Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I ordered a pair of shoes three weeks ago and have received zero updates about shipping or whether I'll be getting the package at all. Poor communication and the customer service chat doesn't give any answers. I don't even know if I can cancel the order for a refund at this point because it is so unclear what's going on.
I was beyond shocked when I received the boots I purchased! They fit like a glove r& r so comfortable! Can't wait to order more

I ordered a pair of cheap boots from this company, they arrived and were ok they only cost £28.00 so i wasn't expecting too much. When i checked my bank account they had taken a further £70.00 out. I called the company and explained they had taken £98.00 for the boots and was told that I was a V I P customer and was paying £35.00 a month for this, I explained to her that I did not sign up to be a vip customer and only wanted one pair of boots, I asked to have my money refunded to my bank account and was told i couldn't i had to use it to buy items on there site. She said i could close my account and leave the £70.00 and they would not take anymore money for my membership. I argued for quite some time and ended up having to spend my £70.00 there and then on their website. I think this website is a huge scam and would warn anybody from buying anything from them they could have been taking money from my account without my knowledge for months if i hadn't noticed more than one transaction to the company. They refuse to pay your money back and just keep repeating the same thing over and over no matter how much you demand to speak to someone in authority till they wear you down.
Tried to return them or exchange. Never heard anything back. They were to small on my calfs. I used my desk top and tried to call and didnt get to response.

So awhile back I bought shoes from justfab and it turns out that they were exactly like another company I had tried and had the worst customer service experience with ever that being said every month I had to either buy something or they would charge my credit card card for a member service so to prevent that you had login and press the skip the month button well that usually worked for me id
Just skip the month and I didn't have to worry about the company charging my credit card however this month I truelly believe they wanted to try me as I logged in to skip the month as usual I get all these error links and so I tried to reset my password then The company tried to say my email wasn't a working email and this and that so that they could sit or stand happily knowing that they could get money from me that I worked hard to get well I have news for your company@ justfab you won't be getting anything from me ever again from helena ostronic a fed up customer
The shoes I ordered weren't good quality. I cancelled my VIP the day it charged and while they canceled my account, they kept my money. So $40 down the drain...

You have to call to cancel your membership! This costs as well!
The adviser who dealt with me was pleasant enough, but intended on reading out their policy over and over again.
She also kept and saying that "We are really sorry that you have decided to cancel your membership, but..." that BUT was always followed by saying something to try and get you to remain a member, she even said that is she was myself then she would stay with JustFab!
Had to explain 3 + times that i just wanted to cancel the membership, full stop, right now, today! I was becoming extremely frustrated.
She then tried to fob me off by saying, "you do realise that if you cancel, you will have to pay full price for our products"
YES I KNOW BUT I WONT BE BUYING FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN! THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT OF CANCELLING!
All in all it took me 10 mins 10 seconds to CANCEL my account, dread to think how much that has cost me!
Overall do not buy from this company! Cancel A. S.A. P and don't take the rubbish that the operators obviously are reading out to you!
But also check your bank account to make sure they are not being sneaky and still taking money from you - as ive read in other reviews!
For anyone considering signing up on JustFab... DON'T!
Once you become entangled with them, it is pretty much impossible to disentangle yourself.
After ordering from JustFab, and realizing that they don't carry the size I need, I called in to cancel my membership (at that time, they didn't have an online cancel option). Customer service was very difficult, wouldn't turn me over to a supervisor when requested over and over, and did everything they could to keep me from canceling. I understand and appreciate good sales people, but this was RIDICULOUSLY over the top. The conversation, which should have taken less than 5 minutes, lasted almost half an hour. I had to literally yell at the representative (I've never ever yelled at a customer slice representative before), after asking repeatedly for a supervisor with no success, to get my membership canceled.
Now, I have been trying for months to turn the emails off. I get emails almost daily from JustFab. I have signed into my account and turned off the emails over and over. I have called customer service and followed their instructions several times. I have called customer service and had them turn it off for me several times. I have chatted online with JustFab and followed their instructions and/or had them turn it off for me several times. I have emailed JustFab.
And I am still receiving emails.
Their boots may be cheap, but honestly, the hours and hours I have spent dealing with them have made up ten times over for any money I might possibly be saving on their boots.
Do yourself a favor. Save both time and your sanity. Do NOT sign up for JustFab.
So I purchased 124 dollars and some change worth of stuff I'm guessing with the VIP perk. I'm looking my account over directly after purchasing and realize I'll now be billed. I called to cancel my account and she was VERY Talkative and told me that if I cancelled my order would not be shipped and would be cancelled. I decided I really wanted my shoes. I agreed to continue wth the memBership and just skip each month. I started reading reviews saying that people were still being billed each months ebm though they skipped. Ok about to be going back to school and can't risk that happening, which is what I told the same lady on my second call. She was pleasant and agreed to cancel it. I was told I would get an email within 24 hours with my CANCEL CODE and a confirmation cancelling my order. I only got the cancellation of the order. So I called back again and spoke to a man named chad and he gave me my case number. I'm between calls I did cancel membership online however this was all last night and this morning I went to just fab and I was logged in again as if they opened my account back up. Waiting for my refunded money because they SPECIFICALLY said that I was have "" all of my money refunded within 5-7 business days OR SOONER" now I wait...

