Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
If you forget to SKIP the month even if you call them the on the 6th day of the month, they will not reimburse you for not making a purchase. You are punished and hooked to them even if you don't like any of their items for years!
They answered in this site that they will call me to address the issue on 8/6/2018, and they have never called! Its February 1st of 2019. They don't want to reimburse your money, they force you to use that credit to buy their items that I can find at half the price in any store including brand names sold in TJ Maxx or Marshalls, Macy's etc. NOT WORTH IT!
I have Credit in justfab for YEARS! Because I dont find anything I like to purchase at high prices that I can find for less in other Stores. It shouldnt be an obligation to be charged monthly wether you purchase or not. It is a hassle to remember to go each and every month to SKIP the month, and then answer why. They do this to hook you up. It is a hassle having to remember to SKIP every month. Its like beenFORCED to buy, and if someone forgets, its NON refundable, its just a credit which you may never use. This should be Unlawful. Things are changing, other companies are closing for obligating buyers to be charged each month. Other retailers are going to take this company out of business if keep this ridiculous monthly auto charges for no purchase. In fact, Im going to talk to my lawer to get those credits refunded to me, because I dont find anything there that I would pay their prices. This is FORCING ME TO BUY FROM THEM WITH THOSE CREDITS. This Im sure is against my rights. And I will post this in every Social media and Better Business Bureu, REVIEWS, etc I DONT WANT YOUR CREDIT OR GIFT CREDIT FOR THE MONEY YOU TOOK FROM ME, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. If I dont get ALL my money back, I will proceed with a Lawyer, because is unfair. Im sure my Lawyer can get a long list of other DISSAPOINTED FRUSTATED CLIENTS that will file with me.
The quality of the shoes have not disappoint me since becoming a member. I had a few credits before and used them on and off depending on if I found shoes that I like. I had a credit and they wouldn't let me use it for my purchase. If I used my credits the promo price won't be valid, I have to pay full price then for the shoes. But if I pay with actual money then the promo price for the shoes will be valid. It was frustrating tbh. So now my credit is sitting there looking useless. What's the point of having credits but you can't use it?! I thought credits was still "money" that I have.

I buy boots from just fab because they are comfortable and fit perfect. I haven't had a problem with just fab with there boots. I try to recommend friends to buy from JUSTFAB their boots I love them and I will continue to buy from just fab.

I have ordered several times from this website and I must say that I am very impressed. The only reason I am not giving it 5 starts is because sometimes I can't find a style I really love and then sometimes when I do it is sold out! Anyway, I love the shoes that I have purchased and also the bags/handbags as well. The quality of the shoes and bags that I have are great. Shoes are true to size and comfy and the bags are last forever! Some of the shoes I have already had for 4yrs and they are still in good shape. I will definitely continue shopping here. A time or 2 I forgot to hit the skip this month button and I was charged the $40 for that month. However, when I called to cancel my membership because I couldn't remember to skip they offered me my money back and a credit to get something for free! Needless to say, I did not cancel and I have remembered to skip whenever I need to. Great customer service and the mobile app is great too!
I asked to cancel. They suggested i use my credit first to get the VIP price. I did and my membership wasn't cancelled. Maybe i should have called back to check... So I've been charged again this month. I called to ask for a refund. They won't issue it. I asked to cancel. They suggested i use my credit first so i pay the VIP price. They trap you. I should be able to cancel and use the store credit i purchased whie i was a member. But i go to the site to try to use the credit and they are out of my size in everything I really want. The clothes are not good quality and the shirts shrink up in length when washed.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and received one pair of something completely different that I didn't order. I then was told one of the pairs I ordered they no longer have in stock and the other one I wouldn't get until I sent the wrong pair I was given back.

Thought I had a good deal buying a pair of boots and a bag for a buy 1 get 1 free, for £35. Then a few months later i find £35 has been taken from by bank account. Apparently when you purchase the buy 1 get 1 free, it makes you get a VIP membership, which was not clear at any point of my purchase!
It is ridiculous that if you don't "skip the 6th month" which is really the 5th you will be charged! ABSOLUTE SCAM! Plus when you want to delete you account because you are a VIP member I had to waist more money because I had to phone them!
When i signed up i was automatically a VIP member i thought oh great. Untill a month later when i was charged £35 just to be on there website. Nothing was said about been charged so much a month when i signed up. Not happy an i will be recalling my money back. Rediculuce an misleading. Buyers be aware.
I have had credits for months. They keep taking my $ from my credit card but when I THINK I'm using my credits they are not using them instead I'm paying with my card and they keep my credits. Can take my $ but I can't use my credits.

