I ordered shoes, one pair was for a special event. I ordered them in enough time so they would get to me
After waiting and not getting tracking like I usually do I called custermer service. They told me it should take 14 days to receive them. I waited and they still didn't arrive. Called again only to be told that they didn't know what happened to my package. But that wasn't the worse part...the shoes I wanted were out of stock. Very disappointed.

I received my package right away. Everything fit perfectly! I love the VIP deals and Justfab kept me posted with my order and gave me great customer service. I love the boots and the cool style shoes they have! I definitely will be ordering more!

I ordered a pair of sandals I needed for a wedding and when it arrived it was to small. I called customer service and they quickly told me how to send them back and get a replacement of my right size. Very polite and fast!

I ordered boots and they did come early but they were too small. I decided to return them for a different size but got only half of my refund! Now I can't even get new boots cause I did not get a refund. That's unfair

They agreed to issue me £910 as they've been taking £35 from my account without my knowing for 2 years. But I never received the money and they took away my credits and wouldn't trace their bank for the transaction.

I was strolling through the website, saw some shoes that I liked, found my size and placed my order. It was quick and easy, my shoes arrived quickly. I am a VIP member and will continue to shop with JustFab

So I see a TON of negative reviews. RESPECTFULLY I have to inform you that if you input your bank/credit card information without reading the fine print, who is really to blame? I ordered my first pair for 10.00 with the FULL understanding that this is a monthly subscription. Because I read the extra details. I also am aware that if I would like to not pay for a month or a few months, I can go in between the 1st and 5th of each month and skip. Even more so, I am aware that if I do NOT skip I will be charged roughly 40.00 and have a credit to shop. Its a little mind blowing that so many people overlook small details. You create an entire profile, it congratulates you for becoming a VIP member, tells you that you are signing up for a membership, yet most are not aware how this happened? I ordered my first pair on 11/14/16 and received my AMAZING boot on 11/19. Could not be happier with my experience and will continue with my membership.

Subscription is not clear on mobile websites. They take 35 each month if you are unaware. The quailty of their products are not worth the price. You can get the same quality of products from primark or new look for literally half the price. Its near enough a scam.

Do not use this website or sign up to it. We have been charged every month for the past year without our knowledge. When we tried to call costumer service to end our "vip membership", we got hung up on.

I did not receive the boots I ordered! They went to the wrong address, my old address. The post office showed delivery, so I went to the old address and it is vacant. There was no package on the porch, someone must have taken them from the unoccupied address. I have been charged but with no merchandise in hand. Also I want to cancel my membership. I spoke with a rep through chat on 11/2 to discuss both these issues but I was dropped from the chat per representative and not contacted back.

I had no problem ordering the shoes. The reason I returned them was they were to wide.

Although the items are wearable they are just not comfortable and are a bit lacking in substance

Most of the shoes and clothing I got for my kids were great. However, I got one pair of sandals that I would say were a defect. They broke as my son was trying them on. Went to return them and it was not easy. I followed the instructions, but there was no where to print the label from. It sucks because I just wanted to exchange them, not refund them.

I liked the quality of the items sent! Wish that the options were more to my needs.

Quality isn't as good as it used to be (long time member).

Comfortable and good quality for the price.

Ordered a top and pair of leggings for the holidays. I haven't ordered from JustFab for a while now (maybe a few years) but the quality of this order was no where near the quality of the last. The materials were verrrry cheap, and the sizing was waaay off. Very disappointing, but the price point was such that I should have known, plus I applied some points I'd accrued so the entire purchase was less than $20. I didn't bother with a return and I would never have given these items away because they were so poor, so I just threw them in the trash which was where they belonged. I am definitely wary about ordering again if this is what JustFab's products have become.

I have returned items in the past. I have a credit and it does not come off my new purchase amount. How do I get my credit? I will stop ordering if the credit is not applied. I don't want it to expire or something. Thank you.

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes and had to return 3 of them. Two are damaged, two run small. In the past I've had the same experience where shoes come too big. The sizing is very inconsistent. The damaged shoes have 1/2 inch cuts in the seams.

I loved the shoes I bought from just fab. They are comfortable and affordable. I did have a problem with some of the heels, my problem, not the shoes themselves. Customer service was beyond helpful and accommodating. I was able to switch sizes for 2 and get a refund for the others. I decided to get store credit instead of a refund, because let's face it, I'm going to shop more. It was a wonderful experience and I am proud to be a V. I. P. Member. They do a great job!

I really find that their footwear is of very high quality and their accessories everything and everything comes so well wrapped and so fine, you have not really disappointed me, on the contrary, I am falling more and more in love with your items, especially your footwear.

I bought a few boots and a long white jacket. It was all gorgeous. Some of the boots were a little big for a 5.5. I would love for you to add a size 5 to your collections. If you get this size I can buy more!
