Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379

Just garbage, i've tried to cancel my account twice. First time i was naieve and she talked me into keeping it. I forgot to skip a month, and used my credit toward a pair of shoes i thought were just so so. Didn't want to fight for my money back that bad. Just tried calling 8 times because i used the wrong shipping address. 24-7 is a lie.
Ponzi scheme.
I use to use Justfab all the time because they had great choices and if I didn't like it I could say I want better choices. Now that option is gone and I'm not happy with the choices they give. I have 3 credits and nothing I like to use them on!

I ordered two of the same jackets in the same size. One was noticeable larger than the other for being the same size. When I went through the exchange process, they said the exchange was having issue and to please contact your fashion consultant at the number below but there was no number so I chatted in.
I chatted with an individual named "Pink" and she tried to pawn me off the call the generic number but I asked, because I was already in chat, if she could process my exchange. Eventually she said yes. But, I had to repeat what I wanted done multiple times (In writing), I wanted to exchange my black coat in size small for a black coat in extra small, she came back saying "Well small is sold out"... well yes I know that but I asked for extra small. Then she said well we cant do that but you can have store credit.
Overall my biggest complaint is that their sizing isn't consistent.

They were supposed to be charging me 39.99 per month and I was charged over $60 a month. I was told I had a credit and when I went to use it I was charged twice once for my credit and again to receive this unusable credit. I was told that I could skip months of the charge and when I did I was still charged and received that again unusable credit. The shoes I ordered are very uncomfortable and gave me multiple blisters. I feel robbed. When I tried to cancel my account they told me if I did this unusable credit would go to waste. Products are cheaper in store when you consider how many times you get charged for your stuff. 2 pairs of shoes $120 later for garbage.

I ordered the regular size for both of my kiddos and the boots were too big. A good problem to have instead of too small. Just a little harder for my toddler to walk in. Both girls absolutely loved the sparkly boots!

The shoes took a long time to arrive and they were not the quality i was expecting. I have returned but they say they haven't recieved them so wont refund me! Over £100! Such awful awful customer service, the worst i have ever purchased from!
I spoke with customer service about my concern in processing my payment a week after I actually ordered the item. They informed me that the warehouse is backed up and there is a delay. They do not complete transaction (clearing my debit amt) until the item is shipped. And of course my item did not ship until a Saturday so my transaction did not clear until the following week. It is not my fault that the warehouse is backed up, and of course they don't give a damn because they have plenty of other customers to get money from. I'm just ONE less customer, right? They'll just move on to make other "loyal" customers happy. All they could offer was I'm sorry, no let me offer a discount on your next order, don't you think you would want me to come back and purchase from you? Nope, rather move on to the next victim and take their money. Just going to return the item, why would I want to have a product that means absolutely nothing to them but money.
Love this website, so many specials, so much selection of footwear, bags, clothes and accessories. Delivery is qiock and returns are simple and free.
Haven't seen such a beautiful choice of shoes and boots in every color and styles!

From their add, I purchased a pair of shoes. They did not fit, so I returned them. They did credit my account. A month later they put a $39.95 charge against my bank account. When I called about it, they told me that when I made my purchase the month before, I was agreeing to their $39.95/month "club fee." I saw nowhere on that order form when I purchased that I was agreeing to a "club fee." When I called about it, they said I could not get that back, that I could "skip a month" and use that money the next month on a pair of shoes. Unbelievable! I was refused my request to speak to a supervisor, or to have his extension to call him, or to have his email to contact him. That was all "private." Horrible! My only recourse is to cancel my bank card that they are charging, which I will definately do.
I bought boots as a gift but they didnt end up fitting, it was an easy return the people who answer the phone are nice, I would like to specifically thank mona for getting me my return lable she was great. :) it took quite a bit to get a replacement pair but, they love them so yay.

It took forever for the website to download. I tried several different devices and the same thing. It kept telling me I had the wrong password when my password was set to populate automatically. I had the hardest time changing my password because the site was taking so long to go through that the site told me it had timed out. At one point it told me my account was suspended. Frustrating as heck.
