available only to see I had a credit.
I am now super annoyed as not only have JustFab taken money when I know I skipped but it is the second time in 12 months!
Terrible service, crap shoes where the stitching falls apart and ultimately a company I just now feel acts like a theif and makes the option to cancel subscription soo difficult. If I can subscribe online and not have to call to sign up why can I not cancel my subscription in the same manner?

The estimated delivery dates for my very first shipment EVER ordered from this company we're December 7th to December 10th. My order never came. I continued to check my order since the shipping label was created and it was delivered to a carrier hub in New Jersey where it sat for 6 days and where it remains sitting. So I called their customer service line. The woman who answered the phone was kind, I requested the refund of the boots and the membership fee which was taken out of my account yesterday. So that begs the question of why would they charge a membership fee of 39.95 before I received my first pair of shoes? Weird right? It gets better! So this nice lady puts me on hold and a new person gets on the line, Myar. So this person gets on the phone and he tells me the other lady was having internet issues so he took over. He told me she processed my membership fee refund ( how can you process a refund like that and have internet connectivity issues? Weird right? Then he proceeds to try to tell me he cannot process my refund for the boots bc at this point I don't even want them. He tried to tell me he was not capable of doing so, then he started legitimately arguing with me. The kind of arguing siblings do, like the finger pointing, when I called him out on it he argued back! And this man is supposed to be a SUPERVISOR!?!?!? Absolutely appalling customer service. I do QA for a government agency and this call would have cost him his job. Never. Ordering. From. This. Company. Again.

What a horrible company!
I made purchase from them in June 2019 & I was happy with the purchase. Then in July & August, I was charged $39.95 each month. For a total of $79.90. I don't know what this charge is for. I didn't agree to any monthly "fee" for the ability to get discounts.
After I realized this, I called the company & Raul from Tijuana, was very rude after I explained to him that I didn't know that I was apart of a subscription service. He said that it's not his problem, that I didn't read the fine print. Can someone, please show me where that is on the email? Also, I advised him that I don't receive emails reminding me to cancel or that you will charge may card. He said it wasn't his problem that I don't check my emails. Not telling you in the subject is their way of hiding the fact that they are going to charge you. I have 2 monthly subscription boxes & every month, they send me a courtesy email to remind me.
If you want to "skip" a month or cancel you have to call. They do this knowing that NO ONE wants to pick up the phone and call them. Its a hassle.
They gave me a credit on my account instead of a refund. Which I was advised of that they don't do. I don't want a credit, I will NEVER use your site again. All I want is my $79.90 back.
My next stop is the BBB, this company is horrible and their "customer service reps" are rude and disrespectful.
SHAME ON YOU JUST FAB!
