Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I received the pair of shoes which I loved, had to return because the left shoe di not feel as comfortable as the left, was told to return which I did, I SEND BACK A DIFFENT SHOE WHICH I did not like!

I have been a member of justfab VIP since 2015 and have loved their products, shoes and clothing ect. But I'm really appalled at what just happened and It's made me never want to recommend or give my business again. I was charged 49.95 Feb 21st and never received a credit on my account... then I forgot to skip March and was charged on the 9th for another 49.95 still no credit given so I contacted customer service to cancel my VIP since I could never remember to skip and I'm a stay home mom of 5 so I don't have money to just spend. The agent canceled it for me without informing me I would lose the over 7,000 points I had earned and my account was charged 100 dollars over the last two months never received credit for it and they took everything away when my VIP was cancled... like I would of stayed a customer when I needed shoes or something in the future or maybe even would of signed up to be a VIP again but not now after waiting 100 dollars... yourwelcome justfab for giving you my money...
Tip for consumers:
If you sign up for VIP set a mother $#*!in alarm for the 1st of every month.. if you do not you will be charged 49 dollars and it cannot be refunded even if it overdrafts your bank (as it has mine). Also they have not given me credit when charged so there's that too. The products are great I can't deny that I have loved their stuff. Just really disappointed in their customer service...

So I was a "VIP customer" and ordered a couple of items that I did not return within the 30 day policy. I contacted the customer service area to ask if they would please consider making an exception as I wanted to make an exchange rather than a return. The clothes I ordered did not fit AT ALL and I figured I could exchange them for shoes. However, after explaining the situation to the woman who answered my call, she replied that "they're sticking to their policy and 30 days is more than ample time to return the items". Bear in mind that the items I ordered are STILL BEING SOLD so it's not as if they would be stuck with outdated inventory. And what really irritated me was that while they consider that 30 days is more than enough, they have no issue charging my credit card and keeping my money endlessly until I find something I like. Since an exception is not something they are willing to consider, JustFab is not a company I care to continue giving my hard earned money to. So as soon as the woman indicated I was not going to be able to exchange it, I said I wanted to cancel my membership and in her heavy accent she proceeded to inform me of how this cancellation would result in me "losing all the great benefits that a VIP meme we enjoy". Puhlease... If they'd rather lose a member and potential business for not wanting to exchange items, they're not worth my loyalty or money. Don't waste your time with them

I have been a VIP for probably about a year now, and the whole VIP/reward / discount thing when you're buying shoes can be maddening! It's like you can use your membership fees to buy shoes and use your rewards but you can't use a discount at the same time but you can use a discount + VIP but no rewards, or something like that. I still don't understand it. And I have no idea what the prices on the product detail pages reflect, but shouldn't you get the price shown regardless of how you're paying? I don't know, or all seems kind of wonky. The return process kind of sucks too. I bought some boots awhile ago, and the second time I wore them both of the little shoelace hooky things at the top popped out. Since I had worn them already, though, I couldn't return them or exchange them for something different. All that being said, though, I do really love their shoes. I've purchased maybe around 10 pairs of boots and a pair or two of shoes and they've mostly been great. I even found some that I like so much I bought two more identical pairs when I got paint on the first ones.

I signed up to purchase 2 pairs of shoes from JustFab that my wife told me she liked. They ended up sending the wrong colors for both shoes. I called to cancel the membership and get a refund on the shoes. The person I spoke with told me that the only way I could get a refund was if I left the membership active; so I did that with the understanding that I would cancel out when I received a refund. I returned the shoes but once JustFab received them, they issued me store credit only. It was a huge process to get them to return the funds to my card. I then tried to cancel out the membership and was told that I could not. I was told by the customer service representative that only the account holder could cancel. Well, I was the account holder, but because I was a man, the customer service representative did not believe I signed up for their service and refused to cancel out the membership. I called again and got the same runaround from the next agent I spoke with. This company thrives by forcing people to sign up for their membership and then refusing the cancel them out. I have had to cancel my card to ensure that this company will not charge me again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Wasted 75 dollars on shoes I was trying to exchange and nobody would contact me back to help or give me a refund VERY unprofessional business definitely not spending money here again.

My account was just over withdrawn due to this stupidity. I just had to cancel my membership my account is 72$ overdrawn wtf. Etc wtf never EVER AGAIN I WILL PAY FULL PRICE FOR MY SHOES AND SHOP AT THE MALL LIKE THE REST OF WOMEN DO. Such bullcrap, y'all need to be ashamed of urself.

