Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an account with Justfab and placed one ordered. That one order was at the very end of July. After that, I skipped the month, thinking it would be another MONTH before I had to skip again not get charged. Well, apparently it doesn't mater what part of the month you create the account and skip, each month restarts at the 5th. I was charged. I called and requested a refund. The woman denied it. I called back again and spoke to someone else to request a refund, this woman denied it as well and went on to say, "I see you have several accounts with us so I'm not willing to give you a refund". It says nowhere in the terms that you can't have a second account. She told me I had to use the credit then I could cancel, but they couldn't refund me for the credit. I placed an order and used the credit. Two days later, I go in to check on the order and they cancelled it! They cancelled the order that I placed with the credit they charged me $39.95 for! The same credit he refused to refund and told me that I had to use. I called back and explained the mess and told them what they had done was illegal. They charged me for a credit, refused to refund me, then wouldn't allow me to use the credit I paid for. After going in a circle, the woman finally refunded me (or so she said-I have to wait 3-5 business days) and cancelled me account. This place is SHADY! Go to Charlotte Russe or Forever 21. This place has poor quality products and will take your money!

But you do NOT get the best of both worlds with this website. Every time that I have ordered from there I have complications. Every time I call to cancel and repeat that I'm canceling over and over again, they basically tell me know and keep me for way too long (one time it was an hour and a half conversation). Once I was finished with the conversation he had added a $10 credit to my account for the inconvenience. I finally went to go use that to buy my sister a present and the ten dollars wasn't taken out of the account. So I called, again...
She said that there was nothing I could do about it. There was a website wide promotion going on then and that is what didn't allow me to use the credit...
Excuse me - but if you say the reason I couldn't use it was because of a promotion that I didn't have to type in, I think that's silly. In addition to that, she stated that they can't use the credit when there's a discounted product... um hello, 40 seconds ago she told me that the VIP membership (which is what basically everyone has) IS a discounted deal. So if I could use it then, then I should be able to use it now. Don't you think? Wait to buy your shoes from a GOOD company that has their CUSTOMERS in heart and in mind... One that will listen to the needs of the consumer and stop talking over them when they want to cancel and giving them false hopes on using the ten dollar credit you gave them for being a pain in the first place.
Beware! I learned about the monthly $39.95 credit charge to be used on future purcahses. Ok i accepted. Read the Terms of Service from top to bottom which also identifies VERBATUM " Credits have no cash value and can only be redeemed toward purchasing an item". This month I allowed the $39.95 credit to be charged to my credit card. I went online to look through items i liked only to find a pair of shoes for $29.95 perfect great i was sold. I tried to purchase with my credit, only to find out that the $39.95 credit can not be used towards purchases other than $39.95.
I called the company pretty irritated, reading to them word for word their OWN terms of service. Initially i was pretty my SOL based on what the customer service advisor told me that they would increase the price of the $29.95 pair of shoes to $39.95in order for the credit to work! I held my ground and escalated for her to consult her manager. She came back offering to refund my monthly credit of $39.95 and therefore selling me the shoes for the price listed on the website for $29.95.
Overall be careful when you are purchasing for this website.! And READ the TERMS OF SERVICE.

This review comes from someone that has been a JustFab costumer for more than a couple of years. Let me tell you something, every month they can take money from your bank account and that becomes 'credit' you can use anytime to buy them stuff, of course you have the option to 'skip the month' and they won't take any money. So I thought it was pretty cool and subscribed. I have been very pleased with the clothes and shoes, everything is relatively good quality. I have always 'skip the month' so I have never had 'credit' with them but this month I forgot to skip and now that I want to use that credit they're telling me they can't apply the credit and a discount (50% off sitewide) together... WTF? So basically, if you want to use your credit you have to pay the regular price. So what's the point on having a VIP membership and putting credit on your account if at the end of the day they won't let you use it combined with a discount. It's like they trying to make you believe that your own money it's a perk they're offering... I feel cheated on, I won't buy from them again!

