Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I just got off the phone with their customer service department because after almost two years of zero activity on my account they charged my bank the $39.95. Due to this charge my account over drafted and I got three $26.00 fees because of them. I called the service department and they wouldn't admit to the false charges and said I had never canceled my account even though there had never been a charge in that almost two years. They would refund my charge but when asked about compensation for the $79 they caused in fees they basically said not my problem. And that they were happy with how they had served me. The shoes are uncomfortable and cheap. Don't bother with this.
I was busy and forgot to skip the month so i was charged and had no choice to purchase shoes for $39.95.
Disappointed in the shoes. It smelled moldy and the shoes were uncomfortable and felt like cheap plastic.
I will be ending my membership.
Ive been using Justfab for almost a decade now, i used to reliably know what shoe size i should purchase and i used to be able to wear the shoes without socks. Not true now. Last time i brought all sizes 6's like i always have. They were all tooo small. This time I bought 7's, some too big, some fit fine and some were a bit small. The ankle strap on my slippers broke the 3rd time i put them on and they ankle strap on two other pairs just hangs there instead of wrapping around the back of the ankle or being elasticated at all.

Let me tell you about my experience with Just $#*!ing Fab. It all started when I wanted a god damn pair of boots for a decent price. I signed up for a membership so I could get them for $20 and then cancelled the membership so they wouldn't $#*! me in the $#*! with their $40/mo charge. I got charged anyways for two god damn months. So I called up JustFab and after literally 4 HOURS of trying to talk to a lady who spoke 10 words of English (tops) trying to explain to me how I was getting a good deal. I finally ended up getting it cancelled. A few months later I check my bank account history and it read "$80 to justfab". Holy $#*!. I called again (mind you I bought one pair of boots 5 months ago) and they wouldn't give me a refund. I've never been so stunned with a lack of customer service and my name is Adjoa $#*!ing Adiche and I will NOT be $#*!ed with. Just Fab eats $#*!.

This company advertises that first-time buyers can get a pair of shoes on sale (when I created an account in October it was half-price). I wanted a pair of boots and thought I'd try it. BIG MISTAKE. The company charges you $39.95 a month whether you buy shoes or not. I went onto my bank account this month and saw this charge (wasn't charged for November) and called the company. I asked why I was charged and they told me this. So I told them to cancel my account, and they wouldn't. I had to talk with the lady for at least a half hour before I could get them to cancel. So now I can't buy my mom a Christmas gift (I make minimum wage) and I'm so upset. This company is a huge SCAM. They hide this whole thing in the terms & conditions.
I ordered a pair of great boots, but the size wasn't right so I did an exchange. According to the tracking information, there was a problem with the way the package was addressed, so it was never delivered. I called to address the issue and was told they would redeliver priority so I could get it in time for my trip. Shortly after checking on the tracking, it wasn't shipped priority so I had to call back again and to see what could be done. Thankfully, the second individual was able to cancel and resend a new pair that made it on time.

I was pleased with my order at the time I received it and thought that I had gotten a good deal but little did I know I had been signed up for some type of "Vip Membership" when it charged my card $39.95 monthly. Luckily I caught it after the first month and immediately canceled however it still charged my card. When I called to cancel I had to raise my voice at the person on the phone because she kept trying to get me to keep the account and wouldn't cancel it. Also the boots that I got were cheaply made. Company is just trying to scam costumers into making money read everything carefully when you sign up so you don't end up getting charged for nothing like I did! Would not recommend!
I would purchase more items from JustFab but I cannot get on the website most of the time. I have sent emails and and tried to get assistance, but then the next time I go back into the website, I have the same trouble.

I bought gorgeous boots in a wide calf style at an amazing price. They came fairly quickly. Unfortunately when I tried them on they bend so badly at the ankle that they're about 6-7 inches wide. Unwearable :( I tried to retuen twice and the website wouldn't cooperate.

I registered with them and made a purchase. I wasnt aware that when youre a VIP member you have to pay £35 each month. I contacted them asking to cancel my membership and they said that I am not able to cancel it because Ive made a purchase but if I skip each month, then I wont be charged. Ive skipped my first month and few days later got charged £35. I contacted them and they kept apologising saying that apparently if you do it through phone it doesnt work and they will issue me a refund. No refund has been issued so Ive opened a dispute with PayPal. Theyve already stopped any future transactions with JustFab but Im still waiting on my refund. Also Ive returned an item back and its been a while and I still havent got my refund back for the shoes. Stay well clear from this website, absolutely scam. Unless youre happy to pay £35 a month for absolutely nothing.

I liked the website at first... I knew that you had to skip by the 5th of every month. So I did... then I get an email saying I was charged 39.95. I was upset about this knowing that I skipped. So I called to cancel and argued for over 60 minutes, got hung up on and now I'm STILL trying to cancel and get a refund as I'm typing this. WORST customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Most ridiculous company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I'M WARNING YOU! I'm so upset over this whole company and wishing I never tried it in the first place.
I did not know that I had became a VIP member of justfab and was in a panick for the money they had taken out which I saw on my bank statement. I am have been having a rough time with chronic illness and still trying to figure things out so I have doctor's to see and pay. I had explained this to the justfab customer service need I say I was very upset but they had cancelled my membership and put the money back into my account I can't thank you enough for being so understanding.

