Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
When I first started with justfab I felt the products were okay for the price but now I feel it has all gone to waste and only some of the shoes seem of any quality. Service was always topnotch and I appreciated that!
I regret ever making my first purchase with justfab. A friend recommended this company to me and even the same friend has same regrets today.
Their sales strategy is too deceptive and aggressive. I have £70 with this company which they have refused to refund to me on the ground that they have previously issued 2 refunds before now. I even wanted to make orders with the credit but I was told I can't purchase any items on sales. Reading through their terms and condition and did not find any policy on what Items you can or can't purchase or any policy on how many times you can get a refund.
I'm actually a little different than some of the posts on here. I knew, coming in, that it was a month to month. I read up and did my homework and found out that I would be charged if I didn't click to "Skip the Month."
My problem is that they never have anything that I want in my size. I mostly got on the site because I LOVE boots and it's an inexpensive way to get some. However, I wear an 11 Wide Calf boot. They are ALWAYS sold out of all the boots in 11 Wide Calf. The rest of the shoes, I'm not super interested in. I'm more of a comfort person and they really only sell high heels (which I don't wear) and a few super ugly flats (which I'm not interested in). It's unfortunate because it was a great idea. If they included tennis shoes and fabric flats, I would be more inclined to stay (if they ever had anything decent in my size).
Selection is geared for more younger energetic females. I can only wear mostly flats and low heels. Selection is minimal for my age group. Plus size is always and issue, extra wide calves. Especially when ordering items that state wide calf that aren't wide at all.

I have been a customer for about 5 years. I have found I have outgrown Justfab's style. I rarely find anything I like. I spend way too much time searching for something worth purchasing with my VIP membership and usually get frustrated and skip. I have 1 credit and have been unable to use it for months because I have either been unsuccessful in finding an item for exactly 39.95 in price that I like or JustFab applies a promo discount (that I can't remove) resulting in my being unable to use my credit due to the change in the total of the item (less than 39.95). I'm really frustrated. Once I am finally able to use my credit I will be cancelling my subscription.

I wouldn't even give them one star they are terrible! Firstly they steal from you without you fully realising, then it takes forever arguing with someone on the phone to cancel your account: I had to threaten legal action to get my money refunded but got there in the end.
Today, I open up my emails to find one from JustFab telling me to skip a month if I want to... Skip a month I absolutely do not have an account with these theives any more, I ensured it was cancelled! Just emailed them and told them to do one but dare say I will have to phone them hundreds and times again and argue with someone again.
Never ever ever use this company. Total fraudsters and their products are absolute rubbish too!
So I bought a pair of boots in December. No issues with them, only worn once. I don't remember how long they took to arrive, so not an issue. However, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription. I was going to need summer shoes anyway, so ok. 3 months in, $119 later, I go to buy shoes. Pick out two pair and the total comes out to me owing $26. I called them only to be told I could only use 1 credit because the other pair were on sale. Nope, you have my money and I'm not giving you more. I argued and they finally agreed to a refund. That was on the 13th, got $39.95 back. I called 2 more times to be told it's all been refunded, talk to PayPal. PayPal has 1 refund. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Give me my money!

Usually I am pretty apprehensive about buying shoes and clothes online. Having said that, I love JustFab! I have been shopping on this site for about a year or two and I have never had any problems with them. Shipping is always timely and returns/exchanges are super easy. I often read other customer reviews to get a better feel for each product before i commit. I have had to call customer service twice because the site was acting up and both times they were polite and helpful. I would recommend this site to anyone and I do! I have bought jeans, purses and shoes from them. I even signed up for the JustKids site, they have some pretty cute stuff for little girls.
There is a reoccurring monthly charge, but you can "skip the month" whenever you want and you won't be charged as long as you do so before the 5th of the month. If you forget to skip, you will have a credit to use whenever you want in the future.

Really satisfied with my purchase. Website was glitching, I was trying to pay and it was giving me a hard time. But was able to complete my order. The order came very fast and was well packaged. I was grateful for that because I keep my items stored in their boxes. Previous orders would come and part of the time the boxes were smashed or damaged. But not this time. They were prefect.

