I have been a member for so long because it was always extremely hard for me to find my size (11) in stores and I was tired of the headache and heartbreak. Thank goodness I found JustFab. I have been able to get exactly what I want. Only a couple block heels I've bought with the backing and single strap have had too much space in the back so it didn't feel secure and too big, but other than that, I've had an amazing experience and will continue to use JustFab for my go-to shoe shopping!

The site is easy to navigate and the filters are all ones we appreciate, size, colour etc.

Sometimes my size is out:-( but I always find something else - I'm an 8.

My overall experience with JustFab has always been good. I purchased a pair of casual shoes for my husband and he loves them. They are very nice, and I am happy to be able to now purchase for both of us from JF.

Placing an order is so easy and anytime I need to talk to customer service (which I can count on one hand because I very rarely have had an issue in my over 10 years ordering) they are pleasant and knowledgeable. The description and for are always on point.

When I'm in need of a fabulous boot, JustFAB always produce! The quality and detail of each shoe keeps me coming back for more. My last purchase I added to my collection 8 new pair, ranging from low ankle booties to knee high thigh huggers. I love them all!

I ordered a few things and they came very quickly.
Polo Crochet Dress - very comfy and I love the color.
Belted Trench Coat - cozy. I ordered large to fit over blazers so need to hem the sleeves. Nice rose smoke color matches with lots of my outfits
Rolled Sleeve Blazer and Wide Leg Pleated Front Trousers in Dark Mauve. Great material and love the flow.

I was made aware of JustFab because I wanted shoes from Target but the price was too far out of my budget. In searching for a similar pair, I found identical ones on the JustFab website, and when I saw that I was able to get my first pair for $10.00, I knew I just had to. Before I placed the order, I spoke with customer service and the employee was very kind and understanding and answered my question efficiently. Afterwards, I was a bit stressed about the delivery window for my shoes, as the last day they could get to me I'd be gone to the event that I needed them for. However, the shoes came extremely fast (before the first date on the shipping window), and they're such good quality. I am so so so happy about this purchase and have told everyone I know about the company.

She explained to me about rules you guys have about my money you guys put into points.as long as I've been with this company. Nobody explained to me. But at the same time if you guys take away my points you have to by law return my 40.00 that's taken out of my account every month

I have been shopping with JustFab for about 8 or so years and have never been disappointed. I shop for myself, daughter, sister, daughter n law, friends, and everyone is always happy. They have a great variety. I love JustFab.

I love JustFab. I shop mainly for heels, purses and booties and I am always impressed by the variety and plethora of colors. The mix and match outfits with the purse and heels are always fun to view to get ideas on what to pair with what.

I have incredibly big feet. Therefore I need to shop online for a size 12.I. Also like the variety That just fab offers me. I primarily only buy the boots during the winter. Because I actually have to wear men's Tennis shoes during the summer. So this is a perfect match for me. I love just fab

I appreciate how easy it was to make an exchange. I called JustFab and the friendly agent informed me to return the item in the original package to any USPS location along with the return label that was emailed to me. There was no postage to pay. In about 2 weeks, my refund was posted to my card.

I have been a customer of JustFab for several years. While I don't always find my style - because I am 67 - I have purchased many lovely sweaters & shoes from JustFab. I receive lots of compliments whenever I wear them. I tell them about JustFab, including the VIP program. I love the VIP program. I highly recommend this site for your purchase! I ordered 9 pairs of shoes & at the time was moving, so I had them sent to a friends house…after a month & a half they still would not give me the shoes, so I called to see if they could get the shipping company to pick up the shoes & deliver to my new address, but they could not, however they did try to reorder & ship ALL pairs of shoes to me at no cost to me but 2 of the shoes were out of stock so they refunded my money! I thought it was my problem so I didn't expect them to replace my shoes nor did I ask…they did that on their own & the gentleman who answered the phone was amazing…thanks again for going over & beyond! A loyal customer!

I had never ordered from Just Fab before, but took a chance on extra wide calf boots. I LOVE them and the price cannot be beat. The shipping was super quick as well.

Love my boots and shoes! Can wait for some though high quilted riding boots! I'm thinking Black, Navy, Brown or Mid-Tone Tan, Ivory, and al ways a must Maroon - Burgundy is a color you can wear with any neutral color or print color way including lighter tones of the neutrals including Grey and White.

These at least fit. Had to get smaller size. All their shoes run big. These are the first one that fits. Styles are for 20 something's not for a 50 plus.

This is my go to website when going out with the girls or I need a cute outfit for an event. Just fab never fails to amaze me. My shipments are always on time!

It was very easy to order hardest part was so many choices
I have been looking for a few items an they exceeded my expectations sizes are pretty accurate as well
I bought a size or two up on a denim skirt an I should have stayed at my size
