Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
So, I got the email saying that I could "opt out" and bypass making a purchase for the month, so I did. Lo and behold, there was a charge on my credit card three days later for $39.95. When I called to cancel, they told me there was a "glitch in the website" that week and that's why I was charged, but nothing about refunding the money. I said I wanted to cancel my membership, but I couldn't with an outstanding credit. I told her there was nothing on the site that I want; she told me that credit doesn't expire and they get new products all the time. "So, in the meantime I will continue to be charged almost $40 per month regardless of whether I opt out or not?" When I finally threatened to contact the BBB and mentioned that this is a scam and I wanted a supervisor, suddenly she was able to reverse the charge. Now that I've received the credit I can cancel my account.
Under VIP membership program if you forget to make your selection they will deduct 40$ from your credit card no way to get that back as they will add that to your account in the name of member credit. Then no way to break up that amount, you will have to use up that amount fully for items of higher price and also to get free shipping. You will be so angry at this and want to cancel out the VIP membership but you cant do that otherwise with that 40$ deducted amount you will not get items at VIP rate but at regular overrated item price. So by hook or crook, they will forcibly take your money and make you utilize the way they want.
I messaged before my shipment was sent that the address was wrong I then messaged the shipping company and told them before it was shipped from them and still y'all shipped it to the wrong address with zero response to my messages.

When I first saw these shoes before I decided to buy them, I was skeptical on whether or not I would like them. After deciding to purchase the shoe and getting them, the first minute I opened the box, I was in love! I fell more in love with the shoe after I tried them on. The comfort of the shoe is amazing! I will definitely buy every color of these shoes, if they ever make them. 100% recommend.

I accidentally got in VIP membership somehow. I didn't even know till I checked my account and realized I got charged $39.95. I called to see if I could get a refund but he told me there is no way to get refund and he didn't even cancel my membership by telling me to use the credit I have now first. They should be able to refund me or at least cancel it now but still be able to use my credit since I already paid for it? This is scam, really messed up. I just want refund. I'm scared if they never cancel my membership and keep charging me. I'm a student I have to save money. I don't have money for this. Don't use them.

I bought a pair of boots, but when I got them I realized the size ran small. And the quality of the boot itself was very low quality. I didn't bother with a refund because the price was so low. I guess you really do "get what you pay for".

They charged my last 40.00 for that VIP membership b. S. which I told them who in their right mind charges someone to be a member to shop from them. I called and the lady was constantly repeating herself and trying to convince me it was ok. I told her there was nothing to convince me of except how fast my money was going to be put back. I asked for a supervisor and he tried telling me the same thing and I told him I wasn't falling for that b. S. I wanted it refunded or my lawyer would be involved because overall it was a scam and the money got refunded and my account was cancelled.
Justfab is a scam. If you forget to skip the month, which is written in very fine print when you sign up, they claim they will take $39.95 from your account on the 6th of the month. They usually wait two weeks for that. Then, they say you have a credit for one item, even if that item is less than $39.95. You cannot make-up the sum with two items and you cannot take advantage of any sales, like BOGO, with the credit. I purchased a pair of boots with zippers on the side 8 months ago and have only worn them 10-15 times and the zipper pulls have broken. For $40, zippers should be worth more than 30 pulls, I replaced them with bread ties because I DONT HAVE $40 to FIX them!
I called and demanded my money back and to cancel my account. Instead of refunding my money back to me they double charged my account and I called again demanding my money back a second time within 2 days. All while a family member is on their deathbed.

I am content with the product but I have only placed two orders with JustFab. The first order was 2-3 pair and the box was completely open and one box was missing a lid and this recent order, the same thing, minus the missing top. This order was for 5 pair. I hesitate to order next time because I am afraid that my order will be missing a product.

I placed my order on 6/25/22 and I have yet to receive it. It has been almost a moth and the tracking says "just shipped" and they'll let me know the status when the receive my items. Lately it has been taking longer and longer for me to receive my orders. I expected to have my shoes by now especially since I need them for a trip that starts the 1st week in August. It looks like I will have to buy shoes for my trip elsewhere since I probably won't get them in time.

