Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Simple shopping experience but when I received my boots, I was highly disappointed. The boots were huge and did not fit your feet. It was like the boot was made for bigger girls. I would not recommend this boot for smaller to average women
Total scam get you to sign up with the offer of 75% of but fail to make it clearl they then takeep 35 pound each month and orders take ages to arrive not the 3-5 days that it states and as for the customer service is non existent I have tried livery chat and emails with no response to any and my comments on there Facebook was then deleted and I was blocked. Don't know how there still in business it's shocking!
Recent purchase was cancelled and card being charged extra money after the purchase completion. How does this happen? Was there a glitch that couldn't calculate my items properly then in turn the customer loses a purchase? Terrible business and I've been a long- time customer. I'll be ending my membership.

I suggest a class action they understand that you can find a lawyer online who will be happy to slap them with a class action believe me just mention "class action" and they will take you off their radar. They sound like they suck!
I have been a consumer of Just fab for over 7 years and have great customer service, gorgeous shoes, cute outfits and accessories and sometimes even surprise gifts with my purchases! I love JustFab and have given recommendations with every compliment on my shoes!

The order came quick... The shoes and sweater match perfectly! Haven't worn them, so can't rate the comfort of the shoes - but I've ordered other items and never had any problems in the past!

First, I was unhappy with the quality of the items I received, so I cancelled my membership right away. The next month I was charged again- I called the company, agreed to have a "member credit" for that month ( Holiday season, I could use it to buy a gift) and then cancelled my account again. The following month I was charged again, I called and after 2 weeks, they refunded my money and assured me that my account had been closed. Again the following month I was charged again. I called again and was put on hold for 15 minutes and was told I have an active account. The woman I spoke with told me that there was not a single note in the system regarding the multiple times I cancelled the account. She also suggested that since they still send emails, I should have known this. Don't give your credit card information to this company because they will fraudulently charge you every single month- even when you cancel!
I always enjoy my purchases from JF. However, I absolutely adored this recent purchase! Especially my gold dress... I haven't felt so attractive ans sexy in a long time. Now, whenever I need a killer outfit, I think of JF first! Btw I have a concert I need a new outfit for (I got front row seats) and I need to look my best! Can't wait!

JustFab had a great selection of shoes. I purchased two sneakers and I wore one pair the very next day. Great fit and the price was so attractive. I was also able to use my VIP points, which made the price even more attractive.

I cancelled my membership a few months ago, and just before Christmas was billed for the monthly fee. Called to inquire and they said I still was on membership even though I somehow wasn't billed the following months after cancellation. No refund is possible but hopefully got my point across THIS time to cancel. Don't recommend this membership to anyone.
I got an email that my order shipped a month ago. It stayed in Paris ca the entire time staying waiting for carrier. I called almost a month later to let customer service know I never received it. The rep made it seem like they tried delivering but couldn't. Instead of admitting it never left California. & then told me because it wasn't delivered or was sent back to them. So i thought they chipotle send it back to me, but then he said they were sold out of it & he would put the credit back on my justfab account. Pretty $#*!ty.

I like the jackets however the buttons did not line up that was disappointing. The arm length was too long for me and the pants were also way too long. It's unfortunate that Just Fab does not have petite sizes up to size16 like some other clothing companies. I will no longer purchase clothing from Just Fab because of this issue.

Look at the product carefully and read the descriptions. Unfortunately I didn't do that. I wanted a double breasted jacket however it only had three and not four buttons. I will not purchase another product. Just Fab doesn't have petite sizes in 14 or 16.
I placed an order on August 2,2023 and thought by placing an order that my checking account would not get charged additional money for not skipping the month. Normally, I try to "Skip the Month" so my account will not get charged and sometimes I forget to skip.
It has been a long while since I placed an order. Please help my confusion. If I place an order, do I still get charged and money is taking from my checking account? In the future when I place an order, am I supposed to also click "Skip the Month"? Please help my confusion so I will do it correctly and additional money is not taken from my checking account when I place a future order.

I realized when I joined JustFab that I was going to be getting cheap shoes. I don't really care about getting cheap shoes or name brand shoes as long as they are wearable and they look good. I haven't had a problem with any of the shoes that I've received. Yet. I have not had a problem with shipping or anything like that. I understand the being charged every month also. I won't be able to tell how their customer service is until I decide that I want to cancel my membership. So we'll see how that goes.

I was very disappointed to find that my Like New boots only had one zipper pull. It was impossible to zip them without the pull. I asked to exchange them and was expected to pay postage when they sent me a product that couldn't be used for what it was intended.
I finally gave up and lost 40+ dollars.

I loved the site until they charged me 49.95 even though I skipped the month. I tried using their phone number, which is a scam line trying to give you life alert necklaces, their live chat didn't work, and their fb chat"couldn't understand my problem". I'm pretty sure it's a scam all together at this point. Justfab, if you read this plz respond with a working phone number so we can work this out.

Make sure you can get ahold of customer service before submitting you payment info. I'm going to have to close my bank account bc of this

Literally my fav place to buy shoes! Bought some gray boots from JustFab over a year ago and i've never gotten more compliments on shoes, just bought two new pairs and can't waitttt to wear them. Worth it to buy from here for sure

I do t like the automated dues. I signed up but for got to cancel in the very small cancel window. So now I ha e all this money in my account. I don't think the quality is good because my ankles hurt in the shoes. Never have I mad a purchase and have my ankles hurt.
The cost structure sucks too. I really wish I could just get my money back.

The shoes are cheap, uncomfortable and don't breathe. For $10 more, go buy some real shoes that aren't so hard that they leave blisters on your heels or designed so poorly that a slip on shoe doesn't feel like it's completely on your feet.

Received items in a timely manner. Packaged nicely. Very happy with one pair, another pair did not fit properly, and the third was very cheap.
Returns from Canada is a complicated process and you have to call to get a URL for the label.

I've been with JustFab since December 2011 and I absolutely LOVE this company! Since joining, my shoe, bag and accessory collection has grown from pitiful to FAB with now over 100 items and I love every single one of them. Their prices are FAB, the quality is FAB and their customer service is supreme. I've never had a problem with a product or customer service and their shipping is fast and FREE! What's not to love? Justfab caters to their customer in all departments. They're quick, efficient and are truly dedicated to offering top quality service... I'm one satisfied customer! Love you JustFab!<3
The app takes a while to load and buffers a lot. Which makes moving through pages a bot frustrating. What's very frustrating is that the same style of clothing but in a different color has a different price! That makes things complicated when you're in a budget. Some things are listed at one price and then when you click in them the price is different. This site is notorious for transparency, as the customer you constantly feel like you're being tricked. And also the tax is exorbitant!

I ordered a pair of booties in my size and they don't even come close to fitting. Even tried buying shoe stretchers on top of it and still can't get them to fit. The shoes were great though. I ordered two other pair of shoes in the same size that fit great, just the one pair was way off.

I liked justfab I had it for months. They aren't thieves they give you til the 5th to slip so if you don't want anything then skip. If you don't that's your fault. I did cancel my membership for a period of time when I wasn't financially able to keep it up and It was so simple. I went to the online chat and said I wanna quit and boom done. I will start again when I'm ready. They do have good products. Shoes are true to fit. Dresses not so much but buy one size smaller and you will be ok.