I purchased 4 pair of shoes and will return 3 of the 4 because they are just not comfortable. 2 pair (same style, different color); you have to untie the shoe to get it on and retie the shoe and I can never get the bow to look as cute as it did when it arrived.

I had my credit card on this account. I noticed that I was using my credit card far too much and decided to cancel my account. I called them to cancel it and they told me it would be taken care of little did I know that they still made me pay money to them for 3 month so after my account was supposed to be cancelled! I am so pissed about this because they have basically been stealing money from me and have about maxed out my credit card! They better put the money back into my account because if they don't I will sue them!
I ordered just once in January for 49.79$ but why every month they keep charge in my account for 49.78$? For 3month now i didn't order and subscribed that is my until may 10 now you keep charging to my accounts that is may last im scared to to order again

I love my new pieces, but had to make an exchange for sizing purposes. The site was difficult to navigate to start an exchange. Once I figured out how to exchange, send my 3 items back, I have only received one- and that was over a month ago. I reached out to customer service and received an odd response, saying I printed the wrong RMA. I printed the exact RMA that was emailed to me and would love my other pieces please.

I have ordered from justfab about 6 times and never had a problem with them. They always send me just what I ordered and on time. I would recommend to anyone. I am a vip member and as long as you remember to skip that month if you don't want anything you do not get charged at all. Its kinda sucks that you do have to do this but to me its worth the savings. I sent my phone alarm to remind me every month on the first to skip if I don't have the funds to order. I have never had any issues with them. Just remember people always talk ten times more about the bad then the good. People are 10x more likely to leave a review for a bad experience then a good one. But I deff recommend. I do not know about returns because I never had to return anything, they always get it right.
Tip for consumers:
Just remember to skip by the 5th if your not gonna order anything and its a great site.
I'm usually a medium/8 in everything. I was buying a long puffy coat and i couldn't decide on sizing between small and medium so i called. They said the jacket runs true to size. So I ordered the medium.
When it arrived it was enormous! I could have probably worn S or XS! It was just more frustrating because I didn't just guess, but i went to the trouble of calling. The person didn't seem to have knowledge of the items and just guessed that I should order the size I usually am. So the coat went back and I didn't order another size because I just didn't want to have to go through that again.

I bought several items. A purse combination for myself, and a pair of boots. Then a skirt for my sister, and a pair of boots for my niece.
Everyone was very pleased with what they ordered. Now I need to order a couple of other things to catch up with my balance. Lollol.
Tip for consumers:
I knew this, but some women don't seem to understand that if you Don't order within the first 5 days of the month then you will be charged the Monthly fee!! So you need to look at your monthly choices and decide if you want to buy anything or tell JustFab, if you Don't want to order anything so they Won't charge you.
They system works, if you follow the rules. I let them charge me for several months so I can order several things at one time. That works for me. Thank you, JusFab.

The customer service is okay however, the company has gotten worse over the years. I typically would get my shoes pretty quickly from here but all the orders I've placed this year have been slow. I placed an order August 2nd and received the shipping notification August 3rd. I waited and waited and decided to call Aug 16th. They told me they would ship my order again and it would get to me 3-5 business days. I called today aug 31 because I have yet to receive my order. After 15 mins on the phone the customer service rep tells me my order was out of stock and that's why it never shipped! I told him I wanted my money back and he said that would take 8-10 weeks! I had to settle for the store credit but I am never buying from justFab again.

I ordered a pair of boots wide with. Omg the calf part was so wide I could of fit another leg inside my boot along with my own leg. I called picked a new pair out. Received them they were to stop at my calf. Nope they went over my knees. Didn't get wide with this time they were so narrow I couldn't but weight on my foot. My foot had no place to go. Called and returned the second pair of boots. Waited I day away from a month for my refund. I had called like 3 times before to get my money back was on hold for like 1 hour. No one ever answered the line.
Got disconnected all times. I called today1/17/2018 spoke with someone. She said they had to manually process my refund that's why it is taking so long. I call CRAP on that. She wouldn't refund all my money. Only 9.95 for the boots not the 4.00 for shipping. I will never order from them ever again. I'm telling all my friend also. They should not be allowed to run a business like this.

I bought some boots as a wide calf and the calf is just way too wide. I went to return them, got my label but I couldn't get it sent in time and needed to redo my label. I am still in the 60 days but now it shows final sale and I can't return them.

I ordered some shoes for my graduation, then all of a sudden I get and extra $40.00 dollar charge. I called the customer support, I was going to cancel my account; the lady told me she would give me a refund and it would take about 5-10 buisness days. I decided to not cancel my account till I at least got my shoes. Well I go to log into my account to see how much longer it will take to get my shoes, and it says that my account was cancelled, I called customer support and they said it was going to take another 7-10 buisness days for the $40 dollar refund and also the shoes I had ordered were cancelled as well, and the money back for those would take 7-10 buisness days. And I doubt I will actually get my money back anytime soon. So I didn't get my money back or my shoes. They offered me store credit for the shoes; since the shoes were stolen from my mailbox.
They do not make it clear that your card will be charged every month. Then if you try to cancel online with a "consultant" you are never connected via internet. So I called and the guy was so pushy about me keeping my membership. He said I could just skip months with the "skip" button located on the website, which I never found. Then he tried to offer me $10 off and I refused and he still kept cutting me off trying to make me keep this membership. I eventually hung up and just waited forever to be connected on my computer. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP TO THIS SITE. It's not worth it, at all.