First, they told my girl friend she can skip a month when ever she would like, but you can only skip a month between the 1st and 5th of every month is what it said when I looked it up online. On the website it clearly states that orders over 39.00 have free shipping. When they took money out of her account and we called to ask why and after about 30 Minutes Of trying to figurer everything out and why she was -70 in her account because of the money they took out, she tried to cancel after but the woman said she couldn't she had to use the points she was giving her because they wouldn't give us the money back just store credit, She used her points and it came out to 39.96, when she tried to purchase it. They already took the points away. So we called again and the guy told her that the order was not free shipping only with order that are 39.98 and over. She called him out for it and he said he would take away the change and it would be okay. I looked up videos and more reviews and some people love this place and others don't, just not a place I'm going to be go to or tell people about. Thank you

Before the first of the month I made it my point to be sure that i cancelled this membership after i purchase my first pair of booties. Lo and behold I just checked my banking app and was charged the $39. I promptly called the customer service number only to be treated by an automated system that was able to refund my money. However I wanted to be sure that I would be charged again so I waited on the line to speak to an actual person. Once this women gets on the line I let her know that I had deactivated my account online and she proceeds to tell me that she doesn't know how I did that and that the only way to cancel was over the phone. However I log in to justfab and it says right at the top that this is an inactive account. I did not appreciate the fact that she kept trying to tell me she didn't know what i was talking about. If you don't know the options the website displays you have no business being in customer service. Lastly I let her know that I need the account to be cancelled and she tries to offer me store credit. Uhh no thank you! Awful and misleading company.

I order from here once and I will never do it again. First thing I noticed was that half way through the shipment it went from fedex delivering it then all of a sudden it ends up with USPS so that's strike one. Once I got a tracking number from USPS it took days for them to track my package. For some reason my package couldn't be found. Then when I got my shoes almost two weeks later I noticed that one of the boxes had shoedazzle on them and the other had justfab. I ordered a pair of booties in a size 8 and they fit like a size 6 they were so uncomfortable. This is when the real problem kicked in I skipped the first month only because they sent a reminder because I had totally forgot. The second month I forgot to skip but I was only late by a day but they sent no reminder and took my money. I called customer service and canceled my membership and she told me that it will take 5-7 business days but it's going on two weeks now and no refund. When I tried to log onto my account it said my membership has been canceled. So since my membership is cancel, my money isn't in my bank, and I can't log into my account to use the credit where the hell is my money. They always have representatives that can barely speak English or barely know what going on so it makes it 10x more difficult.
The shoes are cute for the price, not high quality but as expected for the $. I knew I would need to cancel monthly in order to not be charged, and did forget one month. I didnt dispute the charge but called to cancel my membership (of course you can't do that online) and got the typical CSR reading a script of why I shouldn't cancel. I interrupted him to explain that I just wanted to cancel and didn't want a hassle. He continued to read his script. I let him continue until he again asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel, and I told him that I didn't understand why he was still talking since I had told him I didn't want a hassle, didn't want to hear about all my "options." I explained again, that I didn't want to hear his script, he could cancel my membership or connect me to his supervisor. Make sure you get a case ID number and the name of the CSR, so if you don't get the confirmation email that you cancelled you can still prove it. 2 stars because it was a huge pain in the butt to get out of, even tho I expected it to be. Avoid them unless you can stay on top of your membership.
I can get the shoes on but it's like I'm wearing a half size smaller when they're my size, I was just fitted for redwing shoes a month ago so I know it's the right size

