Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
It was good, till I got my purchase, Erich consisted of a pair of flats & a set of 3 earrings. Well I loved the shoes, but one of the earrings set was broken, but since I didn't pay much, I didn't file a complaint or ask for a replacement
I will let you know When I want to order shoes. I will make that decision and there's no way. I. Should be paying you $50 a? Month when I want a pair? Of shoes months. Or maybe twice a? Month. And I. Hate that you guys constantly are trying to get the $40. If I decide to I don't want to do it for the month. You guys are just way too invasive with your stuff.

I tried to cancel my membership and after telling the customer service rep FOUR times I don't use them anymore, don't want to skip a month, and just want to cancel my subscription, they hung up on me and still didn't cancel my subscription. What could have been a 4 minute conversation ended up being almost 15 because they kept trying to get me keep the subscription.

Disappointed that shipping took two weeks! Nothing takes two weeks to get anymore. I ordered these items as I am traveling to Peru and have lots of hiking and adventures planned. I ordered 2 weeks ahead of time to give myself plenty of time to receive the items. I am leaving to the airport now and I still don't have my items. I'll be wearing my old Nike and Adidas gym shorts instead.

Buyer beware, your money "expires" on your account and you have to call to get your money back. Then they will not credit you back your original payment, you must do a store credit and that will expire. This company has horrible customer service and take steals your money!
If you have a store credit (your money) it will expire and the only way to get it back is to call and deal with rude customer service agents. They claim this is how the system works, it makes your money expire?

I am not happy with "program" that I am in with them. It really is a pain to keep electing out of a purchase every month so I am not charged. I have credits sitting in my account and I have not been happy with the selections they have. Their styles have changed.

I contacted customer service to exchange a sandal for a smaller size and was sent a completely different sandal. It is not from the warehouses mistake but the customer service representative mistake because she did not properly listen to what exchange I was trying to make.

You will be automatically entered into a $39.99 per month subscription and they won't let you take your credit card info off the account. It automatically saves your info. They give no option nor explanation to let you know this is what they are doing. Then if you want to cancel the subscription, they will cancel your order and charge 5.95 return fee. The prices before the sale price doesnt look worth it at all. The sale prices are not worth an almost $40 per month fee.

I like the different types of shoes and choices. Colors & size vary... sometimes it does not have them.
I do like the reminder to order or cancel. However, i do forget so i wish there was a way i could reply to the reminder email if i want to order or not.

I've had a fabulous experience with justfab. The shoes are great. I'm a monthly purchaser of 2 and 3 pairs at a time. Only one pair of shoes went back and that's cuz I didn't like the way they felt. I been a member for a year.

Twice I had to contact you to send out my exchange. The exchange that I've been got, one of the pairs of shoes was defective. I requested another exchange, a hold was put on a pair until I sent out the damaged pair. I had to once again solicit you to send out the exchange and now I'm being told that the pair that was put on hold until you received the defective pair was sold. So now I don't get the shoes I really wanted.

The shoes were not exactly the color I pictured. I recently went to order some shoes and the price kept changing before I could purchase them. It first offered me a $15 credit for my 1st app purchase and charged me for shipping for a $54 order, then took away the credit and removed the shipping. Confusing

I have nothing good to write about Just Fab. I received an email with tracking info saying it was ready to ship and it still says the same thing. I am 70 years old and I believe I was taken advantage of because I canceled my account.

It's tough bronzing through what I may like, only to constantly find my size out of stock. I see lots of different shoes/boots I really like, but can't get because you're out. This is extremely frustrating. I would purchase ma ynt more if you had my size. Ladies 11, wide width, wide calf.

What a scam this website is. The products are horrible quality, but I guess you get what you pay for. I called to return them and they offered full refund. All seemed fine. I canceled the account and a month later I am billed $39.95 which I can use "as credit towards my membership for future purchase".
Why would they charge a membership fee for a closed account without permission from the CC holder? I have tried to get this resolved for 2 weeks now and they still have not provided a refund. This is a scam! I would not recommend this site to anyone.
Justfab really help me with my order issue. My original order was never deliver. Justfab customer representative place the order and was easy process. I received my order with no problems in Just a few days.

STAY AWAY! I wish i red this before i got the shoes! Now they keep charging me every month (i keep calling them to get the refund). I said to the guy: so you are charging me $40/month and if i dnt get anything that mean i am paying for nothing. Just giving you my money, right?" he had nothing else to say but YES. Today i called them again to get the refund and i will have to call them again in the beginning of march to cancel my membership. Lesson learned.
So I ordered a pair of beautiful floral heels from JustFab for 7$ + shipping with the "VIP Membership". Everywhere on the CANADIAN site it says that the VIP membership is $39.95. No where does the site say this is in USD. So, I noticed on my credit card I was charged 52$ for my 39$ agreement. I called into the customer service line and they said, this is in USD - sorry that it doesn't show on the Canadian website. I then cancelled my membership and asked for a refund. They refunded me $49 and it appeared on my credit card the next day - which was nice.
The funny part was after I cancelled - I asked to exchange my shoes for a different size as I only received them the day before. The customer service representative said "You are no longer a client, sorry".
I ordered two pairs of sandals. A black pair and a clear pair. I did not like the color of the clear sandals. I contacted JustFab and they emailed my prepaid shipping label. I sent the clear sandals back and it seemed like it was the next day when they emailed me to tell me that my replacement shoes in black were on their way! All in all, I have to say, that was the best experience I have had with an online retailer. Thank you very much. By the way, the sizes were perfect!

I got an email from JustFab telling me since I haven't ordered anything In the past year they will give me a coupon for any pair of shoes I wanted for $5. I used that coupon for a pair of wedges. I also got a pair of earrings for $10. In total that was $15 dollars. The next month they charged my account $39.99. Then the next month after that they charged my account another $39.99. I called their customer service and told them my situation. The First Lady i speaked to was yelling at someone in the background then hung up on me. I called again and I was talking to a gentlemen who told me that I signed up for their V. I. P club (which I had not). I told him that I wanted a refund and he refused to give it to me. I told him I would return the shoes and the earrings and he told me even if I did they cannot give me my money back. What kind of B. S. Is that? Now I'm trying to call again and hopefully talk to someone less ignorant.
Tip for consumers:
I honestly think people should probably get their shoes using another site.
First I want to say my experience with customer service has always been very good except for the long delays between reply's when dming. But I find most of the products I've bought I end up returning because they either have something wrong with them such as a broken buckle on last pair of boots I ordered, look very plastic/cheap or are super uncomfortable. Just trying to find things to order that I can keep so I'm not out all this money I've got in credits so I can then cancel my membership.

I am glad some people love Just Fab... This was just a bad experince for me. Never let anyone use your credit card on any web site unless you read everything first... I will continue to give cash for gifts and let my daughter's use there own credit cards... I do not need company's taking money out of my bank acct... Just fab is making lots of money and I work hard for my money and I have 3 children to take care of. My daughter was the vip member and all I was doing was paying for a pair of shoes with my card for her birthday. I was'nt trying to join. They should have taken $35.95 from my daughter's bank acct, like they were doing in the first place or they should have billed her. She is over 21
The representative was very patient with me. He was knowledgeable and explain the process of JustFab promotion and correct my order. I was not told the detail of the process with the other representative back in September October. Thank you for your support