I don't agree that this company "steals" your money. They don't exactly advertise that they will charge you every month unless you read the fine print which is usually the issue. I like how you are able to become a member and save money rather than someone that likes their product and keeps purchasing the items over and over not realizing they are saving money for shipping and such if they would become a member. They will always talk you out of cancelling but a good compromise if you actually like their items is you can skip the month and as often as you want. I shy away from the heals since they aren't comfortable but the sandals and boots and booties are cozy and stylish. I haven't tried the clothing yet but bags I have. Also cute like the shoes. A lot of women like Charlotte Russe and Forever21 and the quality of justfabs shoes are similar. When shoes aren't the right size they exchange them free of charge. If you do not like their items try out the buy one get one free bogo first before you commit to a membership. Legally, they can't force you or obligate you to stay a member just go through their speech of why they want you to stay a member.
I purchased one item from JustFab and placed one order from Fabletics 3 years ago, and even after calling both companies after my purchases to take me off their "VIP list", both sites continued to charge me $39/mo each for the past 3 years. But surprisingly, after 3 years of not receiving any emails from JustFab/Fabletics, I received one last week stating I had a credit on my account. I called them regarding this matter, and was told that they continued to charge me for 3 years ($39/mo by JustFab and another $39/mo from Fabletics) and could only refund my money for 6 months and give me a credit on an electronic gift card. Seeing as they would not budge on giving me more of my money back I agreed to their minimal refund, and received an email w the electronic gift card. When I opened up my account on their website to use said gift card, they put me on their "VIP list" AGAIN and started to charge me AGAIN. This whole company is a scam. They rob of anyone who inputs their credit card information into their system even AFTER cancelling their memberships. Buyers beware!
I must saþy i was a little hesitant to join the VIP with this company because i KNEW I would forget to pause my acct. But I have been very happy with the does and boots i have been forced to buy, lol! I just got a new a pair about two weeks ago and they are SUPER CUTE! THANK UOU JUST FAB!

I do have to say they're smart with their hook of$10 shoes but they should warn you your going to have an awful time with there company. I ordered boots received them and cancelled my membership like most people. Few weeks went by an my bankaccount was some how in the negative I checked and lo and behold I was charged $39.99 so I called them to let em know that I had already cancelled my membership where I was then told no I hadn't- okay you think no big deal right( well apparently it was) I was told my bank had to redund me and my bank had to take care of the overdraft fee that was caused due to their charging me being that I have a great bank they took care of the overdraft fee but would not take care of the 3999 I was wrongfully charged. It's been a nightmare to say the least after calling customer service weekly for a few months I had to talk to people who can't help me nor understand me I was told a refund was processing well I have yet to receive any refund a year and a half later..

I got sucked in again!
I signed up for the VIP a year ago.& I forgot to purchase or skip & my card was charged. So I decided to go make a purchase with that credit but it wouldnt let me use is. So I called & canceled my membership with $79 in my just fab account. So I responded to an email telling me I could use those credits I thought I had lost... I made a purchase with no problem but they made me sign back up as a VIP to do so... fast far ward 6 days & I get an email saying I for got to shop. So I went in & checked skip shop. I guess it didn't register. So they charged me 39.99 ok so I called them & asked what in the word happened & they tell me they won't give me a refund. But I can use it for any purchase in the store. I tell them I've tried that before & it doesnt so cancel my membership... he now tells me I have 70 worth of credit & I should use it before my 30 days is up. I tell him yeah right & he says pick something out & call customer service to help you with your purchase... alot of run around & bs... I'm pissed that I lost all that money. Its crap.& the boots I bought dont fit right anyway!

Literally, all i wanted was a catalog so i could order. The website wont let me navigate anywhere, even when i tried logging in at home.
The first rep i got told me straight up "NO" when i asked for a catalog. And then hung up on me. I tried giving them the benefit of doubt, but the second call was a hang up as well, right after he told me i must order first to get one. I thought to myself, well maybe they are having weird issues and need to apparently TRAIN their reps. NOT. The third rep CHRIS told me that she could help me and apologized for the hang ups. But at this point, I didn't want another hang up, so i asked for a MANAGER. SEVEN TIMES. Its like they knew their "customer service" was crap, so she tried steering me away from talking to someone above her. What happened? She tells me "okay, one moment" and I'm hold for the longest time. Finally i hear a dial tone. Another hang up. 3 times. Really? I call back one last time and spoke to JACK and of course, he tried steering me away from a manager too. Least this time, I had to ask twice for a manager. I get the Supervisor, PHIL. Do you think he helped me? NOPE. I asked for a catalog, told him the site doesn't work and would like to order. He then says he will take my order over the phone. Totally not listening. " Mind you, I JUST told him, I CANNOT SEE THE SELECTION. He then feels the need to correct me and say "its nota catalog, its a magazine" but i had to order to get one. HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSE TO DO THAT IF THE SITE NEVER WORKS? He was just like the reps. I literally felt like these people were just pulling a prank on me.
I never received my package. She did nothing. 3 weeks have gone by and I haven't had any resolution or contact.

I ordered shoes with a VIP membership taking a sizable percent off, so I got navy wedges for $14.95 instead of $39.95. I knew about the reoccuring $39.95 charge so after receiving my new shoes a week later I called to cancel my subscription. When I called customer service was extremely rude. This man left me on the line in silence for long periods of time and after screaming "HELLO?" he would reply with snappy remarks like "Don't cancel" "please stay." His voice was soaked in sarcasm so of course I retaliated with my own snappy remark of "No I want to cancel" He told me that the subscription was canceled and we hung up the phone. What he did not know was that I was on the Just Fab website simultaneously to make sure he wasn't lying. It's important that you know the phone call DOES NOT cancel the subscription. All they do is unlock an option on your account page to unsubscribe. Make sure you go to your account page and click CANCEL. You will be asked why you want to cancel and pick an option. If you DO NOT get a confirmation email saying you canceled your subscription, it did not work. Hope this helps.
At 1st I did not think I would like these boots, but when they finally came, I do love them, it almost took 2 weeks to receive them, thats the reason for 4 stars, but I do luv boots, so thank u!
