Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I bought an item last month. Exactly February 28. I didn't like the product because it was to big. I order extra small but unfortunately they don't have an small side. I tried and it was to big. I called them and ask for a return label. They provide me a return label. I return the dress the same day. I called them to ask when I will get my exchange product. They told me in about 1 week. I wait and wait for almost 2 weeks. I called and find out that they cancel my account and cancel my exchange product but they receive my item and keep it.
Now I'm trying to go on the website and it's not allow me. So I can't contact Justfab on the website. So I never receive my exchange dress and they keep my lace up indigo dress. I can't go inside my account because justfab delete my account. So I write the name of my email where I use to have my account with Justfab.
The site has been an irritant to use. I have purchased quite a few things from this company but have returned most of them and have even been less than satisfied with the items I kept. I wanted to redeem some credits so I placed an order just now. My checkout verified that I was using my credits, yet my order history says that my credits weren't used. I am very frustrated yet again with this site.

Shame on those people who signed up on this site and took advantage of the discount and when billed for a member credit will ask for a refund and will even claim the money was stolen! Do you know how to read?! Seriously? Read the terms and service before complaining, the money was not even stolen it was just converted into a member credit that you can still use to make a purchase, it is still yours. Duh! You even get mad asking for a refund instead of asking it nicely since you know it was your fault. That's a bull$#*! attitude! Pathetic. Learn how to accept mistakes, it does not hurt.
Wears super b on the foot, the size is perfect, it has quality, I was on the vip account, so it super compensated, my size in Brazil ranged from 37 to 39, here it is between 8 to 9 and I ordered size 9 and it was just right, comfortable... super loved it! I recommend!

I love these boots so much that I ordered them & they didn't look like the heels were that high? I used to wear heels that high when I was younger. I can't wear them high anymore, so I had to send them back!
My order was delayed. When my order showed delivered, I could not find it. The delivery company said it was left on my porch. I don't have a porch. I messaged with customer service for weeks. Customer service directed me to work with the delivery service. I'm at a dead end with no order, no refund and no help.

I loveeeee these boots. They are soooo cute and so comfortable for it to be platform heeled boots. The only thing though is that the boots are tight at the calf. I sized up a half based on previous reviews, but I feel an entire size up would work.

They recalled my order back to sender FOR NO reason and were unable to tell me why. The one pair of shoes I was excited for was out of stock after I found out so I couldn't even reorder them. This is the second time I've had an issue with them sending my items— the last time they just canceled the order without any explanation. I will not be continuing with my membership. I've had no other merchant have issues delivering to me.

Package says delivered "outside the door" on a nyc busy street when it was supposed to be delivered inside the store front which is like a POBox receiving store. Just Fab said to contact the carrier, They said they would reply with if 2 days. I've yet to receive a reply.

I don't like that JustFab no longer sends the reminder emails at the first of the month. As a result, I have credits that I would not have willingly agreed to - I would have skipped the month. I think the practice is shady.

Just been scam by the worse con iv ever had. Bought a pair of shoes payed on line then found out they have been charging me 35pound every mt since January. On penshion credit and wondered why I did not have much money to live on. They are saying I did not read terms and condition but there were not any as I payed there and then.

The experience is great, i just wish i can purchase round toed pumps instead of pointed toes. Pointed toes hurt my feet and its too narrow. Please get some round toed pumps to purchase. I purchase some a while back and i loved them.

I was charged for product I did not ask for nor did I receive. I will not be paying for shoes sent or stolen. I got my 4 pair of boots that I requested but the 2 or 3 extra pair you sent to the address are not my responsibility. I'm not for or against a shoe subscription. However, if you forget to cancel, you will not get a refund. You are forced to spend the money. Even if it's one day, you're stuck another month. The quality was good, but the canceling, not so much.

I bought a pair of shoes and then I got one half off, I didn't read the stupid print that said VIP but that means every month they take money out of your account no matter u buy something or not. I called the customer service department and they said they will end my VIP and close my account. Wow over that they lose a customer.
For the past two months, jf did not send the Email at the beginning of the month, so on the sixth they charged my card. I wasn't given a chance to cancel. I should be able to cancel jf online, but they make you call them

Sneaky company. Charged me for the membership subscription and wouldn't refund it to me upon the morning I realised that the money had been taken from my account. Beyond gutted that I ended up buying a pair of pretty poor quality boots for £10 (+£3.95 postage) and got charged for the membership, has meant that I have paid £13.95 + £35 for a hidden subscription? So £48.95 for a pair of pretty poor quality shoes. Furious at the service that they would not refund me for this! Would NOT recommend.

Shoe broke the first time I wore it. Had to call customer service now I have to print off a form and send the shoes back and wait for them to Shipped me a new pair. Instead they should be sending me the new pair and allowing me to put my shoes in the box and send back the bad pair instead I'm gonna be without the shoes I wanted for the summer for most of the summer

I ordered a bundle. When I received it the purse was so small it was more the size for a child. The dress was just okay but acceptable. The shoes looked cheap. The earrings were as expected and were pretty.

If you want to cancel your membership, you have to call ( you can't do it online), and in the phone call they make you wait, they talk and talk and talk, and in the end they do not cancel your membership and you have to call later.
They do not refund your money they took from your account monthly, this is the definition of stealing.
