Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I ordered a ton of shoes a bit ago from here and I ordered an 8 which is my normal size and most of them were to small so when I ordered a 8.5,1 of 7 shoes fit they were to big. Size is never what its supposed to be and/or fit correct
Obviously this site is questionable. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
But all of you calling it a scam have obviously not read the fine print, which is foolish.
This is why you read the terms of service before you just accept it.
It clearly and repeatedly states SEVERAL time about the monthly charge that happens after your first purchase and that you need to either call to cancel or skip months. Very clearly stated. If your credit card is getting charged and you didn't know, it's not their fault. You agreed to the terms of service... that you did not read. They don't have to refund you just because you're too dumb to read what you are legally accepting.
That being said, of course it's not a great site. Unless you are buying a ton of crap every month, it's a rip off.
But a rip off and a scam are not the same.
Read the freaking terms of service.
I ordered a 2X shirt. I normally wear an XL. When I got the shirt I could not get it on at all. The size was all wrong. I gave it to a friend of mine who wears a medium and it fit her perfectly. I was disappointed to say the least.

The boots are made with very cheap material (the backs are basically glove-like) and the worst part is the soles: these boots are not made for walking, and are very slippery even when walking on normal tile, for example. I would go so far as to say these boots
Could be dangerous to walk in.

I've been wanting to cancel my membership for months but not wanting to deal with the out of country customer support so I've just been "skipping" months so they don't bill me. I forgot to skip this month and even though my debit card that they have on file was expired they took the 39.99 out of my account. When I called them to ask how they'd billed me with a expired card they lied to me and said that my bank had called them with the new expiration date. I confirmed with my bank that this doesn't happen.
So now I'm waiting for JustFab to credit my bank and cancely account. If they take money out next month I'll have to cancel my debit card.

Don't even consider parting with your money to buy anything from here, they'll continue to charge you after cancelling and then make it impossible to spend the money they have taken off of you - have been informed that I have to spend the exact amount of "credit" I have, I can't buy anything cheaper!

I haven't had any bad experience with this company. I have ordered from this site about 4 different times and I haven't had any issue with Justfab. I am glad I came across this site a year ago. There is no consistency in purchasing shoe sizes. I'm between a 7 and 7.5 and consistently the 7.5 don't fit in a shoe (too small) but the 8's are too big. The prices are ridiculous for something I haven't tried on.

I ordered the sandals because they looked pretty and comfortable. Sadly, I had to return them because the buckle on the top was FAUX, and could not be adjusted. They were too tight across the toe area so they were returned.

I recently bought a blouse that was a bit snug, so I called Customer Service to return it and order a larger size. I received by email the return label while I was talking to the representative. I shipped out the blouse the next day and received the replacement blouse within a week. I have always been impressed with Just Fab's customer service. This was just one example of their professionalism.

Loved the shoes but had to return it 2x. First time it was too big, long on the heel part. When I got an exchange for a smaller one, I just did not like the fit. The fabric is beautiful but felt too loose on my feet and felt that it was not going to be supportive as I walk

I purchased 4 pairs of shoes. Two were two big. I wasn't able to print return labels. I had to call 3 times. Apparently there is a issue for Canadian returns labels. Now I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund. Still no refund. And i called and it was verified that you recieved the return but you can't just refund. This is not acceptable. Any other company only takes a week maybe 2.

After trying to contact justfab for three days to cancel my account, I finally got someone on the line today, this further let's me know that they are falsely advertising 24 hour assistance an close their lines down after hours an on the weekend... so I asked the representative to cancel my account she stated she would cancel the VIP but the credit would remain on my account for future purchases... what! I told her I wanted a full account closer withe no longer access to the site an the credit reversed back to my credit card... She stated she could not credit... now I'm mad an requested a supervisor... then she relented an issued a refund to my card and the complete closure of my account... that site is crap... I told them I could not wear the clothes or shoes because they didn't fit a curvier body type... the reason I stopped buying almost eleven months ago... beware of this site... only do a one time purchase an don't opt into the VIP.
If you read the agreement you're signing up for it will tell you that they charge you $39.95 a month unless you go into your boutique and skip that month! Don't sign up for something unless you know what's going on...
It's does not work for me maybe for someone else, but it's definitely not my cup of tea. I have credits with them they charge $39.99 a month if not careful. I have not used my credits and I haven't found anything I like from their site. I hate it! I wish I could get the money I have as credits back so I can shop elsewhere but I'm cancelling my vip membership and my money went to waste at just fab the fist pair of shoes were okay I guess but no. Just fab is not for me. I really wish they could return my money to my bank account since I'm not using it on their site :/ . It feels like a f****** scam honestly. Don't recommend it. I wouldn't waste my money on this site plus the mall has really good sells if you look. Screw this piece of scum site Sorry not sorry.
I don't like that if something is on sale the site does not let me use my credits for it. They should let ME be the one who determines what I spend them on. I know it for what it is, a way to keep me tied to them forever as I try not to waste money I already spent but it's F***ing irritating and pisses me off every time I login to try to get rid of them.

I ordered several pairs of shoes from Just Fab, they all looked cute on online but the quality was mediocre once received. It was not worth the membership fee especially because if there was nothing else I was interested in, they wouldn't refund my money. You have to purchase something and if they send you the wrong item and you get them to resend you what you ordered they restart your membership automatically before they fix what they messed up. Luckily I caught this before it charged me again. It just was not for me. I like good long lasting quality shoes even if it is a bit more expensive. I don't need a new pair of shoes every month, that is not in my budget or lifestyle,

I decided to close my account because the quality of shoes from just fab, are no longer fabulous. Now, it just looks cheap. To add insult to injury, the monthly fee increased. I had quite a few credits to use, so I placed an order.
My shoes was sent to the wrong address. It was sent to the address where my goddaughter lives in Brooklyn, NY. I live in Washington, DC. Luckily I was able to retrieve my shoes but it was certainly inconvenient.

A few weeks ago my someone in stole my package from my apartment front door. I told the delivery person not to leave my package without buzzing my buzzer. They didn't buzz me! Ugh!

I ordered my boots on Oct. 24,2022 and they still haven't been shipped yet. I have never ordered anything that takes that long to ship. I expect the 7 days for delivery but not waiting to be shipped out from the company. So i'm still presently waiting on my boots to ship out. I will not be ordering from this company again.

The shoes are cute and I love everything about them, but they are just too small. I have big feet. And I wear a size 12 and the shoes that are sold don't fit true to size. I wish that the shoes were not cut so small and I had more options.