I don't really care for this company. I bought boots the first week of October 2014, I wanted them before my birthday (18th) & they didn't appear to me how they did online... And they were too big! That true to size thing is not true. I average a 7 some times 6.5 but mostly 7. So I wanted to return them and here is where my problems began. I asked for a refund but they would have charged me 15$ restocking fee & I would have lost out on 15$ towards another pair boots when i originally spent $79.90 for my total. So I told them no because that's ridiculous Id rather have store credit that way I would could get my full amount back. Now I had to send them back and WAIT for them to receive, process and credit back my return. I sent the shoes back October 20. They got there October 28 at 6AM! Do you think I have my store credit processed yet? NO IM STILL WAITING as of November 4th... So much for birthday boots smh. And every time I call to check the status of my return some foreign woman answers that I can barely understand and He/she doesn't comprehend well so I have to do a lot of repeating myself. Ughh. Who wants to deal with all of this crap! This is why I wanted a refund not store credit. Whenever they decide to process my return I WONT be back...
So, I signed up about two years ago... and didn't read the fine print on how my account literally gets charged 39.95 every MONTH if I don't "pass" it or whatever. I went 5 months without realizing my card was getting charged, and those go to Just Fab credits. I immediately cancelled my VIP account. I got a notification the other day that those five months of payments were changed into gift cards so I was all pumped and ready to order clothes for my upcoming honeymoon. Only to find out that to REDEEM those gift cards that I PAID FOR... I have to once again sign up for VIP membership, which would mean $40 payment just for that, plus deal with the head ache of cancelling before next month rolls around. This company is a complete MONEY SAP, and carefully orchestrated to make you lose money either way. Complete bull$#*! and total waste of my money and time. I'm still mad they got $200 from me and I'll never see it. Because like heck will I put myself through that again. Basically, thankful that so many BETTER clothes companies exist that don't need to earn their living by SCAMMING people out of their money.

I purchased two items from their website on February 11, on February 12 I received an email that said my package has shipped. When I clicked on the Pitney Bowes tracking number it says "label created" and also it says awaiting carrier pickup. It has been over a week now and when I did the live chat I was informed my package has left and has been shipped. It still was in a state of "awaiting carrier pickup" I chatted several more times and was informed of the same thing. I reached out to USPS and they informed me they were NOT in possession of the item they do not have it and that ONLY a label had been created. I contacted JustFab again through chat and FINALLY was informed that my package HAS NOT left the warehouse and it has yet to be shipped and that my package has not been lost. Please stop giving scripts to your agents telling customers that their package was shipped when in fact only a label was created. If my package was shipped where is the tracking number and if my package had shipped and was picked up how come it has yet to be scanned in by USPS? This was not a postal service issue but a JustFab issue. If you print off a label from any site it shows on the receivers end as being shipped when in fact it has not. Another business does the same thing when a buyer buys something, as soon as the seller prints off the label it will say ship or awaiting tracking number on receivers end as well as buyers. I have never had issues with JustFab before but damn, this is ridiculous and will no longer do purchases through them.

JustFab is an absolute joke! They suckered me in with the $9.99 ankle boots that by the way look like the cheapest pieces of crap! I haven't worn them yet but wouldn't be surprised if they fell apart the first time I wear them! I called their customer service line to cancel the VIP membership that I had no idea was going to charge me &39.95 a month and their customer service is by far the absolute worst! They are rude and completely don't even listen to what you're asking. I wanted my debit card credited back and my membership canceled and they kept telling me they couldn't do it. Then she says that even though she's not allowed to do it, she'll credit my debit card back one of the credits I had on their site (which is two) but I have to agree to stay a member another month... NO! I told her I wanted both credits credited back to my account and asked to speak to a supervisor, after another 10-15 minutes of arguing with this rude insistent woman, she finally told me she'd go ahead and credit both credits back to my debit card for a total of $79.90. I'm still waiting to see it refunded in my account. Extremely displeased with every aspect of this so called company. Please reconsider before taking the bait of their ads with these so called "great deals".
WardrobeIgnoredemiI have been mostly happy with justfab. The shoes are in mind not a high quality but not so poor they just fall apart. They look super cute and hold up just fine but keep in mind they are not high end. I have no complaints with the purses I have bought either I like smaller crossbody style and have trouble finding ones I like in stores but have been very happy with the ones I purchase here. The only issue I really have with them is in their clothing. Sizing seems to be hit or miss. One time an XL will fit but next time I have to exchange for a L. Their denim is cheap and cannot be bought if you are a tall girl or have long legs. I have a 31 inch inseam and have not seen any of their denim with longer than a 29 in a not crop denim crop denim is even shorter.
I have had no problems skipping a month which I do each month but end up purchasing something later in the month. I have been using them for 4 months now and the only problem I have had has been site glitches and customer service was no help so I missed out on a sale I wanted to take advantage of. I return for site credit because I know I will be shopping with them again and I rather keep all my money than lose the 5.95 restocking fee.
In a nutshell shop here if you are looking decent quality and cute things to spruce up your wardrobe. Keep in mind your order will MAKE you a member so be sure to read ALL the terms.
Tip for consumers:
It is also just my recommendation that you shop the sale not the full price; they have specials all the time. I have not yet paid their full price and am very happy with my items.

