Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I usually have a good experience but my last two experiences have left me wondering if I should keep my account at all. I had sent a pair of shoes back for an exchange- and waited a long time with no word after sending the original back. I only got the exchange pair after complaining. Then on this last order- I had to ask where my order was after it was stuck for days upon days of 'label created'. The item was not shipped at all and was only done after I had to once again complain. Not only that- but one of my orders (leggings) was a '2 for 1 VIP credit'. I should have received 2 pairs of leggings but only received one! Not happy at all- they seem to be slowly going slowly downhill…

I order black flats, waited a month and nothing. Email said there was a delay. When I asked on chat they said the order actually never went through. I was not offered apology or discount or anything. I ordered white shoes with my VIP credit and then I cancelled my membership.

Variety of styles have been less. Most annoying thing is picking several shoes that are listed as available for my child only to go to pay and have all of them not ship to my location. What a waste of time. Either create a website for Canadians to shop or make it clear what is available for shipping.

The last few orders are not delivered and I have to chase down where the delivery company took it for pick up. They don't buzz or leave a tracking slip. I don't online shop to have to go pick up. I'll be canceling my membership.

Cost of the shoes is always less than the monthly fee you pay which seems like there getting the better end of the stick. Almost seems better to skip the month and then just pick out and buy shoes whenever. Why even have a subscription at that point. Half the shoes don't even ship to my location. I have been with this subscription for years and the quality is going downhill. Purchased two pairs of kids shoes and they were destroyed within weeks of just street walking. Save your money I'm cancelling

I ordered several pieces of clothing and shoes. The loafers and the flats were great. My body suit was a little large but the sweater and leggings were great. These are items I picked to jump start my fall wardrobe. The packaging was great.
It indicates that my red boots were delivered along with the booties, and I did not receive them at all. I received a shipment with my sneakers a few days later - still no red boots and I have yet to receive them to date.

I ordered a pair of boots in sept 14, the shipping label was finally created the 18th, today is the 21st and they have not moved past the shipping label being created!? The courier has not picked up, they have not left the warehouse? I placed an order with shein the day before and my order arrived yesterday from overseas! Do better just fab! The site makes it difficult to skip a month or cancel. It does not have an option to cancel without using the chat function. It took me almost 15 minutes to cancel a service I asked to cancel multiple times. There was always another offer to stay with them. They were not listening to my reasons for canceling.

Took over 10 minutes for a person to respond to the chat that you advertise as being available 24/7. Then, after being very clear about what i want, took forever, with much extra unnecessary communication to finally get it done. Part of the reason I do not want a membership with your company anymore is your HORRIBLE customer service.

I'm strong go armed into buying shoes I Would never buy because I've been charged for the months I forgot to skip. Shipping took 3 weeks and there still another box with 3 pairs that needs to arrive. Quality is crap. Shoes don't last. I hate this site but only buy because of credits.

I love the styles, bundles and credit options on the site. Unfortunately the tummy shaping pants only have tummy control in the top 2" so wasn't effective, the sports bras fit uncomfortably tight, and the shoes I ordered came in the right box but we're actually a 1/2 size larger. The other items I ordered were great. I appreciate the easy return options.
I became a member and picked out 6 pairs of shoes. I only got one pair. The rest had a delay in shipping. It's been 3 weeks and I logged in to my account and the shoes that I was waiting on were no longer pending shipment. I didn't get notified that something was wrong and the company was removing the shoes from my cart. What's the point of being a member if you are not going to get the shoes you've picked.

I ordered faux suede jacket. When I received it, thought it would be more on the faux suede side hen velour type. Its still a nice jacket, but not really faux suede. It's what I call a velour type jacket.

I called to exchange the shoes and get a larger size 61/2.I could not understand what he was telling me. I would have to go on line to get return label. Now you have to return somewhere else. I designed to not use just fab any longer.

I have not received my order. The tracking site says no one was home so the boots were returned. I have not heard anything from the company about this. No redelivery date or refund given. Very disappointed.

I feel as an annual customer, I should have received earlier notifications of the add ons and customization. I was finally notified Monday evening. I used to be notified at least a week prior and could put it on my calendar. I really had no time to shop this season.

Customer support couldnt help me when my package was delayed and told me to go directly to the post office and deal with them. I'm a VIP member and have been a loyal customer for years. Everytime I call support it's more useless than the time before it and has only caused me frustration.

I'm so glad that one of my orders came quicker than I thought, however my order has been split into two separate shipments and it's been more than 2 weeks and I have not even got a tracking # on my other order.

I've received the survey before my item. I order my shoes on 9 August and still haven't received them as of today 21 August. However, I received the survey today. The tracking number has not been updated in 5 days.
So I would love to love these shoes, but sadly I don't even have them. I will not be ordering from here again.

After a month of waiting for my order, finally was able to talk to a representative. She was great. Saw my order never shipped and cancelled it for me, and gave me a $10 credit. Reordered some shoes for my niece and boots for me. My boots were missing some removable gemmed cuffs that they were supposed to come with. I'm pretty much done with them at this point.