Didn't receive my items, were delivered to the wrong address. Contacted them and are 30 mins of the run around and "waiting to process " time I was told i had to wait 24-48 hrs before anything could be done and to reach back out then. Waited and Contacted them again. Another 50 mins of being told no refund would be given to finally argue enough to get my money back. Ridiculous customer service. They Wanted to file a claim with fedex to get the money back and then keep it and refuse to give it back to me!

Today is 8/9. I purchased on July 14, the package was created on July 19 and Just Fab says it's awaiting pickup but the carrier says it's awaiting the package. When I went to customer support, they (pretty sure it was a bot) said it was shipped, asked if I had any questions, I asked a question, and it cut off the conversation. I called the number and I waited and waited. There is no space for me to submit a help request, so I guess this review will have to do =(

My package was lost in transit and never reached a lasership facility and justfab was very unhelpful in providing me with options on what to do next pertaining receiving a refund. The package had stayed in the same status for well over the 6-15 day shipping guarantee and justfab still tried to sell the pathetic package Xcode that the package was delayed when it literally hadn't changed status for more than 12 days. I will not be shopping from justfab again

This scammer uses Paypal to steal money with the help of paid subscription. You can't understand that clearly. Of course Fabulous wants your money and you can't do anything with it!
PAYPAL does not give money back to scammed users. The PAYPAL support replies that the money will not be returned because you take out a monthly subscription for 40 euros, although there are many people who have been cheated. Strange right?

After waiting a month from the first "has shipped" email, I called them to find out where the package was. I was told that I returned the package which I never saw. When I told her that it never arrived, she said it was returned by FedEx, and that my items were no longer available. Upon further check, she said one was available. After another several minutes on hold, she said there was one more item available. Two of the four original items would be reshipped. What a bad way to do business. The items I had ordered were boots that had been substantially marked down which I cannot ever get again. Thanks for nothing...I really mean that!

It is incredibly hard to find the "Skip the Month" button. If you do find it, apparently they will still charge you anyways. They wont give you a refund or even own up to charging your card.

Saddened by the fact that my order is missing the pajama set that I ordered. The email that was sent to said that the order would have it included but it was not in the box either the 3 pair of shoes that it should have been shipped with. I recieved these snow boots fast very surprised by that. I tried them on perfect fit and very warm on ur feet to wear,plus the material seems good quality. I cant wait for it to snow. I will for sure be purchasing more footwear with this company. I will highly reccomend to others.

I've been a JustFab customer for yeasts, it's a really good online company. They are honest, and so easy to deal with. I am especially impressed with their customer service, it's excellent! Their customer service representatives are very well trained and helpful. I have had to exchange items over the years, and its hassle free. They send you a free RMA and you just mail it! Easy right! I smile when I hear someone say they had money taken from their account by JustFab. That would only happen if they forgot to skip the month. I just put a reminder on my cell phone and it's easy, skip the month by the 5th day of the month and you will never ever be charged a fine. Honestly the deals are amazing!
Got two pairs of shoes both fit technically but were super uncomfortable and walking was just plain awkward. Jacket was just too boxy and the dress a really strange length. I loved the casual feel, but it was a really weird fit.

I love Just Fab because I can find shoes for every season. Whether winter, spring, summer or fall. The shoes are just fabulous! Then you can go to the clearance and get shoes practically free and just pay shipping and handling. AWESOME!

So apparently JustFab charges your account a monthly payment of 39.95 unless you do not go to the website and hit skip this month. Upon buying two pairs of shoes I was really excited for the great price I had and recommended it to my friends. Little did I know that sense i was a VIP member I was going to be charged monthly if I a) didn't buy anything or b) didn't hit cancel on the website. The funny thing about this experience was that I was unaware i was a VIP member and that I got an automatic charge each month! But hey I have store credit apparently, so yay I get to buy a pair of shoes I didn't even want?

Honestly, my shoes are great, the prices and quick shipping was awesome, however please be aware of the monthly charges on your account! I am a broke college student and taking that 39.95 out of my account now means I have no gas money. So please read the terms and conditions very closely on this website or never even use the website.
I bought multiple pairs of boots. I love my boots and I love the price. I had no problems with the delivery. My only issue was that the site kept crashing when I was trying to browse for boots. It was quite frustrating BUT obviously not annoying enough to keep me from my love of good boots at a great price. It would be nice to have that fixed though...
