Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I was tracking my package and it was supposed to be delivered to me in NYC by 11/30/22. But it got delayed and was stuck in NJ, FedEx said "pending" on the tracking for the longest time. I reached out to JustFab and they were not helpful at all. They told me that I needed to reach out to FedEx myself. FedEx has no idea where the package is. It is now 12/8/22, I still have not received my 4 pairs of shoes that I bought from JustFab.
I purchased 5 pairs of Sexy heels. I love the heel size 3.75. Plus I love all the different colors. The shoe material feels like seude on the blue, black and red pair. I also bought a white pair and a beige design pair. These heels will serve to help keep my SEXY on all while being able to walk comfortably and still feel dressy.
Tip for consumers:
I live in an apartment so I thought they would have put my package in Our designated mail room but it was placed at my front door. I just happened to read a text message telling me that it was delivered that's how I knew it had arrived.

You ask them to cancel your account, they would still charge you for two years. You ask them for a refund and they tell you it will take 12 weeks to process it. Seriously? In this day and age, it would take 12 weeks? It is a scam!

I was just looking for a pair of boots and being a first time customer I was offered 70% discount. Yiphee. Lovely boots lovely price and I will certainly buy from this company again - or so I thought. However the following month £35 was taken from my account. On phoning them I was told this is part of my membership. I was told I can cancel my membership, but the £35 will not be refunded. I had ticked the terms and conditions, but didn't read them as I was only buying a pair of boots so I assumed would just recover returns. Not happy - don't shop with this company
Scam! I got two bags cuz I thought I'm gettin an amazing deal, got em both with diff email (signed up twice) same credit card next thing I know I got charged for two membership on my credit card and I don't remember reading anything about that. Tried to claim a refund no use. Called customer service no use. Opened a dispute fr my payment but they refused as just fab had evidence that I signed up but I still don't recall reading about the charges. I ordered a new credit card to not get billed again!
I want my money back!
I've been buying shoes, sandals and boots from JustFab for years and I love the quality, price and sales! I really love the unique styles and amazing sales and they usually arrive in under a week. This is my got to for shoes and boots. I love them!

I bought from justfab a few times (first time I gave a try and the other two I had credit since aI forgot to skip a month) and all the times the clothes were poor quality and the sizes were unreliable. Shoes were very uncomfortable (I bought a boot. I bought two things that were worth: two winter coats - not so good quality, but ok for the price.

I called customer service regarding my order. I had been waiting several weeks for it to arrive. I was told they didn't have one of the items in stock and that I could have credit for my account. I asked could I have a refund instead and they said yes. I never got my refund and they added credit to my account. I no longer want the account.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and received the wrong 2 pairs of shoes in the wrong size, style, color, everything - they carelessly sent me someone else's order. The initial shipping number that they gave me was faulty, and after months of trying to contact them to get a refund I still have the wrong shoes and no refund.

The shoes I ordered were both cute and I really like them, but they're at least 1-2 sizes too big. My normal size is 7, and that's what I ordered, but the shoes must just come big. I would have exchanged them, but I missed the deadline.

I have been a VIP MEMBER since the beginning. Today I cancelled and will be taking my business elsewhere. Jabber tried for MANY weeks to get my gift card codes with NO hello from any customer service way listed. On top of that they will NOT let you use any credits, including gift cards, for sale items or events! Supposedly a refund is being issued 4-6 weeks, so we will know then. Sad to see what was a good place to shop turn into an absolute disgrace. Be VERY careful in doing business with Just Fab these days.

Your product looks cheap. I don't like the fact that I don't get emails so I can skip my VIP anymore. You just take it upon yourself to take my money but when I go online to use my money I struggle on your products is not the same. I don't know what you guys did It just all looks cheap. The shoes have changed. The quality of shoes have changed and I will be canceling my VIP.

I received my sweater with the stitching coming apart at the neck...I contacted Justfab they were really nice and quick I returned my sweater so I could get a replacement and my replacement came super fast... they are awesome

The tops were way to short, tops not true to size, sports bra band is cheap and way to tight, leggings are very small need to size up 2 times, dress were to large for being a small. Shoes were perfect

I've purchased a lot of things from these guys. Love their purses. I've bought a number of them from these guys. Even gifted a couple. Nice stuff. Buyer beware when it comes to their shoes. They do however have a good return policy.
I have been using JustFab for years. All my experiences have been very satisfactory. However, I have noted in the past couple of years that I am not a fan of many of the styles in the products. I am seeing much trendier items on other sites.

I ordered a medium tank top and their medium is basically an extra large. I also ordered a pair of boots and sized down one size as the reviews recommended, and they were still about one size too large.

My daughter asked to buy a pair of boots with my card. Little did either of us know we were signing up for a monthly service. When I started seeing the monthly charge show up I called to cancel. They were really snotty and I had to threaten a chargeback to get them to cancel. They stopped charging for 2 months and then all of a sudden started back up again. I ended up having to do the chargeback and cancel my card. This is a big scam. Save yourself some pain and don't do business with them.
It was good, till I got my purchase, Erich consisted of a pair of flats & a set of 3 earrings. Well I loved the shoes, but one of the earrings set was broken, but since I didn't pay much, I didn't file a complaint or ask for a replacement

I wanted to exchange a product that they don't have in stock anymore. I then requested a refund back to my account since they don't have it. The representative then tells me that it will take up to 4 to 6 weeks to receive my refund when it only took seconds to take. I'm extremely dissatisfied so I cancelled my membership. It should not take to get my money back.