I am rating JustFab 1 out of 5 stars. I would give them 0 if I good. I ordered 2 pairs of boots from them, and I am happy with the quality and price of the boots, but the customer service is just SO horrendous it takes away from anything good about the company. I called to cancel my account after learning about this monthly fee (my own fault for not noticing that when I signed up), and the woman on the phone was like a robot instead of a person. She WOULD not let me cancel my account. She asked me why I wanted to cancel it about 5 times, and each time I would just tell her I didn't want the account anymore. That should suffice. She kept going on, and on, and on, about the benefits of the website and what I would be missing out on if i cancelled. I remained calm for as long as I could, explaining all I wanted to do was cancel, and that I didn't want to hear about the benefits of the site. She wouldn't listen, she kept reading her script. It was almost disturbing, honestly. I got to the point where I became upset, and had to raise my voice a little bit and tell her if she didn't cancel my account I would like to speak to a manager. After that, she canceled my account in about 5 seconds and got me off the phone. It should not be this difficult. I felt rattled after getting off the phone, as I am normally a calm person, but she pushed me to the edge by ignoring every word that came out of my mouth and keeping me on the phone for 10 minutes for what should have taken 1-2 minutes. HORRIBLE.
For one, all these people complaining that they were charged for not skipping the month... how is that justfabs fault? It's part of the membership. Not their fault you didn't read before signing. And hard is it to remember in a FIVE DAY grace period to log on and skip the month? How many smart devices do we all own that we can set an automatic monthly reminder? Anywho... Ive been a customer since they started. Ive ordered literally HUNDREDS of boots and shoes. Customer service is a joke though! 90% of the time I'm happy with my purchase and the quality, honestly what are you expecting for the price? You get what you pay for right? But, EVERY expierence Ive had with customer service is a nightmare! Evewn a nightmare is sugar coating it! Just fab, get your $h! T togehther and fix your customer service reps! Look at all the bad reviews on them! After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, Im about to walk away!
Oh and be warned customers... JustFab has another company "ShoeDazzle" NEVER order from there. I was charged 4 times for one purchase and lied to cy the rep and 2 supervisors. I finally had to get my bank on three way who had to threaten shoedazzle with a lawsuit! Ive got 3 of my 4 transactions reversed only because my bank manager fought the charges. Still waiting on the 4th to be reversed.

So I am very angry
I ordered boots from just fab back in October and it was fine ibwas happy no complaints... i have a seasonal job it just came to an end a week ago so any little bit of money I really need I had my tax money in my account that I was saving for emergencies I needed milk for my baby and diapers i went to look at my account nd my jaw dropped I had 59 dollars gone put of my account I didnt know wtf happened I went online to go see where it came from nd sure enough it said just fab had taken out the money when I did not place an order I immediately called my bank nd told them about my situation and now its under fraud investigation I almost cried I needed that money and I could not believe this was happening to me I know it was a little amount but at this time any money helps right now I have children nd they did not only take money from me but they took food away from my children I am not happy and will not be ordering from here ever again

I've been waiting for an order off them for about two months and now they've told me they've refunded me my money when I've had weeks off work to wait for my order and they didn't even tell me this until I've repeatedly emailed them. But yet everyday they can email me everyday trying to sell me stuff because all they care about is the money not making their customers happy. I wouldn't suggest anyone to order off them because the delivery is just crap as well they couldn't even deliver past three when everyone works in the day and then just repeatedly kept trying to deliver it after I said I wasn't in. Like where is the logic in that I just can't believe how unorganised and $#*! it is seriously. I basically do their job for them I chase up my own order all the time and have to try to get them to deliver it when I'm actually at home but they can't do that. And to top it all I live across the road from a click and collect point and they wouldn't even deliver to that either then had the cheek to say I should of got it delivered to my work what so I can carry a massive box on the bus home why would they not just deliver it when I'm in they just make it so much harder then it has to be its hilarious really they have no common sense.

I have never had an issue with purchasing from JustFab. There has only been 1 or 2 items that didn't fit properly, but overall, I have loved everything I have purchased from JustFab.
Very tricky! WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD! It's one of those companies you HAVE to read the small print and KEEP THE DATES/ NAMES of who you spoke to when you call in with problems or to cancel. I ordered a purse that showed up having the quality of material looking shabby (not at all like the photo). I paid out of pocket because the company didn't honor the return policy. I called into cancel and gave them a 2nd chance on quality control only to be let down again.
This company caters to women who don't have time to shop. I am very busy and didn't notice till 4 months later I was being billed 39.95 a month. I tried calling the *******906 cust. Service line only to find out it's barely answered. If you are diligent like me and continue to follow up and wait you need to have names and dates of each time to get even part of your $ back.
Best I can recommend is DON'T GET INVOLVED. I wish someone had posted this before I ended up paying 4 months of a membership I never intended to get.
