Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
JustFab customer service is really BULL$#*!... nobody there knows how to speak English. They charge your card with out authorization for purchase you didn't make... so I advise anybody and everybody don't fuk with JUSTFAB
Love the shoes and clothes. The app is easy to use and they have great sales. Customer service is okay, I wanted to change some shoes that didn't fit so they put some smaller sizes on hold by the time they received my package they sold them, which was crappie! I really wanted them shoes. They gave me store credit but that was not the point, the point is I had to find some other shoes and I also called them to ask if they would sell them and they assured me that they wouldn't sell the shoes on hold. Anyways I love their stuff.
Horrible experience - poorly made clothing. Had to call to get the 'easy return' rather than all the instructions about doing it simply online. After waiting for a rep, was told for 3 items would be nearly $20 to return them! Then the rep got rude and said they offer the best return fees! Seriously, what planet are the people running this company on that they feel that is normal these days?!? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - unless of course you want cheapish crap and rude service.
The purple wanna be Crocks and not even legit, I bought a size 11 I ware a 10 and still couldn't fit them, it like the sewing of the soft product endned at a smaller size. They're not aligned right at all

I was also charged when I should not have been (on the 25th instead of the 6th). When I called and finally got a supervisor, after being on hold for twenty minutes and hung up on, I was told that they did not see the charge in their system. I had my bank call them to verify and they told the bank, who was looking at the charge from my account, that there was no such charge. My bank's manager told the "supervisor" from justfab that he would fax him the proof and he told them they don't do that. I decided to stop dealing with justfab and have the bank file a charge claim. I am waiting to see if they charge me again even though I canceled the membership. The things I have received from justfab were cheaply made.
All I did was try to buy some shoes on sale for my birthday, that's it. I did NOT sign up in any way for their VIP program, yet I was signed up for and charged $40 for 2 months before I was able to figure it out. This site is one of those sites that sneakily scams you to steal your money. I'm guessing somewhere in their fine print they sign you up for their membership, because I DID NOT do it myself. And then, to be able to cancel, you have to talk to someone from India that you can't understand, and then all they do is go through their spiel to try and get you to stay.
Awful business practices overall. I will NEVER shop on this site again, and I will make sure that everyone I know never uses this site too.

They are a rip off! Sent me the wrong dress and now I have to wait to get a refund when it was there fault! Now don't have a holiday outfit and can't buy one cuz I have to wait two weeks for a refund. Omg I canceled my account! They are rude and and don't care that they inconvenience you and are unapologetic! Same on you JustFab!
I bought the boots my size but they didnt fit me well and they were very tight on me. I couldn't return them as I was on holiday and I live in Australia so it was too much hassler to return or exchange them

I hardly ever like the shoes and the shoes i have purchased usually have to be tossed out within a few years. Over the years i have gained "credits" since i forgot to skip the month. After a while they issue you gift cards with the dollar amount but its over email and obviously easy to lose track of. I called to recover my gift cards because surely they keep track of that. Well NO they told me they "expire" and they basically keep all of my money! WTF. Super scammy, never want to do business with them again.
Tip for consumers:
just avoid it, another thing to keep track of every month. you dont need a new pair every month

I am SO glad that I did not purchase anything from this website because CLEARLY based of these reviews these people swallow your pocket! I found the website to be too complicated in the sense that I knew it was a little more than 39.95 or whatever. However I still get emails from them and etc BUT I thank God that I had not purchased anything.

I didn't purchase anything. They took money from my account and told me I could order something later. I had canceled my account because I have small feet and they didn't have anything I wanted in my size. I don't want to order kids shoes because I'm a grown woman. Also the shoes they sell aren't real leather and in my opinion aren't worth the money they charge. The 1 and only pair of shoes they had in my size I liked l ordered and they leave blisters on the back of my legs because they're not leather and pliable. I wore them 3 times and they continue to give me blisters. NO THANKS! So basically they stole $40.00 from me.

This is my 2nd purchase from the site and I purchased the Jesse and Remy style boots. I placed the order on 10/21 and it arrived 10/25. I ordered a size 7 and the website said that the boots were true to fit. I would beg to differ. I had on footies and tried the boots on and they are very narrow and tight across the top of the foot. I may exchange them for a 7.5 But other than that the boots are very stylish and were packaged great. I definitely will continue to purchase from justfab.com
I started to use just fab over 10 years ago now and i still can't get rid of it. Not because it's awesome (cause it's not!). Only because sometimes i forget to "skip the month". Actually last time they literally didn't let me "skip the month". Every time i clicked on it i was automatically sent to click on some marchandise instead. It's very poor quality for a high price. I never found any winter boots there and the basic boots i bought ALL broke after like 2-3 months of wearing to the park with the dog,i'm not talking about heavy hiking here. They are now withdrawing about 70 CAD dollars from my account in case i forget or literally just can't skip the month. Then you stay because you want to use at least the money that they already took from you. Then you realise that nothing is interesting and it's not worth it and then,even if you end up with something in mind,you realise that you also have to pay the shipping... So you finally pay 80 bucks for some crappy boots and by the time you get it-they already charged you for another month.

