Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I ordered 2 pairs of boots, they were too big. I exchanged them for the correct size. One pair was correct, the other was the wrong size and color. When I tried to exchange that pair the size I needed was sold out. They would only refund me. I sent the boots back and still have not gotten my refund.
Just fab is the just theifs they took $60.00 from my account for no reason they said they were going to charge me $16.00 and come out with 60 I don't even give them 1 star they don't even respond to their phone number you have to wait for 2 hours just to tell them

Don't use just fab it will steal your money
They messed up my address so my package got sent back to them. When I told them they made a mistake and that I needed my package before I went back to college, they said that they could not do expedited shipping to get my package back faster because I had not paid for it. Horrible customer service and didn't even try to fix their mistake.

I have not received my item yet. I was sent a notification that the item was shipping and it's been a month, so unfortunately I don't have any item to review. Have tried to track the item and contact about just cancelling the order, but have not gotten any updates.

The shoes are cute but they look super cheap! Not what you would expect for a $40 pair of shoes. I mean I get it that they're not Jordan's But they're also not Walmart shoes and that's what they look like something I would a pay $12 at Walmart for.

My order was delivered but a pair of shoes was missing. I tried to contact JustFab about the missing item but was disconnected immediately upon stating the delivery was made but the package did not include all the ordered items

I have not received my items as yet which was purchased on April 24TH and today is May 1ST. This has been a week thus far which is pretty typical when it comes clothing/shoe delivery. When went to cancel I was led to a page within the justfab.com site with an inaccurate phone number. The phone number leads to telemarketing scam about medical devices. I was surprised by the poor web design.

Hi, I recently Have ordered shoes from justfab.com and when I got them there were ugly rubber duck shoes size 10 when I ordered fuzzy original Jackie like mukluks size 8 I tried to call the company to get a refund and they hung up 4 times I definitely would not order from this company unless you like being ripped off because the towel heads. Definitely not selling me the shoes that I wanted, could barely understand them, let alone hear them, And they won't refund me and They are very rude and do not understand anything that I am talking about they need to get American workers in these stores. I Waited over a month for something for Christmas, got this and I didn't want these, and no one will fix. Definitely will be calling every day until someone fixes this for me, or go higher because they took money from me for a present that I didn't didn't get.

Do not buy unless ur trying to make urself mad then have at her. This site is like wish, u wish it was there and u wish u got what u wanted and paid for

None they sent me shoes for 35 bucks I have to throw away plus charged me 40 for the month so I'm out 75 dollars for nothing, im not a charity case.

I needed help exchange a pair of pumps that I purchased. The agent that helped me was very polite and made the process very easy. I received my new size within 5 days of me shipping the other pair off.

I received my boots in a timely manor but I read the reviews and I ordered a wide calf to play it safe since my calves in some boots don't always fit. Well the wide calf I received I can fit three of my calves in one boot. The boots were not wearable and I had to order different boots off Amazon for my engagement brunch.

Like others, I didn't read the small print when signing up.
- If you don't make a purchase every month, you have to log in to 'skip' otherwise you will be charged.
- Even though they get you in the first place with attractive offers, after that everything is overpriced and so you won't want to purchase.
- The customer services number on the Returns slip is always "unavailable".
- You can't get a full refund online, you have to phone... on the "unavailable" number.
- They 'seek compensation' from you if the box you return the item in is damaged... even if it was damaged when they delivered it!
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
I would never order of them again I ordered a pair of boots in there 75% of deal and then they charged me a £35 month fee for v. i. p so I ring them to ask why and they tell me because I got a deal they just put me in for the v. i. p membership witch I never asked for and now they there telling me it will take 12-18 days for my money to go back in my account they are robbing gits quick to take money and sign you up for s**t you didn't ask for but not quick to pay back! DO NOT USE
I have bought several pairs of boots and shoes from JustFab. I receive many compliments and the quality is very good! I have quite a few that I still wear that I bought years ago. Lots of styles and the sales prices are great!

My wife bought a pair of shoes for my child(order No. *******) on their website last year due to negligence, and then the trouble came. My wife became a VIP member of this website without being informed. Don't think This VIP will bring you any benefits. From then on, this website will steal $ 80 from your credit card every month, and it is almost impossible for you to cancel this VIP membership. This was my first order on just fab and I ordered a pair of shoes and still had not received them 7 days later or had any email to say they had been dispatched or anything (which normally every other company does so you know what stage your order is at) due to this I googled reviews on "just fab" which is the only reason I now know that they charge you £35 a month for a membership? Why would I want a membership when I just wanted to order 1 item. It does not say anywhere on the website about them charging you the £35 until you look deeper in to it. Which is bad as people wouldn't know all this money is being taken! You can not unsubscribe online you have to ring up. So I have no shoes still and I am going to ring up and cancel the "VIP" membership as it is a scam. Absolutey terrible website. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT order from here.

My experience usually real good when I order shoes. I have tried clothing and the smalls were too big so I decided to go with XS this time. There were 2 dresses I really liked. Even ordering in the XS they were huge. Sizing with this company is not consistent. I did get to keep some of the items, but was real disappointed about yhe 2 sundresses

I ordered three pairs of shoes in the same size and had to exchange each pair for a different size. Another problem was the jewels on one of the pairs was completely gone and made it look so tacky. If it's rhinestones, those fall off no big deal. If you miss a few it isn't too bad, but missing big gems it was really awful looking. Luckily I exchanged the pairs and they were very easy to return and exchange and get the new ones that I enjoy very much! Only other thing is I wish the sizes were more accurate. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers same size and I looked and it stated true to size but one of them is just a little small. I wish I had sized up 1/2 size but I couldn't exchange because I had already recycled the boxes unfortunately. Overall I do love justfab I just wish the sizing was more accurate especially on the size up/size down scale you see when you look at each shoe. Overall, I will purchase again but make sure to keep the boxes and try them on sooner!

They refused to assist when a delivery was sent to the wrong address despite me originally trying to change my address when putting in my order. They were unhelpful and basically said they could do nothing despite me losing a $100 package.
