Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
If i could give any less than 1 star i would. Tried to cancel my account, but i guess in addition to canceling on their website you also have to call. I'm negative in my account and all i can say is thanks alot! Lost "credits" for not using them in time. Small print on the website where it tells you what you NEED to know. If you are one of those people with money to blow and never have to look at your bank accound then this website is for you, otherwise, not so much!
I have a monthly credit because I did not purchase or skip a month. The following month when I selected the boots I wanted, it did not apply my credit during check out so I had to pay full price. I wasn't in a position to call or inquire about this issue at the time but hope it's corrected soon.
I've been trying for 7 months to get a refund that I was promised. I'm convinced their CSRs just tell you what you want to hear then do nothing to resolve your problem. I'm warning all my family & friends never to do business with JustFab because the JustSuck.

Stealing your money you just gave fake offers and after that you steal money from the account under vib fee and etc…you don't have right to steal our money without permission this is not professional way and I will tell everyone I know to don't buy from your website

My order was marked as undeliverable. The company is still yet to reach out to me and notify me of the next steps to take. My order just says just says return started. Well I dont want to return the shoes I never even received I would like you to send me my order! It is very frustrating.

This website is a terrible company, they charge your account for a monthly membership fee, that they say is credited to your account, show you things on sale then turn around and when you pick those items they charge you a different price. Then charge your bank account a second time for the higher different price than what was shown. Refuse to give a refund or let you talk to the supervisor putting someone on who wont give their real name or their extension number or the name of their supervisor. And they keep charging your account even after canceling.
First I was charged when I had opted out by the 2nd of the month. And there was no willingness to fix that. So I tried to spend my 'credit' and they charged me 14 more even though the shoes were less than the credit!

I bought a pair of shoes there for a reasonable price but I have to sign up and get a VIP. So I signed up for the VIP and bought them but the order didn't come because the DHL couldn't find my place. Then somehow they charged me 39.95 for absolutely nothing. I tried to contact them many times but ended up with no answer

I ordered a couple of shoes with the vip membership; that I tried for the first time; unfortunately one pair that I ordered for the 7.5 size came out wrong size (9.5); I was disappointed and asked for replacement stating that I got the wrong size; they sent me again replacement that I asked for size 7; but again right foot was 6.5 and left foot as 7!
Which made me really nervous to repeat the same mistake twice!
I tried to ask for exchange or return again because I cannot wear a shoe with two different sizes!
And that option was unavailable on the website or the application!now I throwed them away and I am unsatisfied with the purchase! I lost money!

Never received package. Wouldn't have known it was out of stock had I not called about skipping the month and cancelling the membership. It was only a reminder why I cancelled the first time I had an account.

I was a VIP member years ago. Didnt mind their services until years later I go to use my (already paid for) member credit and they take more money out of my acct for a membership. Just fab is a joke and I will never deal with them or refer them again.
I've shopped here just a few times and they r a great online company, their prices are decent, alltho I've seen better, they r an honest company, and met my customer demands. I would definitely recommend to my fellow online shoppers! Just fan!
The box was broken, there was blood on top of it from a smooshed dead bug, the boots were falling out of the plastic like someone had already opened them & there was dirt on the boot that I had to wipe off

I got my shoes first set nothing fit and they were all my size I buy from brick-and-mortar stores. SO I up the sizes by one size on all of them and then half fit.
Went to try and exchange the others one more time and got told I couldn't because they were final sale. All of this happened within one week of my original order.
I actually want to cancel my subscription but I can without calling someone and I work such long hours I cant call and I don't make personal calls during work so now I am stuck with a subscription I cant cancel and shoes that don't fit!

In general, I love the clothes I get from JustFab and think I get great deals. However, quality of service and product is not always excellent. I ordered two orders recently. One was a size Small coat that came in size XL that I had to exchange. One package with multiple items was lost in the mail and it took two weeks before I could get them to reship it, then when they did they didn't have some of the items in stock anymore, which I was really disappointed by. I also got a really cute pair of pants there that fit really well and I was excited about, and the zipper broke irreparably the first time I zipped them up. And the pants definitely weren't too small. They were out of stock when I asked for a new pair, so while I returned and was refunded, I never got to wear the pants I was excited about.

Shipping was fast and shoes were received in excellent conditions.
On the website it is difficult to navegate and use the credits as it does not allow you to use it. If the app can be improved -a advertisement pop up comes up every other second and it's not user friendly.
I cancelled because I had a credit and was not able to use it, then called and customer service was not able to apply my 39.95 credit. The website and app needs work and be easy to improve the customer experience.

The clothes on there are cute, but very cheaply made. You could find better quality at a forever 21 for a third of the price. Also, they sell out of sizes super fast. Having to skip almost every month was a pain to remember.
My biggest gripe with this company is their terrible costumer service. I had canceled my monthly subscription through their Facebook chat but was still being charged. After realizing this and reconnecting through their website chat, I demanded a refund along with my account to actually be shut down. The entire time the person I was chatting to was completely just trying to tell me it was my fault and pressuring me to keep my account/ not take a refund. Since my money was so important to me eventually I got it.
I hope they go out of business soon.

I purchased a pair of wedges and was not satisfied. They are not secure and only grip the ankle and toes. I would have loved to have had a pair that have an overarch strap. I cannot wear these anywhere unless I am sitting down.

I would love to leave a 5 star review but unfortunately I have yet to receive my order that I placed on Oct. 19,2022. It is the 3rd of Nov and they are somewhere in PA waiting for FedEx.

Do not go near their website. They'll scam you into thinking you're buying on sale offer then they take money from your card and put it on your account as credit to be used WITHOUT your consent and apparently have no way of reversing this and returning your own money to you

I always read everything before I buy online. It was clearly and plainly marked, if you want the shoes for that awesome price you see you have to try the VIP program. There is an option to uncheck the box that signs you up for the membership. If you can't see that, I suggest a visit to your optometrist. Stop rating a company poorly for dissatisfaction that results from your own ignorance.
I understand that because I had a bad experience doesn't mean that they don't work great for other people. That being said, take this review with a grain of salt. I ordered from them and the package was supposed to arrive about a week later. It never did but I knew it might have been because of the pandemic. I was very patient and waited longer before attempting to get in contact with them. I contacted them a few times before asking about a reshipment. I had difficulty trying to get a reshipment and they were not very flexible. The package finally arrived and then the shoes did not fit. I know that that is not their fault, they just weren't true to size. I love the earrings I ordered from them, though.

Absolutely awful, I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. After placing an order I read the reviews which was a stupid mistake all saying they charge you £35 a month so I was on the phone to them for 15 minutes they were rude and really unhelpful just asking if I could close the account, my account still isn't closed and I don't know how to stop getting charged that £35, I honestly don't know how the website is still running