This website tricks you into a contract of £35 each month to be a part of their vip membership by letting you think your getting your first pair of shoes cheap. There are no clear signs that this would be the case when signing up. The Variety on the website is rubbish and not worth the monthly fee. My first pair of shoes got lost in the post and when i let the company know, a sales consultant told me to go and polietly knok on all my neighbors doors and ask if they had been delivered even after me telling them i had asked my neighbors. The service was shocking and coming from a customer service environment myself I would never treat my customers the way the treated me. I finally recieveved my shoes 3 weeks after order and after calling theem and being on hold i also occured a £10 phone bill. I advice anyone to stay away from this website... they just rip you off.
After I've ordered my pair of boots, I've waited more than 2 weeks for my package to arrive so I ended with my package being sent back to JUSTFAB. I couldn't wait any longer so I had to issue a refund of my purchase and they'd kindly respected my situation with them. I don't know why their shipping it's not on time plus all the delays.

After signing up to there introductory offer, I was shocked to see £35 disappear out of my account this month. My original bag purchased broke after using it 3 times. I email JustFab to complain and was expecting a reponse within 24-48hrs... Still no reply 5 days later. I have just come off the phone to complain about the £35 taken from account and to clarify that I wanted nothing more to do with this company, and was told that I wouldnt get a refund and by cancelling i would lose my £35!...
I then enquired about my email response and was told that they had over 500 emails to reply to and thats why my response was delayed!...
They are quick to take your money, give you low quality products and have rubbish customer service.

The shipping took forever until one day I get a message that my order was lost they were going to send it again but was ok to keep both orders. One the insinuated I steal the first order when I neve it received it. I received the second order and the shoes look really cheap they still on the boxes because I dont like them they are very bad qualitty.

I purchased the shoe for a specific event. The shoe arrive, visually - gorgeous, fit - NOT SO MUCH! I couldn't wear the shoe nor did I have time to find an alternative. I ended up gifting the shoe to someone else.

This company seems like a good idea at first, but after being a member on and off for a couple of years I cannot in good conscience recommend.
The sizing is inconsistent: I have ordered clothing based on my measurements and it hasn't fit when it arrived, even if my measurement hasn't changed.
The quality is inconsistent: for example, I just purchased a loungewear set and the waistband was disconnected for half of the pants so there's a huge hole.
The comfort is inconsistent: for example, I ordered a pair of heels and they were THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE shoe I have ever owned, even though customer reviews said they were great. It gave me the feeling that the reviews were "sponsored" and insincere.
The customer service is fine.
The inventory is fine.
All in all, I cannot recommend, but I won't go around bashing this company either.

Doesn't explain the whol eVIP thing properly. Took an extra £35 out of my account and said I can spend it online. When I said I didn't want to spend it they said I either spend it or they keep it as they will not refund it... guess what... they kept my money! FUMING!
ABSOLUTE SKAM. So apparently they are offering £9 boots for first purchase. And then after you buy your first pair of shoes, they start charging you £35 per month as they claim that you've " subscribed " to them.

I bought a gorgeous pair of shoes for 40$. I was aware of the VIP membership as it is CLEARLY INDICATED on several pages as you head to the checkout. I simply cancelled my membership before I was charged any additional charges. For the people who are complaining about the membership - it's not even "small print", it's part of what you agree to when you buy from them. They're not at fault, you are.
If you forget to SKIP the month even if you call them the on the 6th day of the month, they will not reimburse you for not making a purchase. You are punished and hooked to them even if you don't like any of their items for years!
They answered in this site that they will call me to address the issue on 8/6/2018, and they have never called! Its February 1st of 2019. They don't want to reimburse your money, they force you to use that credit to buy their items that I can find at half the price in any store including brand names sold in TJ Maxx or Marshalls, Macy's etc. NOT WORTH IT!

I have Credit in justfab for YEARS! Because I dont find anything I like to purchase at high prices that I can find for less in other Stores. It shouldnt be an obligation to be charged monthly wether you purchase or not. It is a hassle to remember to go each and every month to SKIP the month, and then answer why. They do this to hook you up. It is a hassle having to remember to SKIP every month. Its like beenFORCED to buy, and if someone forgets, its NON refundable, its just a credit which you may never use. This should be Unlawful. Things are changing, other companies are closing for obligating buyers to be charged each month. Other retailers are going to take this company out of business if keep this ridiculous monthly auto charges for no purchase. In fact, Im going to talk to my lawer to get those credits refunded to me, because I dont find anything there that I would pay their prices. This is FORCING ME TO BUY FROM THEM WITH THOSE CREDITS. This Im sure is against my rights. And I will post this in every Social media and Better Business Bureu, REVIEWS, etc I DONT WANT YOUR CREDIT OR GIFT CREDIT FOR THE MONEY YOU TOOK FROM ME, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
