Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I've been a member for 2 years now. My very first purchase i was sent the wrong shoe. I decided to keep my membership after being refunded. Now I am canceling my subscription as a VIP member because there are certain promos that will not allow you to use your monthly credit that you paid for. I paid my monthly fee of $39.99 for this month. They are currently running a promo that has a pair of boots marked down to $35. If I purchase the shoes I will still have to pay $42.37 now add the $39.99 I have already paid this month and that's $82.36. I was told because of the promotion my credit will not apply. So what's the point of paying for VIP Membership?

I love that JustFab has so many styles and most of them are cute! My issue is the variation of fit in the same size. I wear a size 7 in all brands, but it has been a guessing game with JustFab. 1/2 of the shoes I've ordered are too big and the other 1/2 are too small. Due to sizing discrepancy I plan to cancel my subscription.

I bought shoes and clothes from JustFab a few times. While there are a few items I love, I wouldn't have bought most of them if it were in person. The quality was cheap and the price wasn't low enough to warrant that. Additionally, returning it is pointless because then I'd still have to find another item I like which just adds to the stress. They had a great idea but poor execution. I also hate that you have to call to cancel your membership. That's just stupid.

I couldn't believe how fast the order was processed. I purchased a couple of shoes and I wear a 10 1/2 which you don't carry and have to get a 11 which is too big. Please consider carrying 1/2 sizes. Other that than, everything else was perfect

I love my newest pair it's a little hard to get the foot in at first but when they're new you gotta adjust them first but samething after adjusting the laces still a little effort to put on an take off but they are comfy once on

None of the shoes are consistently similar in what size you should buy. I have to exchange half of my order. If you mix these inconsistencies with the poor customer service, the fact that you get charged almost every time of you've actually already gone in and choose to SKIP the month... it's just not worth it. The quality is always poor, and the prices aren't worth it (the prices are actually not even that great).

I've been with JustFab for about a year and a half, I'm a VIP member... I love the program. I love the shoes, bags and jewelry. The membership is clearly stated in the terms and in the " how the program works" section. Each month you will be alerted when your personal boutique is ready, you can choose to purchase, have them send better selections or skip the month. Within the year, I've skipped 3 months without any penalties. The user reviews on each shoe, bag and jewelry are really helpful. Credits are easy to earn... and they always have specials and guest designers.
I never submit feedback on forums, but I had to commit after seeing the sad pervious feedback.
Just Fab has debited my account 3 times for £35. After wasting my time trying to call and email them and paypal and my bank refusing to help me, I have decided to make a claim against them (Just Fab) with Small Claims Court. I have just briefly explained the situation and won the case! Just Fab has refunded the £105 and £25 which was the court fee. Don't let them steal your money and fight!
I called to close my account, which was made to be a grand ordeal because the person on the line with me kept repeating how I should not close my account. I felt like I was arguing with a robot. I had to firmly tell her to close my account, permanently. I was notified through email that my new bill was about to come in from Just Fab, a few months (almost a year) later. I immediately changed my credit card.
This is fraud! This website tried to sneakily re-subscribe me to their monthly charges after I closed my account! That is unacceptable.
I have had a few hits from justfab, but I have many more misses. Sizing is inconsistent in both clothing and shoes. Items received are not necessarily what is pictured. The quality of the products are mainly not great, I wouldn't say the worst ever. Customer service is awful and seriously not helpful at all.

I ordered boots for my daughter in December 2016. I didn't want to worry about having to remember to skip every month so I just called one week later from my order and cancelled my VIP Membership. Now in January 2017 and February 2017 I have been charged $39.95 TWICE! I have called their customer service and they are claiming that they have not charged me any $39.95 charge. I received now help, no consideration of my issue, no optional help to get this figured out. I'm going to contact my bank and see if they can help. Other than that I have no i no idea what to do to get my money back. I have cancelled my account completely online so hopefully that avoids future charges.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes & none of them fit, they were all too big, I was very disappointed because I ordered to wear to an event and was unable to do so. I ended up going shopping in the stores which was an inconvenience

I've been a member for 2 years and I've never had a problem when I have to call customer service has always been helpful and resolved my issue. It's all about reading and understanding what you're signing up for and I love everything I have received
Website is a scam, when you buy something it automatically puts you into a monthly paying subscription of $39.99 a month. And they don't refund you, it turns to only store credit. There is no number to call to talk to a person, it's all robots.

This company only steals your money and the products are cheap and awful. I have tried them twice and both times it has been a bad experience. I had to return things and they sent back the items I returned. I have tried to cancel and they will let me but I will lose the $40 in my account because I forgot to skip my month. If they you forget to skip a month and they take the $40, you cannot just use the credit for anything. The customer service is awful, I use paypal so they have told me I know even have an account to cancel. Just awful!

I have tried to get a refund on the VIP service to no avail. Apparently the checkout automatically assumes you want to be a VIP member and you have to opt out so as not to be charged every month. This is not clear at the checkout. It very misleading and I am totally dissatisfied with this website and will be posting on as many review sites as possible. My bank is in the process of lodging a complaint to receive the "stolen" money back. I consider it stolen as it was taken without my knowledge and it appears I am not alone.
I only bought one pair of shoes and before i knew it ebay had me on a contract taking out £35 every month, for 5 whole months before i noticed, they Even contact you to say their taking money out my account, the quality of the clothes is ridiculous, it is the esact material as the items i have purchased from china. The worse bit about it is when you have paid for a credit, they dont allow you to get a refund you can only buy a item from the site. Ridiculous.
I ordered 3 pairs of boots- excited that I found a place that finally sold cute wide calf boots. I WAS WRONG. They come in the mail last night, and one pair I couldn't even zip! The other 2 pairs were the same but different colors, and they were so tight, I couldn't even pull them up all the way! I'm not a big girl, I'm 5' and 140 pounds... My calves I would define as pretty standard. So if those are considered wide calf... I would really love to know how big a "normal" person's calves are... I will now be canceling my account- since the company seems to not be very accurate on sizing.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes with my last order. It had been a while since my last order and I stopped ordering because the shoes stopped fitting properly. Well, I was reminded of that with my last order. Two of the 3 pairs I ordered are too big. Not just slightly, put another pair of socks on too big, but almost 2 sizes too big. I live in a very rural area, post office is a 30 min drive. So now to return these shoes, I have to drive to the post office and waste gas and time on something that I don't have gas or time for. The last few orders have been just like this. The shoes are no longer worth the $40+ I spend.