This company are thieving robbers who take £35 out of your account without permission!
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes off of this site and thought they would be good quality but I was wrong! I sent the shoes back and realised that they have been charging me £35 a month for nothing!
I rang them to cancel the account and get a refund which they did. Just noticed this month another £35 has come out? A have rang them again and they say I'm not entitled to a refund? Will be going to the fscs to get advise for fraud
When my order finally arrived, I received 2 pairs of shoes and 1 pair of boots. All 3 were the wrong size, and the boots weren't even the ones that I had ordered. I'm still currently waiting for my replacement shoes and boots. As of right now, I am very unhappy with this company.

The 1st time I order for my grand kids and some of the boots where either small or just right.
I just order 4 pair of boots for my daughter she's a size 8. All of the boots wre tight on her so that means it runs small and it doesn't say that

The last pair of shoes I received are filthy! They have been worn, very obviously worn. Foot impressions on the foot bed. The soles are filthy! Obviously worn and no one even bothered to clean them up first!

The boots I picked arrived and not only do they like the picture, but they're so comfy. I say they look like the picture because there is nothing like ordering boots and you get them and they're not what you ordered. Pricing is amazing and delivery was fast. Will definitely be keeping!

I have tried several times to quit this program and each time the customer service rep has talked me out of it. I am a senior citizen and the clothes are too young for me. I try to call each month to opt out and when I forget it costs me $50 that I can't really afford. The quality of the merchandise is great and the selection is good. The seem to offer shoes the most and have a good selection.

I love JustFab! They have an amazing selection and there is always something new to look forward to every month. I love that I also have the option to skip every month between the 1st-5th if I decide that I can't afford to make a purchase that month.
So I noticed on my bank statement this month that JustFab had double charged my account so I chose to look into it for the past couple months to come to find out they've been double charging my account for the last three months and when I called all they told me they have only one authorization payment on their side. But my bank statement show was it literally shows me they have double charged me two different reference numbers on my bank statement for the last three months. So when I called today to confront them, they said oh we refund you the $150 back to the last three months but on top of that they took away three credits so basically still they stole $150 cause they charge me $300 for the last six months and only refunded me 150 and took away my three credits, JustFab is a fraud and they sit there and say that it's just pending account. That's a bunch of because all my payments went through. Beware do not give your credit card information to this company. And I will be having my bank go after them.

They stole $40.00 from me because the card that I ordered my stuff on was stolen so they won't give me my money back on my new card it's been well over a month and then they lying and saying that they have a different car on my account and I only have one car that I use to order with I wouldn't tell anybody about this damn company they full of $#*!
My experience with Justfab.com has changed due to not enough selection of shoes, boots, plus size clothing, or new option clothing and shoes for the kids. I choose clothing for my son and choose one size bigger for my son shirts and the shirt shrank for first time use. So I am disappointed with the clothing and shoes. The kid shoes light up, but they don't have anything to recharge the shoes lights. My son loves his little shoes that light up. But unfortunately the shoes wont last long.

I ordered three pairs of loafers. All in size 7 1/2. The left foot was an eight and the right foot was 7 1/2. I had to pay for the print label. I had to go to the post office and drop off the package. It was so inconvenient!

I purchased 2 shoes from Just fab and never again, they make it look like they are giving you all this discount only for them to be signing you up to there monthly subscribtion which I didnt ask for and they start taking out money out of your account, I was so shocked when I saw this and called the company, who said that i subscribed. I told them that I had no idea i did it and dont want it, they at first refused to give me my money back then they said they would pay me back after 3 weeks im still waiting for my money to be returned. Be warned!
I've bought shirred from Just Fab for years. I left just fab and just recently returned. I've made 4 purchases this year. Everyone of my purchases the shoes didn't fit. I've returned them, exchanged them and still very dissatisfied. Actually im closing my account today. But i have credit on my account. So i guess I'm have to bought another pair of shoes that i won't be satisfied with.
