Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Received my package. The boots looked like rubber boots with faux suede on them. The one hat was folded in the box and misshapen, also extremely large. The bucket hat was the only thing that fit and was as described.
It took two tries to get an RMO.
I sent the items back around May 5th, I've called twice to see why my credit wasn't returned and twice I've been told that the package hasn't arrived yet.
Not impressed at all.
I ordered a pair of boots and the tracking information said my address was not a valid address so I called customer service and they said those shoes are out of stock and to order another pair. So I ordered another pair of shoes and verified my address and the same thing happened again! This is the worse online retail store I have ever encountered! Don't buy shoes from this store!

It's different from a few years back when I use to order. Never received my package, the representatives told me different information. Then when they tried to place another order, they sold out of the heels I wanted.

I noticed today that I was being charged 39.95. Naturally I went to my bank to inquire about this charge. They told me it was from this company. I proceeded to call their Customer Service, and per my communication with them they stated they are not able to refund my money which is 159.80. They told me to basically buy $#*! I don't need and then call them to cancel it. This is absolutely ridiculous. Don't use them at all
I signed up for a vip membership. I have been trying to cancel the membership and cannot. I have tried calling the phone number and texting the number they provide for cancellation but it does not work. I can't even log into my account to skip the month, it just keeps "loading". This website is a scam.

I was a long time member with no issues until last week. I noticed they had a Sale on their boots and i decided to make a purchase. The total at time of check out was $56 and some change well the next day I noticed they billed me $182.30. I called the Co. Right away and asked them to stop the payment and refund me the money. I knew that the shipment had not been delivered at the time I called. The Co refused to stop the shipment and they did not want to give me the money back. My choice now is to return the merchandise and pay $23.80 for a restocking fee and maybe then the money will be returned to me. Really?!
I ordered several sale items and used a credit so the cost was fairly ok, although I had the credit because I forgot to skip the month, so wasn't planning on spending that money. The order took over three weeks to get here, which was unfortunate as I was hoping to wear the shoes to a party but they didn't arrive until a few days after. The coat I ordered is great. The shoes are questionable, they are very small (I usually wear a 5 1/2 and these are 6 and are still tight) and fit strangely. I'll try wearing them around the house a little before returning in case they stretch at all (they are pretty stiff so that's doubtful). The other items I ordered are fine. They only reason I gave four stars is because I love the coat and the delay in the order is not their fault, it was the Post Office. One star off for the lack of quality of the shoes.

The shoes I ordered were ok but nothing special for the price... I didn't realise that creating an account would give justcrap permission to take £35 a month out of my account every month without my permission... after contacting just fab they informed me I could skip a month by logging on a few days before, like everyone has time to do that every month! They said they would deactivate my account but couldn't refund the money taken out and I could spend it on anything on the website to the value of £35 after spending a fortune on calls I gave in and agreed to do that... although when I tried it kept saying it was an invalid purchase. So now I have to live with the fact I have a mediocre pair of shoes for £70 that's if they don't take anymore. I'm appalled at this and suprise its even legal.

Money and refuse to give it back is disgraceful. They had £70.00 of my money I've got back £35.00 and I will not let it rest. I want it all back. The Customer service dept - so called Fashion Advisers are so deceptive they are trained to go round and round to were your down.
The company is just a legal scam - they found a way to get your money and they are milking it. Just think of the interest they are making on your money. Those people that write good things about the Website are staff. Its a CON CON CON
I order 4 pairs of shoes for my daughter. They fit great and she loves them. My only complaint is the time it took to ship. I used to get my orders within a week, this time it took 11 days to get the shoes delivered.

I've ordered from Justfab before but this time the package kept getting delayed in transit and when it finally arrived it was beaten and mis-shaped. The hat I ordered was crushed. The CS rep ordered me a replacement and was very helpful though.

I just wanted once pair of boots... It ended up making me VIP and charging me every month, (they say you get emails to cancel the charges they make to your card before the 1st but thats bull cause I got no such email) I proceed to get a hold of them to try and get my money back to which they give me sad customer service and make me feel stupid, "would you like me to explain VIP membership"... no I wouldn't I would just like you to cancel it so it stops taking my money. The shoes are cheap and don't last very long. One word. Ridiculous. I asked to delete my account and she just cancelled my VIP member ship... Now I have to figure out how to do it on my own.

