Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I placed an order with my credits.I had Suspended the month before that then after I made a Order You guys took my money on a day that it's not even supposed to pull With no authorization to do that Like I said, I had declined at the beginning of the month and they took it around the 20th
I have yet to receive a good quality pair of shoes. The only reason for my purchase is to use up my credits so I am no longer indebted to this company.

The boots were not what I was expecting at all. The back is a totally different texture than the front and one boot has a black speck on it that is noticeable

My order was a pair of shoes and a furry jacket. The shoes arrived first and they are a little uncomfortable. I was surprised the jacket was not in the bag and had no notification it would be late. The jacket arrived about 10 days later. It fit large and is not flattering.

I've always been satisfied with all my purchases from justfab.the shoes always look good. I enjoy the mark downs and sales event...only always forget to skip the month.
I ordered a pair of shoes and was not told they weren't in stock. I only.recieved one pair I bought and not the other pair. I called and talked to an agent that's when I was told they didn't have them in stock. So I waited for 1 month and called back. The agent told.they were in stock and put the order I'm for me. I waited another month and they never came. Once again I called and was told they still weren't in stock.yet. Finally after 2 and a half months they got them in stock and.ordered them again. I didn't get them for another 3 weeks. Was not happy at all.

Took my money, claimed the order shipped a few days later and it never shipped. Held my money for nearly three weeks then refunded and tried to keep me on membership despite clearly asking to cancel.

I love shopping on JustFab! I get to look at the latest trends in the comfort of my home and with their easy return/exchange policy, I never worry about my experience.
Site is easy to shop and prices are great. Returns can be done unless its a final sale. Sizes sometimes run a little small other times a little big so be sure to read reviews and descriptions.
Received items quickly and they weren't damaged and actually fit for once.
It says the delivery was August 21 but didn't come, August 22 it says out for delivery but couldn't find my address. It wasn't the first time I ordered from JustFab, and I'm supposed to use the sandals today.

I have been buying from Just Fab for years. I love the products and prices. It's very sad now that they mail my shoes that are in boxes- in big plastic bags. The boxes arrive crushed, ununusable.

I bought these as they looked comfortable to wear, as I have a problem finding comfortable shoes as I am very flat footed, and to much of an arch can be miserable!, for more than a few minutes.
I ordered two pairs of booties and they arrived sooner than I thought they would. The fit and quality were excellent. I spent all day in them and have no complaints.
Was never notified that my package was delivered, the notes stated it was left in a parcel locker but I could not find the package. Really disappointing

Great experience first time buyer will definitely buy again. Shoes were very comfortable and fit. Perfect. Delivery was very satisfactory and early arrival. Price was a steal.
