I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379

Hello!

I ordered from Just Fab back in January of this year. Unfortunately they were never able to be delivered and sent back. I talked to customer service, and were understanding provided me with store credit for one pair of shoes and shipped out the other again. The shoes were claimed to be delivered but I had never received them. I started a claim with lasership the shipping company they used and they just reported they could do nothing and encouraged me to speak to Just Fab. Just Fab only would offer me store credit. I explained that after two unsuccessful deliveries I wanted my money back instead of store credit. If there's no way for me to get the deliveries, I did not see a point in getting store credit. Just Fab just told me there was nothing they could do and also informed me that they could only provide store credit for one delivery that was lost but not for future losses.

Shipped my order to the wrong address, then refused to give me back my money. Had to open a PayPal dispute… finally got reimbursed for an order I was told I picked up, that was delivered to a completely wrong address over a thousand miles from my home. Never again.

If you live in canada and purchase from this god awful company, they charge you US dollars converted to Canadian. Even if youre on the canadian website! The site said i was going to get charged $60 but when i checked my credit card statement, i was charged $83! Never on the site or anywhere does it say i will be charged US dollars or anything about US for that matter! This website is a scam and they are stealing people's money! Oh and it gets better, your credit card gets charged $40 US! Every month if you dont make a purchase! WTF kind of bull$#*! is that!?!?!?!? I am absolutely shocked that this website has not been shut down yet!

I used JustFab ONCE to get myself a pair of ankle boots because the very first purchase was only $10 instead of $39.95. They sucked me into their "VIP Membership" I never really cared for it. It charges your credit/debit card $39.95 each month unless you skip that charge each month (which it never gave me an option to do). Then when I call up there to cancel my account because I was fed up with my card getting charged every month, they wouldn't refund me my money even though it's NEVER going to be used on my account ever again. Thieves. I DO NOT recommend this website unless you want them to steal your money every month.

Your credits are considered a promotion so if the site offers 30% off to vip members, you can't use your credits to purchase it- you must pay full price in order to use your credits and even the price for clearance items will go up once placed in your cart

I did not receive this order until months after I originally ordered it! I did not even receive any correspondence from your company about where it was or why it was so late. Also, the pants were very low quality and did not look like they did in the picture.

I called in to do an exchange. I had a very rude customer service representative who not only insulted me but also hung up on me. I called back again and received a different representative and I told her about the situation and asked her to put in a complaint. She told me that someone would be in contact with me in a few days. I never received a follow-up call back from a manager regarding my experience.

I am generally an XL girl, 5'9" and about 172. Depending on the garment I sometimes wear a L or a XL and at times have gone up-to a1X. I read the descriptions and size charts eatery time I order sometime and look at reviewers comments. Some times items run very small, ethers are HUGE. None of the shoes I have purchased from JustFab fit correctly, even after trying different sizes. My last purchase was horrific, my shoes ripped open from just walking 100 feet. I will never purchase shoes from here again

I want told that my order was on hold because of covi 19. And they were going to charge my credit card again. Just shame. If something happen I expect the company will informed the customers the policy why they are not getting there purchase on time. And they will be charge

I ordered a pair of boots and the tracking information said my address was not a valid address so I called customer service and they said those shoes are out of stock and to order another pair. So I ordered another pair of shoes and verified my address and the same thing happened again! This is the worse online retail store I have ever encountered! Don't buy shoes from this store!

I think your customer service is pretty good. Unfortunately, once I received the tight shoes, they couldn't say or do anything to get me to stay. I walk 2-3 times/week and I always wear comfortable shoes. If the company says a product is true to size and it's not, I steer clear.

I have tried calling the phone number and texting the number they provide for cancellation but it does not work. I can't even log into my account to skip the month, it just keeps "loading". Received my package. The boots looked like rubber boots with faux suede on them. The one hat was folded in the box and misshapen, also extremely large. The bucket hat was the only thing that fit and was as described.
It took two tries to get an RMO.
I sent the items back around May 5th, I've called twice to see why my credit wasn't returned and twice I've been told that the package hasn't arrived yet.
Not impressed at all.

I noticed today that I was being charged 39.95. Naturally I went to my bank to inquire about this charge. They told me it was from this company. I proceeded to call their Customer Service, and per my communication with them they stated they are not able to refund my money which is 159.80. They told me to basically buy $#*! I don't need and then call them to cancel it. This is absolutely ridiculous. Don't use them at all

I was a long time member with no issues until last week. I noticed they had a Sale on their boots and i decided to make a purchase. The total at time of check out was $56 and some change well the next day I noticed they billed me $182.30. I called the Co. Right away and asked them to stop the payment and refund me the money. I knew that the shipment had not been delivered at the time I called. The Co refused to stop the shipment and they did not want to give me the money back. My choice now is to return the merchandise and pay $23.80 for a restocking fee and maybe then the money will be returned to me. Really?!

I've ordered from Justfab before but this time the package kept getting delayed in transit and when it finally arrived it was beaten and mis-shaped. The hat I ordered was crushed. The CS rep ordered me a replacement and was very helpful though.

I ordered several sale items and used a credit so the cost was fairly ok, although I had the credit because I forgot to skip the month, so wasn't planning on spending that money. The order took over three weeks to get here, which was unfortunate as I was hoping to wear the shoes to a party but they didn't arrive until a few days after. The coat I ordered is great. The shoes are questionable, they are very small (I usually wear a 5 1/2 and these are 6 and are still tight) and fit strangely. I'll try wearing them around the house a little before returning in case they stretch at all (they are pretty stiff so that's doubtful). The other items I ordered are fine. They only reason I gave four stars is because I love the coat and the delay in the order is not their fault, it was the Post Office. One star off for the lack of quality of the shoes.

The shoes I ordered were ok but nothing special for the price... I didn't realise that creating an account would give justcrap permission to take £35 a month out of my account every month without my permission... after contacting just fab they informed me I could skip a month by logging on a few days before, like everyone has time to do that every month! They said they would deactivate my account but couldn't refund the money taken out and I could spend it on anything on the website to the value of £35 after spending a fortune on calls I gave in and agreed to do that... although when I tried it kept saying it was an invalid purchase. So now I have to live with the fact I have a mediocre pair of shoes for £70 that's if they don't take anymore. I'm appalled at this and suprise its even legal.

They don't want to keep your repeat business. The clandestine way that they take your
Money and refuse to give it back is disgraceful. They had £70.00 of my money I've got back £35.00 and I will not let it rest. I want it all back. The Customer service dept - so called Fashion Advisers are so deceptive they are trained to go round and round to were your down.
The company is just a legal scam - they found a way to get your money and they are milking it. Just think of the interest they are making on your money. Those people that write good things about the Website are staff. Its a CON CON CON
