Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Daughter ordered a pair of boots and couldn't cancel in time for the next payment came through with no merchandise! When cancelling the subscription, I got a lot of pressure to keep the membership. Finally, after cancelling, I asked for a refund of $39.95. I got the typical, "our policy is..." Oh you have a policy so you can keep money for nothing and that is right?

Called within 15-25 minutes that they gave me a package for someone else and my package was taken elsewhere Solution could have been completed but I was told no one could talk to driver I still have the other addresses package

I have tried 3 times to call and cancel my subscription and the person on the phone will tell me I can't and give me millions of reasons why I can't cancel to the point where I will hang up and they keep taking the money out after I keep trying to cancel. Horrible website and customer service!

I was excited to order scrubs from Fabletics, and ordered size XL according to my measurements and the scrubs size chart. I just received my scrubs, and they are too small! I am so disappointed. I would have ordered the next size up if the size chart had more accurate measurements for each size. Now I am stuck with scrubs that are uncomfortable.

I have been a member of JustFab for a few years now. I love the experience of customized boutiques, in addition to shopping by category, special features, etc. The website is easy to use and I never have a problem. Everything is spelled out for you, in black and white. The quality is always top notch, and the customer service is spot on. If they mess up, they fix it. If you are unhappy, they do whatever they can to make you happy. They also listen to their customers, and are open to suggestions. They also really interact with us, via social media (FB, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.) They show that they value us, and I greatly appreciate that. Also, they frequently have contests to award their fanbase with freebies and goodies. Super fun!
Yes you have to remember to skip the month but it is a great website and has brilliant offers. If you buy often enough like me they give you credits. I earnt £45 from referring 3 friends! And then they gave me a £20 credit for free twice! Seems too good to be true but it wasnt, and their customer service is brilliant
I forgot once and rang up and they refunded me the £35, love the website and the shoes been a member for over a year and really pleased

On this last purchase, I bought some sandals, shorts and tank top. The shorts are the only thing that really works for me. The sandals fit good because I bought based on the reviews suggestion, however, the sandals were hard and I couldn't wear them more than 3 minutes of walking. They were cutting into the back of my ankle. The tank was cute, but fit too tight. I am saving it, in hopes that I will be able to wear it if I lose some weight. I like JustFab for the boots, but I really am not impressed with it for other items. And to me its a hassle to log on to the website each month to opt out. The only reason I actually made a purchase this time is because I had credits due to forgetting to opt out a couple times. I do like it for the boots, but only in the Fall time.

I got 3 pairs of boots on the black friday sale, they all fit perfectly and look soooooo good, im a size 11 and i have wide feet but i didnt need to order the wide width, the regular 11 fit perfectly...and items arrived within one week of ordering, neatly packed.very pleased with my order

I bought the shoes and I needed to return my products for a different size, I contacted customer services were they provided an information that is not working. They said that I need to go to my account, my orders and from there I would be able to see the option to exchange my shoes. The option is not there and is not available. I lost my money

I got sucked in to the promotion of getting my first pair of shoes half off or something like that. This is beside the point, but, the shoes absolutely SUCK. They are so cheaply made. Anyways... Somehow I got signed up for the "VIP membership" where they take out $40 from your account every month and put it towards a credit for a pair of shoes. Well... Somehow I missed that fact and that is my fault. HOWEVER, I called to cancel/get my money back and the person said I couldn't have my money back. They also stated over and over that the membership is "FREE".
This company is misleading and they steal your money.
JustFab, enjoy those countless chunks of $40 that you steal out of people's accounts every month!
I hate this company and would not recommend it to ANYONE.
I tried to call to cancel and when I first called Justfab first tried to make me take a survey for a free vacation then the number I called hung up on me. Now when I call the SAME number, it says its out of my calling area. What. The. Heck.
I enjoy ordering from Just Fab. It's easy and the items are stylish. I also appreciate the ease of returning items cost free. The items are also true to size. Overall it's a great site to purchase from.

You guys didn't help me AT ALL when my shoes were "delivered" and I couldn't find them anywhere. I even had called the company that sends out the shoes and they sucked too. You both suck. Cute shoes on website but sh*tty service. Too bad i don't know how cute the shoes really are since they never came even though the tracking said it did.

The shoes ordered looked good on the site, however when I purchased them, I didn't really like the way it fitted me. The materials the shoes are made are durable and of good quality. Nonetheless, I still like the shoes.

I signed up for Just Fab after finding a cute pair of boots on their site. I joined the VIP membership in order to get the discount. I finally received the boots that were incredibly small and uncomfortable. After that I couldn't find a single pair that I liked but I continued to skip the month. On three different occasions I tried to cancel my membership for fear of being charged but each time I had to wait over half an hour before abandoning the task all together. I just forgot to skip the month and was charged $40 that I can't afford. I would like to cancel my account but no one will fix this issue. I will not recommend to anyone.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and they sent 2 pairs which were the opposite of what I ordered. They made me go through the return process on shoes I never received and also made me wait an additional 2 weeks before they sent the correct order out. Total of 23 days after initial order waiting for boots. Wanted these for the New Year and they totally ruined that. Customer service couldn't understand me and gave me a crazy answer. Nightmare!

Phone number for customer service just gives a bunch of "offers", cannot get a live person on the phone, chat feature extremely frustrating when I clearly stated their system would not let me apply my 7000 pts & fully charged my credit card
Advised them I needed a phone number where I could speak to someone & was given the same number that I said I could not get a live person
I've been a member for a long time & this is completely unacceptable.
End of chat person finally states can do what I originally asked. And ENDS chat!