I've actually been a membe for years... but haven't ordered in forever. I've always remembered to log in before the 5th of the month, however I completely forgot this time. So I have a credit. I logged in and found a black tote that I liked - so I added it to my cart. But my credit wasn't showing up. So I jumped on the online help chat.
Turns out - my credit is for $39.95. The purse I liked was listed at $34.95. So the credit wasn't good. Yes - you read it right, since the item I wanted was less than what I was already charged - I couldn't use it! I wasn't asking for them to refund me the $5. I wasn't asking for the $5 to be kept on file. To me it was a wash. Technically I was going to be charged $4.95 shipping (which would still leave 5 cents on my "credit") - but credits can't be used for shipping!
I'm so pissed off. I've always known the rules - I knew to log into the site each month otherwise I would be charged. But the fact that they have taken my money and won't let me get the purse I want with the credit I have is ridiculous!
Now I'm stuck waiting for something to catch my eye that is $39.95 so I can use the credit - and unfortunately not much catches my eye on the site. And the few pairs of shoes I've liked - are sold out in my size!
So - if you're thinking about joining - DON'T! Since you can't actually purchase items that you want with the credit you might get - it's not worth it!

DO NOT ORDER from this company! If i could give them a negative star i would.
I ordered wide calf boots, they came regular when i went to send them back the s&h added to the restocking fee was more than i paid for them... so i decided to save my money and gave them to a thrift store. I then was locked out of my account and could not skip months, i since feel this is a company ploy of theirs. I did order 3 pr of shoes... subpar/ low quality & not comfy. I sent them back immediately in same shape, box, packing. They are horrible to deal with! Try cancelling your account... only to be continued to be billed month after month. You will only have to call back time after time and speak to people that try to beat around the bush and lie... and still argue w you about not refunding you for the account you already cancelled... 3x's and counting now! On too of i am waiting for a refund CHECK to be sent, that was stated would be sent to me in 4-6 weeks. WELL... its 6 weeks and when i called to check on the process, 3 people later, they cannot confirm when i will be receiving my check. BUT THEY CAN SURE TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT.

Not a Scam but Not So Fabulous either. Here's the deal, they give you 6 days to cancel and they make it VERY clear that if you don't skip you will be charged a credit and they remind you all of the time in email and on FB. I have only had one credit in the Over a years time that I have been with them. Are the shoes cute? Yes! To die for... BUT here is the issue that I have had... The shoes are not Durable. I have bought shoes at Payless for half the price that are still in tact while my just fab shoes are in the trash (mind you, I have only been with the company for just over a year). The Other Problem that I have with them (personally) is that the only shoes of theirs that seem to fit my feet are the Wedges (to be fair, I haven't tried the flats). I have a size 7M foot and I can't even get my foot in the: Boots, Booties or Pumps, (no matter what size I buy) it's like they are cut weird. If you like to buy a lot of cute shoes for a good price, but aren't going to wear then very often (and I mean like only on certain occasions) then this is the site for you. But if you are planning on wearing these to the office or wearing them out every weekend, then I would avoid it. And to be honest, I would never wear a pair of their heels down the stairs because they are so rickety.