I am absolutely gutted. I have just realised that JustFab have taken a total of £315 from my bank account for an apparent (from reading all the other reviews) 'VIP Newsletter.' It is apparently in the small print when you sign up as they give you a 60 minute time frame to order shoes.
I have not authorised these payments and I have no idea how they even do this. I am currently unemployed and have little to no money and I feel absolutely gutted. I have just tried to sign into my JustFab account and it says that I do not even have an email on file, so even if I had agreed to this VIP newsletter, I wouldn't have been able to use the benefits anyway? I will fight them on this and I would be very interested to know if anyone else has, I can see that everyone else has experience the same problem. HOW ARE THEY STILL ABLE TO RUN?!

I can't believe that they still exsist! I fell for the incredible advert at facebook. 50% discount on the first order. I ordered 6 items 10 days ago. According to the site all available in my size. The next day i got a mail that i became a vip member. Like most of you, i was not interested, so i called them right away. They promised to send an email to confirm, never got it, so i hope that's gonna be allright...
Today after 10 (!) days i reseved a mail that all the 6 items aren't available in my size anymore and that they will refund my money. I wonder how long that's gonna take.

All three shoes didnt meet my expectation. I normally wear a size 11.5 but i ordered a 12 on all three shoes and to my suprise, they were really tight and the soles keep peeling off. I feel really disapointed on these shoes. All three shoes from Ayesha Curry.

This website is awful. They force you to put $40 on the account as a "credit" unless you manually go on your account, and skip each month. But you have to do this on the first 5 days of the month. If you forget, they will not give you your money back. You are forced to use it on their website, or, if you make a complaint with customer service, in my experience, they offered to send a check that I would receive in 8-12 weeks. Also, my mom and I both had an account to the same address, so after I had sent back an order and exchanged for a different size (I did not want to exchange, just wanted my money back but they were taking 1/2 the price of the item for a "restocking fee"). Anyways, after my exchange way processed, the account was cancelled because I had "too many accounts with the same information" and I did not receive the jacket or a refund. Instead I received an email saying I "won't be charged," but this was an exchange, so I had paid when I made the original order. I have gone through way too much of my time with their customer service. Don't even sign up in the first place.

I am brand Ambassador with just fab on May12 i receive my supposed to be crop cut straight leg jean the quality of the pants was not hem the hem of the pants was not sewed at all looks like a regular cut off pants here is a link to my fb page to view the video so you can see the pants quality that was shipped. The scam tactic is to get people not to return the items by not adding a return label to the shipped items. The product quality is extremely poor. I didnt realize this was a montly subscription and almost ordered some boots. At the last minute realized no membership no boots. Lol wtf. If you werent trying to trick people you would have made the membership obvious upfront. You been taking marketing tips from the Trumps?
Accidentally signed up for VIP without realizing that they charge your account $50 and say it's "credit". It's just a way for them to get $50 guaranteed. Scam. I ordered VIP items and both pairs of shoes were the wrong size and the pant were nothing like the picture. They wouldn't allow me to refund the 3 items so they gave me $70 in credits. Then when I called to cancel my VIP so I didn't get charged next month they took the credits and didn't refund the money... so they basically stole about $120 from me. NEVER WILL I ORDER AGAIN

I have the VIP plan so the clothes I got were pretty accesible. Besides that I love the quality of the clothes, their designs and everything, so yeah. Whenever I need to buy something JustFab it's my favorite.

I had Received a message that they had been delivered on a Thursday and and they weren't delivered till that Saturday When my emails said that they were on my porch. I needed them for a specific day So that was an issue.

All of the pairs that I received are defective one boot is bigger than the other, no wonder they were cheap it was to good to be true, I got all of them on a sale, I really like the quality of them but what really messed it up was that it doesn't fit right and I know it's the boots because I put them right next to each other and they are uneven! I couldn't even return them because I didn't even receive the shipping label.

The worst websit I have ever used. Placed an order over 3weeks ago and have not gotten my shoes. Not even a pair. Placed an order for 24 pairs. Have had to call them twice now. A message was just sent to my mail box by Hermes Parcle that my order has been sent back. And when I called the consultant was just telling me that 2 of the shoes I ordered for where not available. Can u imagine?. A mail would not be sent to me to tell me about it. I had to call them. This is so unfair and terrible customer service. Pease I need my shoe to be delivered. This is unacceptable
I ordered shoes for 10 dollars the heel is literally almost broken off after wearing them once, once! You are told nowhere on the website that you will be automatically charged $39.95 whether you buy shoes or not. You have to decline the offered shoes between the 1rst and 5th of the month or you get charged $39.95 for shoes you did not get. When you call, you will told that you cannot cancel, just skip a month by clicking (between the 1-5 of the month). This is a scam that once they get yout credit card you cannot get out of. Most certain that they will not give a refund for anything.
