Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Guys if your looking for great discounts high fashion shoes this is the place to be and yes you see alot of negative reviews on how every momth the were hit with a fee and wasn't aware of the situation get real it states at the bottom of our email and on the website that if you do not want to purchase anything to click skip this month and thats before the 5th if you dont on the 6th you will see the charge on your bank account so if you wanna write bad reviews i suggest to get into facts first when it states you can cancel any time and or skip this month as much months as you want
I ordered a pair of boots and the wrong color was sent. I sent them back and received a refund. I tried ordering them again and the same thing happened. When I returned the second pair I was given a partial refund. Since it wasn't my fault, I felt I should have received full refund.
I bought some boots as a wide calf and the calf is just way too wide. I went to return them, got my label but I couldn't get it sent in time and needed to redo my label. I am still in the 60 days but now it shows final sale and I can't return them.

For the past few years JustFab is the only place I order or purchase my boots & shoes from. After having foot surgery that went bad and not being able to find anything that would fit comfortably JustFab was the one and only place that met my needs for what I needed to wear on my feet not only is the fit perfect but absolute comfort to wear and to walk in the quality is is excellent as well

I don't understand what is so hard about putting the right pair of shoes in a box and mailing it to the right house they sent me a 8 and I'm a size 10 this company is dumb and they don't know what they're doing because I had ordered shoes before I got this pair and it was the wrong pair of shoes so I had to order them twice they are just dumb

I didn't realize when I sacrificed ordering a normal-width leg for a wide calf width for one of my pairs of boots (as a normal calf was out of stock). Making them a bit larger but that's my own fault for settling for the second option. Lesson learned, and I will just have to tie them tight and tuck the laces into my boots. However regardless I love the quality of these boots, and they feel so comfy! I have yet to get the bundles, but the bundle options are exceptional. I truly enjoy being a VIP, especially never having to leave the house to shop. Shipping is speedy, and packed well. I have been weiry of the membership in the past because it seemed to good to be true. However it is not the case, very great service, and I love the personalized curation lists. Great choices, prices, quality and value. Thank you JustFab! I will be continuing to remain a memeber for as long as you exist!

My Experience was fine. My problem was I had gone on-line to cancel my account, which I thought I had, then 12 months later I realized $39.99 a month was still being taken out of my bank account. When I called to find out why, then I was told I never canceled my account. So I canceled and was supposedly going to be reimbursed $479.88 within 5-7 business days. It has been 7 business days and still my account has not been reimbursed. This is very disappointing. So I am hopeful tomorrow my account will be credited back $479.88. If this does not happen I will not be doing business with your company in the future. Stand by what you say when you say you will reimburse my account in a timely manner.

Order was marked as delivered and I never received it I called customer service they told me it was left on the porch I staed I don't have a porch so they left it at wrong house. They resent my order and shipped it directly to post office received another notification that it was there I went to go pick it up the next day and again the order wasn't there. Called customer service they said they had to review everything and someone will get back to me in 48 hours still haven't heard from anyone.

I bought a necklace back in 2008. That's all I bought. Then my husband brought to my attention that were getting charged $39.95 per month for something I never signed up for. I did not opt for the VIP service at the time and did not opt for anything other than my purchase. Back in 2012 I started getting charged $39.95 per month. When that credit card expired they somehow got my new card information and started charging from that card. I have $1,078.00 charged altogether. I had to call twice to finally get it cancelled and threatened to get the credit card fraud unit after them. They refunded me $399.00 back onto my account but couldn't reimburse me for the rest because they didn't have the old card information to put it back onto that card. I'm going to file with the BBB and see if there is any way to get the rest of my money. This is a very bad business. Stay away!

I purchased a two pair of black gym shoes, however I didn't read theat they were final sale, however as soon as I put on the shoes the sole of the gym shoe came apart. I called customer service to have the shoe returned and I was told that it was final sale. I have to keep them however if a customer is purchasing an item from your site I would like to be able to wear the item without it falling apart.

Unlike most site where you have a month to review before being charged, this site has specific dates that of you do not cancel before, you will get charged. I called before a month with them but because it wasn't within the first of the month window I got charged. It was within two weeks of my purchase. When I called to cancel, I was told I could not get a refund but I could cancel my account. Once I did, then I could not spend the $39 I was charged for that month. What a joke. I will not be coming back.

Experience was okay, I purchased 2 pairs of boots and they fit my feet perfectly but are super tight on my leg but I just deal with it because there is no great middle ground if I order wide Calf they are huge if I order normal not wide they are tight so it is what it is. The last three pairs of boots I caught the VIP Sales from my emails and each pair fit perfect. Within the last year I have saved over $700 on shoes and boots this is my favorite website to shop for my feet!

Once you make your first order you are a member of the VIP club which charges you 39.99 a month which I wasn't aware of until my mom saw these charges on her card from JustFab. If you want to see the information go to their FAQ. Real quick how it works is if you don't make a purchase at least one a month then you will be charged UNLESS you skip it by the fifth of the month, for me this is just a real chore to remember to go on every month to skip it. If you don't have an account I suggest you don't make one. I looked at reviews before I made an account but no one said anything about this and I really wish they had. So please take this into consideration before you make an account.

I love their clothes, shoes and accessories. What people need to remember is that they ARE a subscription site, but that membership IS OPTIONAL. You can shop as a guest or check out as a VIP on your first visit to the site. Please be sure to READ everything on the checkout page CAREFULLY so that you are aware of what you are checking out as. As a VIP, all you will need to do, is skip each month by the 5th of each month to avoid being charged for optional credits. If you check out as a guest, then you won't need to take any action each month. I highly recommend the VIP membership though. Skipping each month only takes seconds, and the VIP pricing, and perks are definitely worth it. Most negative reviews are from people that don't bother to read what they are signing up for. I have never been disappointed, and never been charged for anything besides my orders. Happy shopping!
So, I actually bought something from Fabletics, and not JustFab (apparently they are same company). However, I have unknowingly been billed £44 every month since, BY JUSTFAB! Why? I made a one-off purchase in good faith and you have taken over £200 from me. I wish I had spotted it before now, but what a disgraceful business, setting people up to make regular payments for services they didn't ask for or want. Still trying to cancel and get my hard-earned money back now! No luck so far. AVOIS, AVOID, AVOID!

The website was easy to maneuver and I adored the dress I purchased. I received lots of compliments. The price was affordable and I got a great discount deal on my shoes because I have been a member for a long time. I didn't care too much for the shoes because they are so hard inside and I didn't bother to return them because they were so cheap. It was an accident on my end that I didn't put in the right address. I was upset at the fact that when it wasn't delivered no one reached out to get the right information let alone to tell me there was a problem at all. Until I looked & investigated myself why I hadn't gotten my package. By the time I reached out to get my packaged delivered they said they couldn't do much since they didn't have the inventory any longer. Upset because I feel as they could've sent an email/call or something to avoid this

I ordered a size 6 women boots for regular size calves, but it appears that I received a pair of boots designed for women with larger calves. I love the boots, but the calf area is way to wide. The model wearing the boot in the advertisement is thin and petite, as am I and the boots fit her calves snuggly. I want this same boot style, but in a smaller calf size. I also did not receive a return mailing label with my order.

But since after I mad the purchase I have not been able to log into the account. I have calle twice but the last call was horrible. I explained to the young lady that I was not able to log into my acct I have done troubleshooting on my end i it would still not work, the young lady told me to use a computer to sign in. I don't have a computer, all I have is my phone and my iPad. So because I cannot sign in ask her to delete my account on your webs site she said she did but she did not because we I went to check it still says that I have an account with you all.
