Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Ordered shoes to wear just for wedding day. I was satisfied with how quickly they arrived and I had one less thing to stress about on my "to do" list.
Site failed to deliver 8 orders over a 6 month span. Refunds take 4 to 8 business weeks. One refund was completed in 24hrs while 2nd refund took 6 weeks--even after all packages had been returned to vendors 45days prior!
Supply Chain Operations issues failed to deliver packages to a valid and simple United Stated Postal Service (USPS) address. These issues only started to occur in 2018 and 2019.
Suggest switching from smart post shipping and company deal with USPS directly or HIRE new shipping department staff! Can not do business with JustFab or Shoedazzle any. More as they have forgotten how to treat loyal ONYX VIP Members. Feel free to contact me!

Where on this earth is it legal to bind you to some sort of contract that you never knew you signed up for. Paying 39.99 for literally nothing and not beeing able to use that money as "credit" how they tell you is against the law.
There are lawyers who will get you out of it. It is almost as easy to get out as you got in. Of course they will charge you for their service but after this scam you will gladly pay it. (It was arund 50 dollars in my case)

DISCLAIMER: The site is not a scam. The VIP membership surcharge is plastered throughout the site. It's just annoying to remember to "skip" each month (they only give you a 5-day period to avoid being charged each month). HOWEVER, avoid this site at all costs. Their products are cheap and the reviews on the site are obviously bias.
Sadly, I was reeled in by this company's promotional deal of receiving your 1st pair of shoes for 75% off. Hopefully, this post will steer away others from making the same mistake I did, which was trying to buy shoes from this company.
I ordered two different pairs of boots and both of them were poor quality. The zippers were difficult to zip up and one of the boots' zippers were scratched (it didn't help that it was coated in cheap paint either).
They also ship the boots in a shoe box that's only covered by a thin, gray bag (no bubble wrap or Styrofoam peanuts). Sadly, the second pair of boots came in a slightly crumpled box.
Obviously, I returned both of the shoes, BUT they charge a $5.95 restocking fee if you want it to be credited back to your account. Furthermore, I didn't even receive a confirmation email confirming that they received my return! Luckily, I kept checking my statement until it popped up.
To sum it all up: poor quality, terrible return service, and apathetic customer service.
Everything was good, except that the shoes seem to be bigger than I expected so for those planning to purchase, choose a size one level lower than your usual :)

I have had trouble the past few purchases finding an item of good quality. All tops are see through and feel cheap. The return process, however is simple and straightforward.

JustFab has everything a girl could want and if you get the wrong size they are more than happy to exchange it for you. I have not been disappointed by them and continue to shop there.
I called because my package hasn't moved in 7 days. Laser ship will not answer me on the status of where my package is and neither can just fab. I was told to call back later.

Always remember to "cancel" before the 5th of every month or you will be charged $39.95 for a "membership credit". Often times, their current promotional offers will override your purchased credit of $40, thus resulting in you having to spend ADDITIONAL money (usually an extra $20 because often times the "promo" forces you to purchase additional products in order to actually get a deal, which defeats the point of already paying that monthly fee for their membership credit) unless of course you're willing to grapple with their customer services representatives over Facebook messenger and they will kindly *scoff* offer to place the order for you, on their end, while also cancelling out the current promo deal. With how sneaky they are from the get-go I definitely don't want them sneaking around, placing orders, and charging my card multiple times in one month. Needless to say, after a quick 7 minute conversation, my mistake of becoming a "VIP member" and losing $40 this month to them will hopefully soon be forgotten. Also, I was on the wait list for a black handbag after being charged the membership credit this month. They instead ordered the bag in mauve, not black, which I had specifically been on the waiting list for. After a couple of days I received another notification/email that my order was running behind. I was not notified when they cancelled that order completely and was left with my $39.95 membership credit, again.

I have called roughly 3 times about my order. Every time I call they tell me it will be there in 24-72 hours. This complete BS. Not only that but they ALMOST charged me the VIP Membership BS. Until i called and I could "NOT PAY THE MONTH" i shouldn't have to be wasting MY OWN TIMES because they are SCAM of a website. This is ROBBERY. They advertise their $10 shoes but OF COURSE they don't advertise THE $40 MONTHLY FEE. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would.
