So far great experience, but the fact that I can't edit one of my reviews is absurd. So it's potentially causing disinformation when people are trying to read reviews for guidance on sizes.

Do not buy from them. They steal money from innocent hard working people. One of the many unethical companies that sadly have forgotten how to be human.

Please DO NOT buy form this site, they owe me money, I've never purchased from them yet they have accessed my PayPal account, all they respond with is we'll pay you back in 8 working days, the absolute worst kind of online retailer

I bought an amazing pair of leather black shoes with block heels for just u der $20! I got them delivered to me within the next week and a half! Incredible! Thanks JustFab!

I had already purchased these shoes in a different color last year and LOVED them. They cute, comfortable and very well made; then my dog ate 1. Three days later a new pair arrived.

What can I say about JF? I have been a supremely satisfied member for 3+ years now, and can't see myself leaving in the foreseeable future. Their styles are amazing, and their quality exceeds that of comparable monthly online membership clubs by far. Something EXTREMELY important to note: DO NOT listen to ANYONE who says JF is a scam -- any responsible adult who knows how to read would properly acknowledge the terms and conditions. Reading saves lives -- educate yourself on what you're getting into, and you will be addicted to JF for LIFE!

Ordering from just fab is always easy, the packages arrive in a timely fashion and the shoes are great. These will be perfect for winter time in Mississippi where it doesn't snow but rains.

My purchases are always as expected. Justfab has good quality and I have noticed that they don't keep the same stock for a long time. There is always something new.

Horrible experience with Justfab, refused to give my money back when I tried to skip this month. Their site is the issue but I get charged. Never buying from them again. It's just a scam so beware.

Worst experience with online shopping I have ever had both in customer service and quality. I was first sent a pair of shoes that were used with scratches and called to ask for a new pair, needing them for an upcoming event. They said they would send me a new pair within a week but never received them. I called back after not hearing back for 2 months and they said the person closed the case and I couldn't get a refund. After talking to higher up administration for hours I was given my refund. After being a monthly VIP customer for 2 years I was upset and asked for some compensation, all they offered to me was 20% off my next order. So I cancelled my VIP monthly membership and they revoked my discount. WORST COMPANY EVER

My package took entirely too long to ship and there were no updates available for more than a week and one of my shoes came the wrong size. They are so big I can't even wear them.

Just fab does an excellent job getting the product to the consumer. I ordered 3 pairs of boots and I had them within a week! This is impressive considering some other sites take forever.

I have been a "member for over 10 years. If one is not vigilant you used to lose $39 now $49 at the end of the month. It always gives me a bad feeling about an otherwise good company.

It's been a month and i never received my package. When I go to look up the tracking info it says "awaiting carrier pickup". I've called several times but still no help.

My experience with just fab was terrible. They trick you into paying full price for the shoes. I should have read the fine print. Will not be ordering fro m there again

My boots look great and fit great. They took longer to get here due to two delays in delivery. I'm not sure why but this is the first time that has ever happened.

I bought a pair of slacks and booties both labelled burgundy but they totally clash. It would be nice if the colors with the same name went together. Save on returns,

Surprised with the quality and they were in great condition. It's funny though because my family doesn't like buying or shopping online but now they want to get shoes from here too.

Ordered December 6, have been watching tracking like a hawk and just when I thought there was hope (today, 12/21, when I saw them scanned into Atlanta), 3 hours later they were scanned back at the origin of Indiana, where they began their long, arduous journey SIXTEEN days ago.

Does anybody wanna wager on when/if I ever get my boots? As much as I hate to bet against myself, I think it's the smart move!

Sizes dont work, styles are cute but never think they might fit in shoes. Their company is confusing and works strangely i dont trust them from my experiences

I have hard time finding shoes that fit my feet. It's trial and error. I'm so grateful for the ease of return that JustFab offers. That's why I've stayed with them so long.
