Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379

Love love love this site! You can't get better quality for the price. I've ordered 6 pairs of shoes and a pair of jeans. All fit properly and good quality. Not to mention how beautiful the designs are! I get many compliments and just love the purchases I've made! People that complain clearly don't see that when you sign up it take the money off your card and give you a credit. And I don't see the big deal of having to call to cancel. Not that I would cancel! They have great sales frequently too! I can't say enough good things about JustFab!

I ordered in August and never record the shoes. I only show fedex tracking from September. Tried going through fedex for help and received none. I will not be purchasing anything from this site until I receive this purchase
I don't like that you have to REMEMBER every month to skip. If you forget they take the money put of you account. I will be stopping my subscription soon. I also will not recommend this site to others

Absolute Scam. This is poor business practice. Policies regarding their "membership program" are not clearly (obviously) indicated to the consumer. Your money, which they will continue to take EACH MONTH, will not be refunded! I have been charged for the last four months without making a purchase. There is not one item I wish to purchase on this website for the $160 worth of credits I now have on my account. The quality of the products is very poor which I realized after my initial purchase. I have been UNWILLINGLY charged every month since my initial purchase. Policy or no policy - this is the worst customer experience I have ever had. This company is hiding behind a loophole policy. BUYER BEWARE. I will continue to try to get my money back and cancel my account. Please don't make this mistake!
I ordered a pair of shoes in a size 7. They came in and were too big. I talked to customer service (extremely nice and helpful man). He sent me a shipping label and said when I return my shoes they will ship a size 6.5 in the pair of shoes I got as a free exchange. I did that, and I get an email that they were out of stock. I was promised that that size down of the shoe would be put on a hold so I could get it when I retuned my size 7. Extremely disappointed and a refund is not helpful because I got the shoe during a sale and got them for very inexpensive.

I purchased shoes never got them money was taken for two months for membership and I didn't get my full refund I will never buy anything again nor will I refer anyone! The customer service was unsatisfactory as well

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and 1 jumper. The price was unbelievable! Valued at $200 but after my membership discounts, store credit and coupon it was under $5. Waaay under. You might get mad if i tell you rhe exact price, lol. I had to return 3 pairs due to fit and the exchange/ return process is stress free. I feel truly like a valued customer with Just Fab. I get so many compliments on all the shoes I wear from them. Keep up the good work, value quality and star treatment!

I bought 3 items since July, boots, purse, and flats. I was dissatisfied with the items, they were already damaged and poor quality. I asked a refund for all items since July. I was only refunded the tax. I've talked to 5 representatives and Tony the supervisor, they all confirmed that I would be refunded the full amount within a week. Its been since from July to October that I've been confirmed for a refund and nothing. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. It's not a good idea to purchase from a online website when they have bad service with returns!
Omg my boots looks just like the picture. The size fits perfect and I just love love loves the color. The packaging was great. And they came early so I had them before Thanksgiving. I will be ordering again. I just order my grandbaby some boots. Can't wait to show y'all.

I love JustFab! I get most of my shoes from here. The shipping is always timely and arrives well. Most shoes are either true to size or the reviews and comments from people give a precise sizing, which helps me always get the right size for myself. I love the styles and sometimes I wish I bought a second pair of my favorites because some shoes to sell out. I have never been disappointed or let down by JustFab and plan to continue to purchase from them.

I ordered two pairs of the same boot and neither pair was true to color I viewed online when ordering. I do like the boot a lot but I have nothing to wear them with now and due to my accommodation needs shipping is a lot of work on behalf of the customer

Three if my own arrived really fast and I wore one item the day it arrived like great and fit very well. I wore the second item a few days later and love it. Wearing the third item tomorrow. Still waiting on the boots and it's the only reason I did not give higher rating.

Set up my account in early 2016 since I only wanted to buy a pair of boots I signed up for the VIP, after realizing that I would be charged 39.95 a month just to be a member I canceled my subscription. Well to my surprise I had to called back 3 more xs and was still being charged at 39.95 a month! Long story short I had to call back 3 more times to get them to cancel my subscription and to stop stealing money from my account. Beware this company will Rob you Blind! Any you'll be stuck with a pair of shoes you can't even fit to boot!
I placed an order on 4/28/21 order stopped moving on 5/4 but they made me wait until 5/19 to resend my order. I called because the rep told me they would expedite the replacement order they shipped it as slow as possible. I hope my order eventually gets here but honestly I will never purchase from this company again they do not care about good customer service and happy customers.

I am beyond upset! I checked out this website and found a really cute pair of boots I wanted to buy. I purchased them and today I found out I was locked into a membership. I could cancel the membership but they refused to refund my money. I could not believe it! I am so angry right now! If you are thinking of buying shores on this sight DO NOT DO IT!
I got 2 pair of sandals. The design was cute. But they were horribly made. The quality was abysmal. In less than a week both pair were falling apart at the seems the straps had detached. I have had better quality from Walmart $1 flip flops! In fact I replaced them with a pair of sandals from Walmart that have outlived the pair from just fab by a multiple of at least 4 already and are still in excellent condition. The just fab sandals were waste of money! Maybe they have partnered with Wish!?!

I recently gave a scathing review of this company who doesnt let you cancel your account and lies to you when using Live Chat. I turned them in to the Better Business Bureau for not refunding me accordingly and in less than 24 hours they answered. They gave an excuse and blamed the one month delay on Pay Pal and said they would have my refund to me in 24 hours. Alot of work to get back 35 bucks but at least my point was made and they have yet another bad ding on their reputation
I found this page on Instagram and found a couple of pairs of shoes that are really liked so I decided to buy them. When they got here my mom told me to make sure that there wasn't a monthly fee so I went on to the website and logged into my account and found out that they automatically made me a VIP member which has a monthly fee of $39.95. I did not sign up to get charged $40 per month for a site I could only find two pairs of shoes that I liked on. When I called customer support to cancel my account and explained to them what happened, they told me that I was taking advantage of their VIP promotional prices so I could just get these shoes. I told the lady if she really thinks that I'm taking advantage of their site that I could just return the shoes and I would be glad to get my $40 back. To which she replied "no no you don't have to return the shoes we'll go ahead and cancel your account for you".
I'm glad I caught this on early. Hopefully they don't charge me anymore.

As I've read the rest of the reviews, I see I am only one of many who have been ripped off by this company. Never did I see when I ordered last month that there would be a monthly fee just to sign up for an account. I chatted online with a rep who kept trying to give me the runaround. Finally, he stated he'd terminated my membership and would reverse the charge on my card, BUT if there was another charge I should contact them. Why would there be another charge? There shouldn't have been one in the first place. The way they are slick about it is by saying you have until the 6th of the month to "cancel your vip membership" then they bill you immediately with no email notification whatsoever. I happened to pull it up on my bank account. It was deducted on the 7th. Fraud. Plain and simple. I'd planned on using them in the future, but they just lost a customer.
