Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Apparently, I purchased one pair of shoes 14 months ago. I understand I checked a box that said I wanted to become a VIP member. They have been withdrawing ~40USD a month for the past 14 months... I have never purchased anything, received a product, etc. Basically they were stealing my money. When I called, they refused to reimburse half of my money. This is a fraud, a scam.
I was served by a consultant named snow who was extremely disrespectful and despite sending prepared messages explaining that i was a valued customer, i was not treated like one. I was made to feel like a naughty child who didnt understand a thing. Never shopping with justfab again.

The process was quick and easy. Everything arrived well but the sizes weren't great for wide feet. The pair that I bought and choose to keep doesn't hold well and looks great off my feet but look awful on. Disappointed.

My dress fit but the arms made it to where I couldn't move my arms up at all. My belt broke while I was putting it on and my purse broke after a couple of weeks but all my other purchases shirts pants and shoes were exactly what I was wanting.

I really like the quality of the products but it the return policy is not good as well as the customer service. I am saying this because i had ordered a pair of canvas shoes but the size i ordered was not exactly same, i got one size big shoes. So i tried to contact customer care but they were very late imean the process to contact them was very long, it took me 2 days to get in touch with them.

I appreciated the experience but the styles weren't a whole lot to my liking, it was difficult to skip months or stop membership because it had to be done via computer and couldn't do it in my phone. And some of the things I ordered were not the best quality and ended up breaking.

The sweater was a medium and did not fit like a medium but seemed like an xtra large.
The jeans were not the correct size either and I have another pair from just fab and the same size and they are just a little tight. And the ones I ordered this time were way too large and seemed very unproportioned.

I had gift cards that the first associate wouldn't help me with because he said there was no way he could help me with over the phone.He said Ihad to do it online. I called back and a woman answered and helped do it over the phone which was nice of her. They shipped my shoes to my old address twice even after confirming the shipping address
I am a Justfab VIP shopper. 39.95 is taken out of my account monthly if I don't skip the month. What I don't like is that I could not use my $39.95 (which was sitting in my Justfab acount) for the Cyber Sale! If I used the money the Items would have been full price! Really ready to CANCEL my account! I Don't feel very VIP

If not on sale it can be expensive. But you can't beat the fit, and quality of the materials. Love the variety. Wish it wasn't always in USD. Paying the exchange rate to CDN can make it pricey when sales aren't going on.

They're cute, but, the heel slips, I had to buy heel " cushions ( doesn't help much) and there's roughness in the instep that ruined my new socks so, I probably will not be purchasing any more shoes from JF.

Really bad they charge me $50 with out me knowing supposedly they told me i was supposed to cancell something before the 5th of every month pretty sad doing something like tht on holiday when u are trying to save money for presents sad really sad

I refuse to do business with this company again and all I want is a refund of the money they took from me. I tried to cancel and they told me the only way to get a refund is to stay and continue my membership. I did and then forgot to cancel the next month. This is a ripoff. No government check but I have 39.95 for a pair of shoes. I guess my feet won't be cold. Do not get involved with this company. You can go to the big box store and not have the issue I am having. Next time big box store for me.
I ordered a pair of shoes in black, size 7.5, and received the wrong color. By the time I went to return and exchange they were out of stock in the color and size I wanted. I ended up ordering a bigger size and I'm hoping it fits, but I didn't get any additional help or discount for this inconvenience. This is my first time shopping here, and I probably won't order again. I had signed up for the VIP, but canceled it after the first month, it was a hassle with the return and not getting the exact items I wanted so it doesn't seem worth it.

It seems no matter the discounts no matter the deals, clearance... whatever, it is made to make it so that you spend your credits plus more. I have yet to buy anything where I don't have to pay extra on an order. Also the quality seems to be going down. If that holds true on this shipment. I will be canceling my subscription immediately!

Three pairs of boots... all cute on website. Upon arrival one pair looked so cheap and crap i would never wear them. Next pair or ankle boots had a rounded pointy toe (think cowboy boots) but the sole was cut like a square. Looks like it is a defective product and is very noticable. Last pair of boots fit is goofy too. I didn't order wide or wide calf but the calf is huge, HUGE, nothing like the picture. My experience as a whole with JustFab is maybe 25% of the time the item is good, the rest of the time they are a disappointing waste of money.

My package was marked undeliverable and return to sender...when trying to contact just fab to get resolved was like moving heaven and earth. The "convenient" chat feature does't work. Just ends the chat every time you start.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and they sent me 2 pairs of wide shoes in the size 11 so i had to send them back before they would send the correct size and they then did it again sent the same wide shoes, the agent did find out they had a glitch in the system and it would only order a size 11 wide so i asked for a size 10 and finally after 3 times. I am a platinum vip customer been with them more than 10 years and to be treated as if i havent been loyal to them, i am not ordering any more i was promised 50% off the next pair it didnt happen. I am done

I received an email that said I was charged 39.95. I called on the first of the month to skip and it was excepted but I was charged. I immediately called to complain. I asked to take that bill off immediately from my credit. Just Fab offered me compensation. I refused. I felt violated. I canceled my account. They didn't honor my request like their contact says.

Ive got lots of credits and dont find much to buy. I tried to cancel so I wouldnt get more credits, but couldnt until I used all the credits. I wait each month and that builds more credits. Should be able to cancel any new months while still being able to spend the credits.