Pls do not purchase anything from Justfab when u order anything they will by themselves add us in membership and will charge $39.95 + the amount of thing u purchase on your card which is not even
Authorized from us from 10th of december to 6th January i called them 5 times and asked for the refund and they will have same answer it will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days and will give u reference number and when u call next time transaction number but they will never send you the refund confirmation receipt to your email. And the shoes i purchase was even not that much comfortable after 3 hours my feets were swollen pls do not buy anything from JustFAB

Just fab has given me the freedom to shop for items I need when I need them. And when I don't I just skip the month no questions asked. Their personal picks are perfect and I never have a problem with the fit. Keep going…I need a bigger closet…lol

I typically will only buy items online from well-known, established businesses (Amazon, Overstock, etc) because I feel confident that they do honest business. JustFab is NOT one of those businesses. They advertise a discount, you purchase items, and low and behold a month later you are charged $40 because the discount you used automatically enrolled you in a subscription. One day after noticing the charge, you immediately call and tell them you do not want the subscription- never did... but too late, your money is gone! They will not refund and the customer service rep will ignore your request and overtalk you. I cannot imagine how much money they have made from this foolery. I don't know how companies still get away with doing this. This has to stop!

I served from them and they continued to charge my account; let me tell yalll something about just fab, yes there boots are nice but they will continue to debit your account as if your ordering something, they take you're money and say it's for a V. I. P membership, these people are scams; I'm in the process of filing with the BBB; there fraud they just want your card information

Back in September I ordered a pair of shoes for my birthday on my mothers credit card. I got them for about $15 because they were my first pair. After a few month we noticed that we were charged $40. We were confused and went to the website and found I was charged for FIVE months $40. We called the website number and the guy could only give us that months refund back. Now we have to spend around $150 on their shoes for the nonrefundable $40. Make sure you know you are a VIP member. For me they did not tell me and I was never knew I was charged each month. It is ridiculous and nobody has the time or the money for it. Very disappointed.
You people would get a good review from me if u people would stop taking money out of my damn bank account 2 to 3 times a month when I'm not even buying anything if it continues I'll be filing a law suit against justfab for all the money this company has stolen from me I'm a single mother of 5 and u people steal of me its bull$#*!

I signed up over a year ago when I saw the buy one get one free deal. Two pairs of adorable shoes for $39.95?! YES PLEASE! Of course I read through all the terms & conditions and it is a monthly subscription site, so each month you could be charged $39.95 on your card (equaling one credit on JustFab, which allows you to purchase any one of the items... a pair of shoes, a handbag, etc.)
I shop on a budget, so to get a fabulous handbag or fun pair of shoes for $40 is pretty reasonable for me, and I LOVE the styles on JustFab. If I don't have it in my budget for the month, I simply sign into JustFab.com with my username and password and skip the month under my boutique (must do this the 1st through the 5th). Honestly though, JustFab has become a place that I always have something on my want list and it would be rare for me to skip a month now!
I ordered two pairs of shoes which I'm in love with, but I only received one pair. Which was in July. I waited and nothing. I emailed customer service somewhat of what I could find. They emailed me back and said they will get in touch with me soon and never did. I just want my shoes!

I have wanted to cancel this for over a year, but the few times I have painstakingly attempted the cancel call, I am transferred a minimum of two times before conveniently being disconnected. I have an alarm set to skip the month and numerous months this year, the website just happened to be down on the first on the month. When I called the second time it happened, I was told there was nothing they could do. The only reason I had a purchase recently was due to one of these months. I like the products they carry, which is the only reason they received a second star. I loath the predatory practices of the business though. Would never recommend.

I bought 2 pairs of boots and a pair of sneakers. The sneakers are a hard rubber almost plastic sole, one pair of boots do not stay up, fall down because the ties do not tighten. I also purchased 2 shirts, one shirt is a complete box cut with the smallest of arm holes ever, the second one is two sized too small from the size on the tag.

Justfab sucks, be very careful before purchasing anything, it withdraws the money of customers in name of VIPS monthly and refuse to refund back, it gives the worst experience of online shopping.Be very careful everyone.
I order my boots from here due to having to have a larger size than carry in stores and am always pleased with the boots. Also starting ordering my jeans from here and recently ordered a coat. I am supper pleased with the coat also. It fit perfectly and was exactly what I have been looking for.
